I will not be returning to this salon. I waited about an hour an 45 minutes. The owner knew I was waiting there for a long time time. Then a Caucasian lady came in. She wasn’t there for 3 minutes, when the owner told her to sit down to get work done by a male nail tech . I approached her respectfully to inform her that she literally had someone skip me.She acted as if she wasn’t aware of what was happening. Then her excuse was “ she’s is getting work by him”. I proceeded to tell her that it didn’t matter . Due to the fact that everyone has to wait for their turn . Then I proceeded to leave very upset literally in tears . I’ve never been a complicated client and I always tip her everyone that services me. I will not be returning to this shop ever again.

I started going here the early part of this year. Well today was the last straw cheaper is not always better. The service was HORRIBLE 😡 after waiting 1hour 1/2 with 5 people after me. A lady comes in and skips right to the front. No acknowledgement of my being next was even mentioned. Not to mention another customer’s feet got jacked up (cut).So if you have time to waste and looking for a cheap place the Pink is for you as for me and my nails and toes. We are going some place else. And if you are smart you will too.😡😡

Love this place!! I went here for my first time ever getting acrylic and I’ve been going here since. I always get compliments of having cute nails and their prices are unbeatable. I paid just $15-$20 to have them done and then $10-$15 to have them refilled in a few weeks. Highly recommend! Very busy though so would recommend calling ahead of time or scheduling an appointment.

You cant beat their prices. Sal gives an amazing pedicure and Lisa does nails the best, they are always crowded but they are very nice people. They could use a cosmetic touch up but then their prices might go up too 🤷🏽‍♀️

I used to visit this salon faithfully but stopped going because the older lady that runs the place is VERY RUDE. I decided to return because it is one of the cheapest places in the city. The young lady that did my nails did a horrible refill job. They do not thoroughly clean their brushes or the pedicure stations. I found out the hard way after taking off my nails a week later and seeing Fungus on a few nails. I will not be back & I don’t recommend anyone else go

I enjoyed the service and Lisa’s really nice my nails turn out lovely every time. I been going for the past six months.

Waited over 2 hours for my daughter to get a medi pedi and once she finally got started they left her mid pedicure to work on someone else. My daughter was crying saying how she didnt want to get them done anymore and just wanted to go home. Never taking her there again

Lisa and her girls are wonderful. Theyll stay late for you. If you routinely come in in the evenings as I do, Lisa will give you her phone number. You call her, ask her if you can come in late and shell be there for you. Cannot day enough good things about Pink Nails. FYI - they have very reasonable rates - cheaper than other salons close to them, plus you get the additional benefits of coming in late.

I been going to Lisa for 11 yrs now! She is always packed so you will need to be prepared to wait. If you catch her early a.m. its in and out. She does a really Good job . Sal does a phenomenal job on your feet and Sis does really good nails as well. Over her and her staff are friendly and nice.

I love this place been going here for year, Yes at times they are very busy but that’s only because the prices are great and they do a good job... The workers are very nice and make conversation with you while doing your nails love this place, and they will even try to do your nails however you want if you bring in a picture and they always got the newest nail stuff out 😊

They are very unclean also the workers fingers are horrible so you feel very uncomfortable, If they make a mistake on your nails they act like they don’t want to fix it and have a problem. Also when they finish your nails they leave the top crusty and everything. Yes there cheap but the don’t do that good

I came in with my cousin. We got gel full set refill, and toes paint changed. I also got my eyebrows done. My totall $39 because I tipped $10 because the service was amazing! I dont get my nails done a lot and never really know what I wanted But Amy (&Maria for my cousin) listened to our Ideas and colors and we asked them fo what whats they feel was right... And we are very happy!

Im kind of upset because whatever powder they used on my nails turned my nails orange and yellowish and it happened to my girlfriend as well another nail salon said that its the beginning of like an infection they use Old Powder so I decided to take a break from the salon for a little while. I found one down the street that is much cleaner and charges the same price.

The owners are professional and dedicated and the prices are great, but you get what you pay for. It’s not the best salon around but it’s definitely the cheapest and will do in a crunch. ***PSA*** Wait times can be insane pretty much whenever you go here, I mean 4-6 hours sometimes.

I had just gotten turned away from another place over an hour before their posted closing time and I saw online at this location was open until 8:30 PM today so I called around 6:30 just to make sure they were still going to be open when I got there and told him I was about 10 minutes away and they said it was fine so I showed up at about 6:40 and as I am walking up the block they close their door and as I got closer to the door they shut off both open lights posted in the window even though the sign in their window sill says that theyre closing time is 8:30 PM.😡

This place was absolutely disgusting they used USED FILES on my nails without switching them their chairs were all ripped up and the chairs for pedicures were also ripped up and you can see the inside. The lady that did my nails clipped my hang nails and there were other people’s hangnails on it and the other lady who painted my nails was sick and was doing my nails. The prices are great and all and I only paid $12 but you won’t ever find me here again. Everything was messy and dirty and they definitely do not clean anything. I don’t know if the time your there it’s like this but when me and my friend went it was absolutely disgusting. I wanted to leave but they made my friend pay before hand but I thought it was kinda weird cuz they didn’t make me. This place is terrible.

