Didn’t feel welcomed what so ever. When I get my nails done I want to feel relaxed and it’s a time for me to enjoy choosing a color, design, etc. But as soon as I walked into the salon I wasn’t greeted by anyone. They looked at me as if I didn’t have money to afford to get my nails done. And let me be honest they treated any Caucasian women that entered into the salon with so much respect. It’s not fair and it’s inhuman when you have a business be professional and accept/treat all with kindness no matter your skin color.

Honestly if you want your nails done, do them yourself because this is not worth it!!!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for ever and I have never been unsatisfied with their services! I came on google and saw the reviews and I was blown away. this place well deserves 5 stars. They have great prices, friendly staff, they always try their best to make sure you’re getting the nails you want. I love this place!! Compared to other nail salons with over priced services, this place is my number one

Great looking and long lasting dip nails! I was a walk in and am not from the area (or state) and was a little concerned about the reviews I had seen posted while desperately googling for a nail place to remove my dip (powder) that had severely grown out. Even though they were short staffed and busy, they were very friendly and got me in quickly. I only had to wait about 15 minutes and it was a relaxing and welcoming environment. If I am ever in downtown Philly again, I will definitely go back!(It should be noted that I walked in on a Monday morning around 10:30am.)

I stopped in today for the first time. I waited 40 minutes for a pedicure. I wanted a pedicure and gel manicure. I cancelled the gel manicure because I waited so long to get the pedicure. The polish was horrible. I did not give the technician a tip. The workers constantly laughed and joked amongst themselves. One person walked out. I will never return.

This nail salon is like many others, a bunch of great technicians & the occasional one that really doesnt want to be there. 95% of my visits here have been great. The massaging pedicure chairs are great after a long day of work. They do waxing, but I have never had that service. I have a favorite technician now, whose name will stay a secret. She does such a nice job on my feet that I want to marry her, lol! Id definitely recommend them.

Horrible service. I asked for a simple fill and shaping after about 2 weeks. So, so many things to point out here.1. My nail tech was working on her own feet in the pedicure chair while I waited.2. None of my nails have consistent shape or length.3. I told the manager I was not happy with the workmanship, the texture, the shape, anything. They didnt even use the material I asked for, but a cheap powder instead.4. After I complained, they tried to correct it, but it was half hearted and dismissive.5. I paid $90 for a poorly executed mani/pedi.6. During my visit, no joke, 3 other ladies came in to complain about manicures they had in the past week which were peeling and cracked. One of many indications.Dont waste your time or money.P.S . Im absolutely sure its the right location because we had lunch at the Irish restaurant 2 doors down right before I came in. I see a trend. Angry manager or owner who provided little reconciliation.

I have been going here for almost 2 years and the staff is always friendly, the prices are good, and my nails are nicely done! I even have chipped a nail and came back 2 days later to have the owner fix it free of charge. It is also super conveniently located near my work, and both Comcast centers. Sure, sometimes you have to wait as a walk-in during busy times, but that is expected in one of the most densely populated work areas in Center City. Thanks for always being so friendly! :)

Nails looked ok... rhinestones feel off in less than 24 hrs. Nails are bumpy compared to salon I usually go to.. definitely wont be back

I went here once with a friend and my nails were neat and lasted long. WIll be coming back again soon!

I will never step foot in this place again. The customer service was non-existent. I had two different women work on my nail and they both inflicted pain on me. One women cut what she assumed was loose acrylic only to find that it was still attached. Very painful. Next she filed my nail so much so that she drew blood from my thumb and tried to ignore it. I had to request rubbing alcohol to stop the bleeding. The next girl ran the filing drill over my cuticles on 5 out of 10 of my fingers. She knew she did it because I jumped each time. Never apologized she just kept moving. To top it all off four of my nails chipped the next day. Hands down the most horrible nail experience ever.

Believe the reviews people! This place is awful.1. They ripped off my old dip nails painfully with a cuticle cutter.2. My nails were done sloppily and are filed very crooked!3. The careless technician spilled lotion all over my pants.4. You don’t know what the price will be. Their pricing list is incorrect.5. The technicians are rude. I noticed them laughing at customers and immediately speaking another language to another technician about customers.6. I waited around for quite some time for the technician to finish her conversation with another technician so she can begin my nails.7. I called to make an appointment but they didn’t answer, yet when I arrived they asked why I didn’t make one.They got two stars because they completed my nails in a timely manner.

The reviews are incorrect! This place is amazing, I got a gel mani and a regular pedi, the attention to detail was there! The ladies were so friendly and they did not rush. I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon.

