My finger is still infected since I been there. Probably wont ever go back. Its too bad because the people were pretty nice there.

Love this place but never go on Friday. Without an appointment. Dont like being rushed out . The painting of my nails was sloppy and it chip two days after.

Love, love getting my medi-pedi done here. Ms Nancy and Ms Lisa are the best. This is the only place Ill go, even though I live in West Philly. The service is excellent and the shop is spotless (even before Covid). Thank you for taking extra care of me after my two knee replacements.

Visited this nail salon as a birthday treat to myself this afternoon. Store was clean and my temperature was checked before I started. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure for $40. Great deal, especially with the hot stones used during the pedicure. Nancy was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely be back!!

Staff is friendly, eager to please, place is well fitted, new chairs for pedicures are wonderful. I love the spa pedicure with its wonderful massage.

So Ive given this place about four attempts to do the most basic Manicure ( Tip & Dip). And the nails tec are rude and easy upset when you express not liking how your nails look. The owner always has to come over, and once that happens, the Tec gives you nothing but attitude. They walk away from their workstation. So unprofessional!!! The owner would have to step in to fix my nail. TODAY was my boiling point 😒😒. My nail... Looks terrible!!🙄But its crazy because if I’m paying for a service and a look, do it the right way. Let me be clear the owner Nancy is nice and would accommodate you. But when you have to always deal with their present nail tec, it makes the experience unenjoyable.I would rather pay an extra $20 and deal with professionals and nail Tec that know how to do nails. My nails look like they are about to take off like an airplane.Also, before you sit, ask about pricing.

I bounced around at a couple of places in the past and this place stuck with me. Love it here. The people are great, they do great work, and have reasonable prices.

My refill never last more then a week. Always inquiring about a tip when paying.

Messed up my eyebrows so bad.

Tried them out today for the first time! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner who was so pleasant. She knew exactly what I wanted. The place was super clean!!! She asked me where I went before for my nails because they looked horrible (they really did). I told her the reason I decided to give them a try was because of the amazing reviews on google! I am glad I stopped in today, I just found my new spot! Oh, and they didn’t increase prices due to COVID-19... that’s always a plus!!

This is my go to nail place. I have been seeing Rode for years. The staff is friendly. The shop is spotless, roomy and modern. They take lonely care of their clients and have a nice selection of services. I wouldnt recommend any other place!

Just found my new spot. Nancy was wonderful. She did my nails the perfect length and shape for me! Also she did my eyebrows, the best I have ever seen. I usually do my own because others have waxed them too thin but she asked first and did them perfect for me. Overall, fantastic service and she was so pleasant. I recommend highly!

Awesome experience for my first time! I dropped in an hour before closing and got a full set, gel polish, and a design. The ladies were friendly and helpful, and the salon is cute. Ill be back for sure!

Awful!! The tech was in a rush doing my nails, she cut my nails short when I specifically told her I want them long length. She was doing my nail accordingly to her taste I had to tell her that I’m the one paying for services. My real nails are sticking out the side!! Awful job.. I usually go to a private person for my nails, due to not scheduling an appointment I decided to go to a salon.. never again...these people want your money and want you in and out with mess up nails.

Honestly gave this place so many tries and just got disappointed every time. went to get a gel manicure, the lady was very rude when I pointed out that the polish was uneven and in my cuticles. She repainted my nails and the same night I noticed huge air bubbles that were lifting my polish. I went back the next day to get my nails fixed and ones again all of my gel polish got air bubbles and totally lifted off. Beyond disappointing. Waste of my time

One older lady that works there was twisting my arms with full force and anger to get to my thumb. I was about to walk out in the middle of the service. Never again ill come there. Oh and i left her 5 dollar tip because i always tip and she didnt even say thank you. The whole time she was on a personal phone call. Now how ignorant is that.

I come to Philly a lot and always stay at the same hotel. For whatever reason I am never able to get my mani/pedi before I leave home and this time I chose to get them done in Philly at Palace. And am I glad I did!!I went as soon as they opened at ten and was greeted warmly when I walked in by the owner Nancy. Minutes later I was in a chair getting a gentle massage and having my pedi done.The place is bright and clean and the beauty therapists (as I call them) were efficient and pleasant in spirit. I dont usually like to chat when Im getting my nail therapy but their personalities were so bright I couldnt help babbling from start to finish.I will definitely make this a permanent fixture in my trips to Philly. Im very pleased and was in and out in an hour.

Dont go. The lady was going to leave all the cuticle build up around my nails if i didnt correct her. I asked her take the skin underneath my nail she gave the tool to do it myself. The massage was mediocre.

Did gel nail polish, the worst job ever! All polish around cuticles, nails are not covered in polish completely and at the end charged me 30$! If u want a professional job dont go, so upset
