I walked in to this nail salon completely randomly and had a great experience. They followed all COVID protocols, they took my temperature, immediately gave me hand santizer, then they sanitized and there were plastic walls in between us. Everyone worse a mask. They crossed off every other table and chair so it was not used. They also use Venmo which I find so helpful because I never have cash. I got my nails done by Anna and she was super thorough and they look amazing. Only critique is they don’t have a ton of dip colors!

I’ll at least give 2 stars for effort however today was my first and LAST time going to this salon. What was supposed to be a 10 maybe 20 minute fix, turned into me sitting in there for over 40 minutes. All I needed was a polish change; the first lady helping me jumped up to help someone else and left the other girl to finish. We agreed that only 8 out of 10 nails needed to be changed but the other girl still took the polish off all nails. On top of that, she messed one of them up and didn’t know how to fix it so now we’re back to the original lady helping me having to jump back over to correct the issue. On top of that, it took the girl forever just to paint my nails. To add insult to injury, she couldn’t even do my holographic nails correctly so they look like plain glittered nails because of how she caked the powder on my nail. NEVER WILL I EVER GO AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT AGAIN. I’ll just keep walking next time.

This was definitely the worst mani - pedi I have ever received. She spoke to the other employee past me, not in English, the entire time. The sterilization was iffy at best- she poured presumably alcohol across the tools, but then my nail file was dumped in a jar with what I realized were other used, not new files. The electric callus remover was probably also a reuse from another client. I was ready to leave, but then she started with a “new” tool set for my nails, so I thought, I must have missed something in her cleaning process. She then chopped my fingernails so short and the polish began to wear off by the first night, so she must not have prepared my nails properly. Day 2 after my manicure and I need a polish change. Don’t waste your money, time or health.

This place is terrible. My instinct said to wait for my usual nail salon to see me but I was in a rush. I should have questioned why a nail salon in Rittenhouse would be completely empty at 5pm on a Monday. I went in for a gel manicure since most of the polish had come off over the weekend and I was left with a few patches of gel on a couple of fingers. The technician started to use a sander on the few patches. I tried to stop her and ask her to soak my nails since it wouldnt take long. Another technician translated for me and I thought everything was cleared up explaining that it only the few patches of polish would be sanded but I could get the other nails soaked. Instead my technician started sanding nails that HAD NO polish on it!!! I stopped her after my right hand and told her i wanted just a regular manicure and not gel since my nails needed to recover from the damage inflicted. She got annoyed and said that it would cost me $5 for removing the little bit of gel polish and not getting a gel manicure even though I thought I was being generous by even sticking around to a regular manicure. Rather than argue I put $5 down and walked away. It was so bad i was relived the bad service only cost me $5.In conclusion, the service is terrible and its clearly no accident theyre not on Yelp.

Hours on the door say from 10-7 but when I walked in at 5: 25 they said they close at 6. I asked if I should return, and was told that they have time to do a pedicure. The technician rushed through the whole process, and did a horrible paint job. Had me wear plastic on my feet to supposedly protect from rubbing when I walked but it did not help. They both had their coats on waiting at the door by 6:05. I should have turned and left when they told me they were closing in 35 minutes. A total waste of $25.

This salon is not on a main street which means if you dont know its there you probably would go around the corner. This is a major plus because it is hardly crowded and they perform great work!

First they overcharge you to do fullset and eyebrows. $45 to do fullset and $8 to do eyebrows. Usually I would said no and walk out but I was on my lunch break and needed my nails done asap. Idk what the lady used but I had an allergic reaction to the stuff she was using. She wasnt friendly at all. Then 3 days later 2 of my nails came off. It never happens. So I have decided to never go back here again!

Bad, bad, bad. Dont waste your money here. When I walked in I thought it was weird that a guy was seating/sleeping on one of the pedicure chairs. To my surprise, after he woke up, he gave me the worst pedicure EVER. He rushed, was hurting me when filing my toe nails, he was done in literally 10 minutes. Not worth the $25 they charge.
