So I had been stalking this place for over six months before actually landing an appointment. I finally landed one on December 23, 2019. I paid 50.00 bucks for dip powder (SNS) with 4 designs. And tipped an additional 10.00 to my nail tech Mary-who was delightful. I loved my nails! Until the first chip, which occurred 2 days later (on Christmas) while I was out of town visiting family. Well under a week my nails chipped and chipped and chipped away. I finally called on December 31st and left a message, finding out later they were closed. I was never called back, and I called again January 2nd 2020, I waited for a call back and received that today, Jan 3. The phone receptionist told me their policy of anything over a week can only be fixed if a new fee is paid. I was told while having my nails done just the week prior that clients are asked to come back no sooner than 3 weeks for a refill service. So when told that a week was too long to have my nails fixed as a curtesy and I would have to pay the full fee, because at this time they need to all be redone, was more than confusing for me. After thanking the phone rep, I decided to visit in person, thinking a face to face would allow them to see how bad my nails were looking under two weeks, the manager had left, so I asked the phone receptionist to contact her and let her know I was there. She didnt budge, she didnt bend, she didnt even apologize for my inconvenience. Oh and the delightful nail tech-she barely spoke tonight. So one and done for me. I waited over six months, paid 50 dollars all to yet be in search of a good, professional, dedicated, upscale nail salon that doesnt cost an arm and a leg. No more mingling at Mingle nail lounge for me!!! you guys lost a really good client!

Got a refill with gel polish yesterday. My nails came out beautiful. The nail tech was very friendly and chatted with me the entire service. She was very thorough and took her time, did not rush through it. She was gentle whine filing and drilling. Used an exfoliater on my hands that made them super soft. Only four stars because I felt it was a bit expensive. One of my acrylics had cracked and needed to be replaced and I was charged an additional 10 dollars for that repair. Overall a very good experience, I would definitely go back!

Been going to Mingle for years now. I started going based off of a coworkers recommendation and kept going back. I love Tiana however, all the girls that work there are great artists. The shop is clean, well decorated and the owner, Vicky, stays up to date on all the nail trends. Her nails always look good! She also does beautiful lash extensions. They use quality products and have a great color selection. I get compliments on my nails all the time, even by other nail artists I encounter.You need an appointment!!! You will not be able to walk up in there; they are booked and busy honey! It’s worth it. COVID has caused services to go up in price and they have a deposit policy through Venmo. Easily the best manicure Ive ever had. Mary intuitively picked the right nail shape and was meticulous. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and even though I was unfortunately 10 minutes late, there was no judgement or rushing. I dont get my nails done too often, but Im trying to change that, and having found this place makes that choice so much easier!

Even though I live out of state in Delaware, I love going to mingle nail lounge to get my nails done. The staff is really nice and patient. Sometimes Im undecided and I dont feel pressured to decide right away or like Im annoying, lol. Its always clean and that is very important in preventing the spread of germs. Lastly, the amount of talent and skill in this one nail salon just isnt fair to the competition.

They do a good job, however I think this place is extremely overpriced. For all that I paid for a mani/pedi there, they can at least clean up the salon and make it look a little bit more upscale since that’s how they charge. I understand they need to pay their expenses and make a profit, but i just think paying $100+ for services that I usually get done every 2 weeks is crazy. They do a great job with doing nails and they are very personable (hence the 4 stars). But I can get the same exact services and good experience at a place that charges less. All their profits probably go towards their yeezys LOL

This salon came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! I saw Mary, but all the technicians there were clearly doing a great job. I LOVE my nails, and they create a fun, laid-back environment that was very refreshing.

Ive been going here for years, and I wont be going elsewhere anytime soon. The entire staff is supremely talented. If you can dream it up, they can execute it on your nails to perfection. The ladies are also great to talk to, I go for the girl talk just as much as the manicures. They also offer complimentary wine, which is the icing on the cake at this top notch nail salon.

This place has really gone down. The staff are very unprofessional and curse constantly. The conversations are very inappropriate. At my last visit, I felt like I was in a chop shop. I was rushed. I remember when Mattie was working there. She took her time, was patient and was very professional. She has since left (and I understand why) I really wish I could find her. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Such a shame.

I went to Mingle Nail Salon with my mom to get my nails done for my wedding. All of the women there were super accommodating, helped us choose the best styles for each of us, and even served us complimentary wine! Would highly recommend especially if youre looking for quality nail design and good conversation :)

Usually the service is great with a good atmosphere. Today I went in for a 12:30 appointment on time And left out almost an hour later without my nails done. What is the point of an appointment if its not honored. Very disappointed would have never expected that.

From the time you walk in the door, until the time you leave you feel like you are part of the family. Did I mention the bomb nails?!? Pure perfection, from the shape to the finishing touches. Very disappointed. Very rude staff. Made an appointment, tried to reschedule & double booked by mistake. Explained via text before arriving what happened. I was greeted with unfriendly employees the moment I walked in who then made me explain AGAIN what happened, then waved me away so they can continue they’re conversation. Another employee came out who made me explain AGAIN the situation. The nail tech then arrived without saying hello to me starts putting her stuff down on the table in front of me and AGAIN asks me what happened— I explain to her & her only response is “well, why didn’t you just call” Instead of explaining for now the FOURTH time, I decided to just leave. I let them know that I expect to not be charged any cancellation fee and they STILL CHARGED ME. I left due to their nasty attitudes & them asking like they were doing me a favor for being there...I should NOT be charged for that. I am currently on the phone with my bank to file a dispute.

Its so down to earth in the salon, and everyone addresses you by ur and treat you with respect... It took me many years to find a nail salon like this and i finally found it.... I love this place. Julie has been doing my nails for the past couple of months. I dont get fake nails, just a gel manicure. She doesnt try to force me to get tips or anything. She is very thorough and my manicure lasts over 3 weeks. The place is clean. They have so many different colors, jewels, and other fun accessories. I see the other people that get their nails done and they look amazing. Those fun nails you see on Instagram or pinterest, they can do. All of the staff is fun and personable. They are funny and very authentic. The prices are great, I have had manicures that are more expensive and low quality. So I think its completely worth it here. I usually come on a Wednesday or Tuesday so it isnt ever crowded, but you may want to make an appointment for a weekend.Update: Ive been seeing Mary for about a year now. She does amazing designs. Especially on dip powder. Everyone here is so great. Had my entire wedding party here

So far both nail Techs I had were really good however I dont like that they dont put their prices up. Twice I was told one price on the phone then told a different price when I went to pay.

I tried this place at the recommendation of a friend and made an appointment online. When I arrived, the woman asked if I would mind waiting a bit while she grabbed a coffee quick. I said ok, thinking it would be maybe 5 minutes, but instead I sat there for over 20 minutes past my scheduled time. The actual mani-pedi hurt as she clipped away too much of my cuticle, which left my skin dry and peeling for 2 weeks. Polish didnt last long either.

Please please stay away from this stuck up place! Came here on referral, They told me one price over the phone 23 for a full set get there 30 for a regular fullest! Then they do my daughters nails charge her extra for coffin nails she didnt get. I paid close too 200 for me and my daughter too get refill, fullest, and 2 pedis, nothing extra she got regular polish and I got gel polish, they jack the prices up, which is not posted in there salon, charge me 10 for my husband not able too make his pedi, I was so pissed and all they can say is that is the prices SMH they will never get another dime from me! They think cause they on main street they can act like this. SMH
