The air inside the salon is toxic and the place is pretty icky. The prices were the same as other salons that are much nicer.

Nancy is the BEST! She’s such a sweetheart and she can do just about anything you show her. She gives you exactly what you want. She kind, and does an awesome job on my nails EVERY-TIME . I’ve been going to her for 3Years!

Very clean spot that treated me and my son like royalty. The staff is nice and our pedicures look great.

I love Lee, his wife, Pat and the rest of the staff. Ive been coming to them for years and now I travel out my way for their services. I refuse to go to any other salon... theyre a small nail salon with a lot of business, so thats the ONLY reason for any long wait complaints. Knowing their busy days and hours is helpful. Overall, their customer service is excellent and theyre simply great at what they do!

I just hate businesses that is not accountable for their mistakes. I went to this nail salon to get my eyebrows waxed. The guy seemed nervous and uncertain the entire time he was waxing my brows. By the way he kept utilizing the used cloth paper to try to get the remining hair after he pulled it off let me know he probably wasn’t getting a clean pull. I wasnt tripping cause I normally fill in my eyebrows anyway. Then he started tweezing, he was tweezing so close to my skin it wasn’t funny and right before I could say stop he tweezed my damn skin off. Before I sat up he tried to apply all this damn Vaseline to hide the fact that I was bleeding. He tried to convince me the bleeding was from the hair being pulled out of the follicle, which I knew was I lie because I felt it when he ripped my skin. Never ever would I go to the nail salon. I just hate to pay my money to an establishment that dnt care about their customers. The guy who did my eyebrows clearly had no proper training and very minimum experience. I highly doubt he is even licensed to perform eyebrow waxing.

The prices are good but if you get Lees wife, she goes too fast and so the quality is bad. Shes also a little obsessive about upselling you to the point of being a not enjoyable visit. They may be racist. I arrived at the same time as a black teen, they seated me. then two latinx women came in and they worked on them, and then another woman who came in 10 minutes later, leaving the black girl to wait for 50 minutes before going to her.

I came in and asked the lady Nancy for an refill and she cut my nails off to the point i had to get tips and told me i asked for an full set then charged me full price of $60 as if nothing happened😡😡😡miss i dont wear tips why would I ask for them my nails was all natural now i have to start over 😡😡 im very unsatisfied with the way i was treated💯💯💯Ive been there numerous of times over the years and never had an problem until now

When I arrived to lease it was 12 PM when I left Lee’s it was 5 PM service was horrible my nail Polish is coming off two days later and a week later my nails are coming off they didn’t listen to what I want it they wanted to put on my nails with they wanted to put on my nails any luck my sister in the store after she paid for her nerves as if she was a hostage I will never recommend anyone says nail salon ever again and I will never return

Very hospital and even though it gets crowded its only.because the business is so great!! the prices are fair as well
