This was my 1st visit to the new location. Very professional, clean and friendly. Great work. The tropical pedi was great and I feel & look great. Just as a heads up if you book online be prepared to make a full payment when your appointment is accepted.
Sierra is truly amazing with her passion. Each and every time my daughter & I came to get our manicures, nothing but top notch service. She has us as customers for life❤️ I can’t wait to watch Polish & Petals flourish into a franchise.
Professional atmosphere. First time at the salon and will return next week. Polish and Petals is NEs best kept secret!!
I love it here! Sierra is very nice and does a great job on my Gel overlay.
Great atmosphere, love the vibes nice and neat clean very professional, I just love it here my new favorite nail tech.
My initial experience at Polish and Petals was great. The customer service was great and the atmosphere was amazing but I’m afraid it’s a bit overpriced for the job done on my full set. Friday Oct. 27, my friend and I went to Polish and Petal to get a manicure and pedicure. Sierra was my nail tech and she was super nice but when she initially told me the price, I was a little taken aback. Of course, I went ahead and let her continue to do my nails as I wanted to support her. The price was my first problem because I’ve gotten a quality nail job plenty of times and didn’t have to spend nearly as much as a I spent in her shop but that for me was an indication that the shop just wouldn’t be my regular spot. The problem escalated when a the following Wednesday after she put the full set on my hands my nail broke when I was pulling out a chair in class. I emailed Sierra and she told me I could come in but since I was going back home for the weekend, I informed her that I may be unable to make it. Wednesday night after my class my phone fell in the couch cushion and when I went to grab it, another nail broke off. I knew that the nails weren’t applied properly because I felt no pain when the nails broke, they broke off so easily. Thursday, when I was getting off of the bus, another nail broke while I was holding on to the pole. Friday, while I was on my way home, I was holding my duffle bag and a 4th nail broke. Sierra and I emailed each other a few times back and forth and she told me that she had no complaints from previous clients. Whether or not that is true is not my business but I let her know that I would like to be reimbursed (she continued to offer to fix them) which is fine if I was confident that my nails wouldn’t break like chips. Again, the service was fine which is why I gave them 2 stars but as far as the job done and the money spent, I would have preferred to spend the money to go all the way back home to Jersey then to spend money on a poor nail job. After my last email about receiving my money back for the set, I have not heard from Sierra again. Personally, this will be my first and last time visiting her salon. I am very dissatisfied and feel like I’ve wasted money for something that couldn’t even last an entire week.
