Abby did an amazing job on my nails. She went above and beyond with her advice, skill and professionalism. When I asked for an out dated style she found a better one that matched the colors that I picked. She even helped me get food to take home to my son from the Pizza shop a few doors down from the shop. I was so impressed with her service. The Salon itself was clean, and followed Covid protocol. My nails and toes does match I have mood polish and my feet was cold.

Got these done today from here and Im loving it. They look so amazing that Im impressed with this technician skills. I appreciate her.

My lashes and nails turn out pretty good from here. Customer service is amazing here. Today one of the other customers was unhappy with her nail but then the technician that was doing my nails ensure that the customer was very satisfied in a matter of seconds. I was so happy to see that.

Great place when you get most nail techs. They do eyebrows well too. Great selection of colors and several artists can do personalized nail design.

I had an excellent experience as always. Have been going to Nancy for a while now. She does my lashes, refills, brows and feet. I have long natural nails and she takes excellent care of them. Im VERY particular about my nails. She is awesome!!!!!

Theyre super friendly and very nice! I am a regular so they always greet me and get very excited when I come. The nail polish quality is great and very lasting if you take care of them.

I havent been here in years and thought Id try them out again. I needed my nails done for a wedding I was in and they didnt look like what I expected them to be. Tomorrow will make a week of having them done and the polish is already off three nails not to mention I got gel polish on my nails. The owner(the guy) was way to cocky like he did such an amazing job on my nails. Definitely wont be going back.

Very clean facility. Very profession and courteous staff. For me personally, I go to Le for pedicures. Her skillset, and quality of care is incredible!

Great place. James was very attentive! They didnt mess up my hands with the tool and they actually lotioned and massaged my hands and feet. Will go back. Also well established has been there for more than 10 years at least.

I love the way they do nails with the exception when you pay with credit card Helen always ask if you are going to leave a tip.Not professional at all I am already paying for their services.Will go back but not to HELEN she is the only one who ask for a tip.

Went for a gel pedicure on a slow day that was very mediocre. The young lady did not soak my feet. I was in and out so fast that I could still feel the dead skin on the soles of my oiled down feet. Went for the second time to give them another try with a friend and we both were equally dissatisfied with our pedicures. The lady barely scrubbed my feet with the pumice and I had to tell her multiple times that she was not finished because she failed scrub my entire foot. I was shocked that she actually thought she was going proceed to polish my nails when she barely did the service correctly and entirely. And to think they asked if I wanted to leave a tip?! Absolutely not. I won’t be back.

I have gone to this nail salon for over 10 years. I have no complaints.

I tried different nail salons and this one is by far the best!!! They are very professional. They keep the salon neat and clean. Most importantly my nails are always done right... the polish always lasts and my nails dont lift or break which was a huge problem that I had at other salons.

Don’t go here!!!! So I’ve had a mediocre experience with them for the past few months going there with a few miscommunication now and then...but the last time I went they sat this girl down in a chair for an hour and then proceeded to tell her they couldn’t do her service and to go somewhere else because they were ready to go..that had to be the most unprofessional and rudest thing I’ve ever witnessed and this was coming from THE OWNER of the place...they will not be getting my money anymore with that type of attitude

The staff here is very unprofessional. Every time I get a service done here it looks sloppy and is always rushed. This is also not the place to go to if you want to go to a clean salon. They also dont offer many designs.

The best nail salon in my opinion in Uptown is Nancy Nails. Helen is the best when it comes to eyelashes she hooks them up.

THET CANT SHAPE YOUR NAILS and I paid $5 for design and they told me they couldn’t do zig zag because it had to be gel which doesn’t make sense because all gel does is make it stay longer ! The lady wouldn’t show me the design plates instead she kept pulling out designs that costs $10 and $20 . I ended up with 5 thin stripes as my design because they acted like every little design had to be done with gel.

Working at my job gives me money to go the nailery and hair salon 💇🏻, but I’m upset about the processing thoughts that came to mind when I told the young lady before she colored my feet i needed to walk back to my car to get the cash because I forgot this is a “cash only” no atm business. The young well spoken English speaker and listener (btw she wasn’t the one doing my nails, and I was directing this info to the lady who was) stated to leave my id or my phone with them. I left my phone for her to say we are going to watch it and nobody is going to take it... when I came back in I asked her did I come back fast enough because I didn’t want you to think I was going to walk out and not come back to pay... she gets silent.. I thought she was rude.. but back to they lady who spent her time professionally correcting my nails (I spent $60) AS I SAY AGAIN THANK YOU 😊.

I dont know what kind of glue they use or cheap acrylic, but I paid $70 for gel full set and a pedicure. My big toe paint is completely chipped after one week (and no I dont wear shoes without socks/stockings) and my nail tips began lifting near the nail beds but theyre so stuck to my nail at one part that two of my entire natural nails have been ripped off. I havent even had a chance to get back for the first refill. Ive had full sets esp gel last me 2 weeks or 3 and still dont lift and never in 17 years have my nails ever been ripped off or completely stuck to a nail toward the top but lifting completely at the bottoms. Ill never be back

Love this place peaceful peasantry & professionals!

They only people who actually knew how to do nails here were the couple. But they already quit and dont work there no more. The rest of them cant shape or polish right. Nails always end up bulky and sloppy.

This place is lazy. The lady who did my refill did not care at all. My nails arent even and still had dirt under them, AFTER I asked her to clean them. This place is not what it used to be 😤🙄