Very unprofessional! Lisa the owner is very disrespectful. Today was my 2nd time going into the salon. So another lady did my pedicure and someone else polish my toes. But I did not like them, so I asked her to take the polish off. She started talking chinese to Lisa. Lisa than asked me did I want her to repolish it I said sure. I been waiting since 9am. I did not get into a chair until after 11:15am. So after Lisa was done. She asked me what place did I go before them. I told her a place down Olney, she than told me I should go back to them!!! I was trying to be very professional, because I had my children with me. So thank god was really on my side, I was going to drag her. I made her give me my money back and took my services somewhere else. I never been disappointed in my life. Yes she is the cheapest but they rush your nails and toes. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Being cheap is not always the key especially when your paying your money! How you tell someone to go back to where they came from. If your customer don’t Like their nails or feet? I will never step foot in that place again. Their polish is very old they will pour Acetone in the bottle. You can’t beat paying $12 pedicure and with gel only $22. But you have to be very professional with great customer appreciation.

It takes these nail technicians a very long time to do your nails. I use powder gel for my nails so when I first walked in this salon I ask them how much to do my nails before I set down. They told me $20 I said okay and took a seat. 1 1/2 hour later when it was my turn to get my nails done. I sat in the chair and the technician proceeded to file down my gel polish after she filed down one finger. She told me shes going to charge me additional $5 because they have to soak the gel off my nails because its powder. I will not be going back there again!!

The prices are cheap and so is their work. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure all she did was polish my nails with gel polish. There was polish on my fingers and missing polish on my nails. I was asked to pay before she did anything but other people around me werent asked until they were finished. The pedicure was half assed and if I didnt pay before she started I would have walked out after just the polish of my nails. I paid to get my eyebrows done as well and Im scared to even let them touch my brows. This was a one time visit and I wouldnt dare go back even if my life depended on it. The only good thing was their price but hey u get what u pay for 😠

People expect to go on Torresdale ave, pay $10-$15 and get $100 service...you get what you pay for...any wait over 30 min to hour was grounds for you to go somewhere else. I get basic services, Im patient, I show up no later than 1.5 hr before close time and I tip in the beginning. There are tricks to going to cheap shops. A bad review wont stop people from going.... the owner obviously caters to her regulars and the place stays packed. She doing something right👍👍

Very unprofessional my boyfriend and I waited to get pedicures. I was getting gel nails and a pedicure. My boyfriend just getting a pedicure. We arrived around 11:30am or 12pm. It was one person ahead of me. They finally started my nails. Then lisa was being joe with a customer she havent seen for a long time. Lisa the owner had the audacity to mllet the girl go ahead of me and my boyfriend. We only been there for two hours smdh. Then lisa the owner had the audacity to say she forgot about my boyfriend. Is she serious. Why did lisa the owner feel as if the other customer/girl didnt have to wait like everyone else. I think thats very unprofessional. I was spending more money and was there first. Thats bad for business. I was going to tip as well. This wasnt the first incident neither. Thats a bad way to conduct business. To top it off she tried to make a joke out of it. Then the lady that did do my nails did a horrible job . my gel started to chip immediately. Then she have the nerve to get smart. Very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional if I do say so myself.

I just called missy nail salon to talk to the owner. after asking for the owner or manger five times the guy said what would you like to talk to him about? & where are you calling him from? so i told him i was just in there a few days ago & i started to explain to him what happened that my nails started to bleed, itch & blister up & what i got done & how a lady did my nails & the owner did my sisters nails & he goes yes i did your sisters nails. i was like oh, so obviously your the owner im speaking with? & hes like yes what would you like to get done? i was like i dont want anything done at your shop... i want my money back! he goes i cant give you your money back blah blah blah. i was like yes you can because i have pictures of my bleeding nails / fingers i have all the receipts for how much i spent to get the nails taken off elsewhere & recipes on how much the medication cost to keep putting on my fingers so i wouldnt cry in pain & he told me no i dont know what happened... i was like what happened was your lady who did my nails didnt clean her nail equipment before she did my nails after she used them for acrylic nails & she used the same water stuff & brush for my nails in the gel power... he told me yeah she gave you gel acrylic powder. i was like she gave me what?! why would she give me that when i stopped her from using the acrylic powder because i flat out & said im allergic to acrylic! hes like oh no, i gave her gel powder! i was like no you didnt so dont lie to me & he goes well we mix out gel & acrylic powder together & thats why its cheaper at our salon. i was like really?! well why didnt you tell me that before you put them on & when i said dont use acrylic or anything acrylic because im allergic as she is getting the acrylic powder on the brush. now he wants to refuse to give me my money back because i caught him in a lie? but he told me to go in to talk to him? thats bullshit that he flat out & lied over & over & that my hands are like this because they wanted to mix their stuff?! without telling customers what they are getting / paying for? so i ended up going there like he told me too. i was very polite because yelling or arguing with him wouldnt of gotten me anywhere. i showed him my nails & he refused to look at the pictures. he popped up from his chair & started to yell at me & he told me that she cleaned everything & used everything she was supposed too. i said no she didnt & i explained to him once again what happened. he told me that something else caused that so he wasnt going to give me my money back. i told him nothing caused that & the other salon that took it off agreed that it was a allergic reaction from the acrylic nails that she saw it happen before. he kept coming up with different lies about everything & said he wasnt going to give me my money back after he said he would on the phone he just had to see my hands / nails & he would. i asked him for his name & i took his business card because i knew i wasnt getting my money back but i was not going to deal with the way he was talking to me & i told him that so he told me no im not telling you my name for what? i told him so i can file a lawsuit against you. he then said no i call the cops no lawsuit & i said okay thats fine you can call the cops & i will go outside & call l&i that fast he put the phone down. said you can sue missy nails not me. i said no your the owner so i need your name & he said no. i asked for a licenses because it says all done by professionals & he said no. i left but i will be calling l&i first thing tomorrow morning before i go to work.he also own pink nails! beware! dont go to either shops!PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME ON FACEBOOK FOR PICTURES!
