BE CAREFUL:I have never written a bad review of anywhere in my entire life. I will first say that my nails LOOK fine. I am someone who gets a gel manicure routinely and have for years. I’ve tried many places, of course some I have liked better than others but I’ve never had such a bad experience. My natural nails are somewhat long and have always been very healthy. The lady taking off the old gel On my nails, was so aggressively scraping the gel that she was scraping pieces of my actual nail off and it hurt. She then proceeded to file my nails in a very chaotic and aggressive way, going back and fourth all different directions. I expressed concern and she kept saying it was fine. When I put my nails into the water to soak (freezing cold water) pieces of my nails started to flake off into the water.I feel horrible writing this, but if it can save someone’s nails it has to be said. My nails now feel paper thin, and will surely break before my next appointment. This will likely result in me having to take a break from gel manicures to let my nails heal.

Clean, nice, good massage, and lovely job on the nails! She was thorough and checked to make sure I liked the colors. 10/10 will visit again! ☺️

I go to 2 different places. They raised their prices cause of the pandemic but I heard that they werent allowed to do that, calling it inflation during the pandemic. It was against the law to do that during the pandemic, so I feel partial to it.

EDIT: I have to update my initial review:I have been here about 5 times now. I was getting dip powder with Mimi and they were perfect and lasted three weeks with no issues. I went in last week to have my nails done with dip powder again, mimi was there and looked like she was on break, so a new girl did my nails. I figured I would just roll with it and see how it went. Was not pleased with the dip powder manicure she gave me. It was lumpy and bubble-ee and pooled up near my cuticles. They have already started to crack and chip off. Also, the last two pedicures Ive received chipped within a week. I suspect its because of a less quality product they use. If I bring my own polish for a pedicure, it lasts. When I choose one of their colors it chips within days.I think if they are training new nail techs we should get a discount for lesser quality work. You will be happy with the services here if you stick with the nail tech you like, and bring your own polish.-----------------------------I got a great gel manicure and regular pedicure from MiMi. She was thorough and took her time. Beautiful polish job. Very friendly staff.They carry a lot of polish, and gel brands, including OPI, some Perfect Match, Gelish, iNK, Galaxy, Kiara Sky, Lechat, Orly. They also offer full sets, chrome, cats eye, dip powder, waxing and facials.Loses a star because the decor could be updated and theyre a little cramped, and they love to play sappy love songs all day. I can overlook this for the quality work they do.

Today was my first time coming to this salon . My nail techs name was “Lee” today was also her first time working at this salon! SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!!! She was very detailed with my nails and feet! She did my eyebrows sooo perfect! We talked almost the entire time I was in there . I FOUND MY NEW PLACE :) thanks so much Lee your absolutely amazing!!!!!

I love this place. I enjoy getting my nails done here. Never busy when I go and the ladies here are awesome they notice when you dont come around and if you come with someone and they dont come they ask how they are. I am in love with this place and they do great eyebrows.

This place OVER CHARGES CERTAIN CLIENTS! THE TECHNICAN TRACEY WILL TAKE YOUR KNIDNESS AS A WEAKNESS! SHE DOES GREAT WORK BUT VERY MALNIPULATIVE. SHE UPS THE PRICE LIST BY $2-5 DOLLARS IF YOU ARENT PAYING ATTENTION. AND SHE WILL TAKE YOUR NAILS OFF when its not needed !!! She pretty much does what she wants. And when you bring it to her attention she gets upset . Its to find another technician like her especially if youve been going to her for a long time.

I have been going to these ladies for 2 years now. This is the first time I left unhappy due to poor service. I asked for a Dip manicure and she rushed through it skipping all the nicities that make it relaxing. Very disappointed and will not return there.

This was my first time visiting this business, from the time we entered to the time we walked out the three nail techs were very attentive. What I love about this place is the fact they did not rush, and paid very close attention to detailing every single nail to look the same. Mimi and Kelly are amazing. There was also a older lady (didnt get her name) who was excellent as well. This place is a must go if your looking to have fabolous nails. Be prepared to spend a little longer time here, because they make sure everything is perfect from the polish to the drying of your nails. I will become a frequent customer.

Just brought my gf here as a birthday gift. We came for pedicures and got started at the same exact time which was great especially since we were able to sit next to each other. For some reason her pedicure was 10 minutes shorter than mine and didn’t include a massage at all. The old woman who was doing her pedicure just walked away when she was finished and didn’t say anything. She didn’t say she was done or direct her to the dryers, just left. It was rude and really upsetting her experience was so awful especially after we told them it was her birthday. We made it known we were upset and she just ignored us. Never going back

First time today and I was satisfied. Gel Mani and Pedi for $40 dollars and Tiffany took her time! No wait. Also, every 5th time you get 5 dollars off your service if you get their card :)

One of my favorite places to get a manicure and pedicure. The staff are friendly and they take their time and do really nice work.

I’m not one to do this write up reviews of any kind however there’s a first time for everything. This morning I walked into my usual nail spot. The service is usually outstanding! I love Linda. She just gets it right every time. Today I was not so lucky, Linda was not in I saw two unfamiliar faces, but I gave it a go. The girl taking care of me seemed unsure of herself and how to recreate the nail shape Linda does every 2-3weeks (I’m not a nail tech but Linda makes it seem effortless and painless.), which is a pointy almond shape. After sitting in her chair for almost an hour and a half my nails were left extremely too short, none of them are almond and the acrylic is caked on. I had to ask her to reshape then several times. She had no idea what she was doing. It was like she winged it. Not to mention as she was trying to get the shape down she filed into my skin and kept trying to shape them as I was bleeding on her nail file. I gave up on asking her to correct it then came the gel polish. Just clear polish with a bit of sparkles nothing insane. She tried. The polish definitely bubbled and looks like those ugly ass bubble nails. I said to her they feel quishy can I dry them under the light again. She pulled out the cord from the uv lamp and said no. After that came my time to pay. I had a refill with gel polish. Usually 25 dollars even with a cut down. She charged me 40 for mis-shaped nails all crooked and bubbly. I will never go back there unless I’m sitting in Linda’s chair. What I love about that place was the consistency. I knew what I was getting when I walked in until today. If your two main nail techs aren’t going to be there on a Sunday you gotta make sure you have someone there that meets there standards.Rant over.