I used to frequent this nail salon because of one nail Tech by the name of Tina, who I thought was good at what she did. However, the other nail techs were seemingly rude on example, depending on your skin color when you entered would depend on the greeting. If you were browner than the other patrons you may get hi may I help you. If you were Caucasian the nail techs would hop, skip and jump through hoops. Although I would make appointments, more than several occasions I had to wait upwards 20 minutes to half an hour, my choice because I liked the way the nail Tech did my nails. One time, I was 10 minutes late, I received attitude from the owner, I stated I had an appointment, she kept going back and forth with me that I was late and I had to wait. I in turn reminded her if the many times I had to wait. She wasnt relenting and I refused to go back and forth with her because my money spends everywhere. I left and have not returned. Use Wisdom when considering this place.

Coming here was great at first, but she requested a tip. After I gave it to her she just gave me an attitude and then when walking to dry my nails, I sat down and literally hit me with my coat on my chair. Never coming back here again.

I just moved to the area and was excited to find a nail salon so close to my building. I’m very picky about my nails so I initially went for just a gel polish change and did not allow them to shape my nails. Unfortunately, the polish lifted and chipped within a day. I gave them another chance and went back a few days later for a pedicure. They did a very sloppy job with this as well and didn’t even get the top coat to the edge of the nails. I should have read the reviews! Never going back.

I use to like this place....however I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ve had to go back to get my nails redone 2 times. I gave them another try and my nails didn’t hold up passed a week - acrylic rrefill will gel color. I’m done.

Horrible! Charged 35$ for a refill & gel polish on Friday. That following Monday my gel polish is peeling off. What a waste! Not coming back ever again.😠

Horrible!!! PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!My nails looks like a child did them UNACCEPTABLE!! Also they ask for tips very unprofessional will never go here EVER, THEY SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS!! They charge an ADDITIONAL $15 for GEL POLISH! & they do not you let you know. So you are surprised when you go up to the register & hear the price. They laugh if you do not tip up to their standards. They are not friendly, do not speak to you the entire time, and walk around without shoes on. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. Save yourself a trip & some money. Go elsewhere.

These people are rude. Oh, and... as a response to a bad review from another customer, the business owner lied and said they dont ask you to tip when you use debit. They do! You need your nails done-go, but, dont expect anything special. There prices are low and their techs attitudes are poor!

Arrived there at 1:30 was told there was a 15 minute wait and procedure would take 25-30 mins. To go select my desired color. I sat with my color and talked briefly with another client that arrived after me. 17 mins go by were both told to sit at the workstation, little dishes of water was placed in front of us both however the technician went immediately to the caucasian woman and began servicing her while I sat and made a decision to voice my opinion and left the establishment.Very poor rating and didnt show respect for my time and guess what both of our money was the same color...green. Never again will they or any other business that disrespects on that level see my hard earned dollars...

So here’s the tea. The first time I came to this establishment, there were only 3 women manning a 15 seat shop. I waited 45min for a fill and left before I even got a service because I CALLED AHEAD and was told 20min. I recently went back because I was in need of a full set. Biggest mistake of my life. I’ve been getting acrylics for 8 years now, and a good nail tech not only ensures pleasant service but craft. I chose not to pay the extra $15 for gel because after filing, my nails were barely even in length and width(i always get the coffin shape). I should not have to advise a nail tech to ensure my nails are even. And being that I am a nude polish fanatic, EVERY uneven buff and file was visible. I had to file my nails when I got home and plan on getting this set removed because the acrylic powder might also be cheap. You thought the nightmare was over? Hang tight.When I paid with my card, my nail tech asked for a tip. Never in life do you ask for a tip. I have worked in customer service majority of my life (I’m only 21) and never have I asked nor been asked to leave a tip face to face. Very unlady like and even though this is a business you should be more courteous. I was more anxious than relaxed in that salon because I knew halfway through that it would be a let down. Also for students, THEY DONT OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNTS. Not really a pro or con for me but just a heads up, don’t expect much out of them if you choose to spend your money here.

My nails started to unglued 3 days later! I paid $60 dollars including tip for a gel manicure. Never again

Horrible service. Three difrrerent people did my nails. I kept having to correct the woman filing my nails bc they were very uneven and not even the shape I requested which was coffin . My pedicure was horrible when I got home I noticed an air bubble on my big toe .Everything thing felt so rushed . I will never return here again .

Went to get a dip manicure, decided it would take too long. I got t a gel manicure instead, on Friday. It is Tuesday and my nails are chipped and breaking.

Asked for round and they’re squared and super rough...looks like a 2 year old did my nails.

Very unhappy. Nail messed up in salon instead of taking polish off and redoing it she pressed down and only put one coat. Then when paying asked for a rip instead of waiting for a tip. Not happy at all!!

They was rude and they had attitudes.. they switch the price.. I was told two different prices in the beginning and at the end.
