What a GREAT place. First of all, these ladies are so sweet. It’s run by an incredible lady with the help of her very talented daughter. You see my nails?! Simple and beautiful. The owner’s daughter recommended the colors for me. Trust their advice because they know what they’re doing! Great service, kind people, clean space. There isn’t anything I’d change. Congratulations, you guys just got a regular!

I went here thinking it was going to be great, but I was very disappointed. I not only did not get for what I ask I also got cut multiple times on my pedicure. I asked for almond shaped tips to be put on and I was told “no, your nails are not too short I can make it work”. My nails are short and are NOT all the same shape or length. My toes look more crusty now then when I walked in, they also cut my toe nail at an angle. I didn’t even get an apology from them for cutting me again MULTIPLE times, I would give 0 stars.

So since I left this salon my nails have been in excruciating pain!, so much pain that I had to remove the dip powder myself and found that majority of my nails are bow GREEN and me being a nurse knows that’s infection!, I got dip powder on my nails and a pedicure, the person who did my feet acted as if I was the first pair of feet she ever saw! They don’t have the proper tools and is very small and they FORCE YOU to leave a 20% tip, DO NOT EVER ATTEND THIS NAIL SALON, they try to butter you up with kindness and massages but don’t know the half of how to do bails properly.

My first experience with the Nail Art Bar salon was pretty nice. Quality products, Friendly Staff, Clean environment & They have an amazing nail tech who does outstanding designs on your nails. The reason I’m giving the salon a four star rating & not five is because during my acrylic nail install the tech cut my finger. Pretty painful but it was a mistake. Overall this salon is a great place to consider for nail services.

I went here once on a whim for an eyebrow wax and the owner, Lucy did an amazing job. I went back to get my nails done for my sisters bridal shower and Lucy’s daughter did an amazing job executing what I asked and matched my nails to my dress perfectlyy! They did charge me $60 total for just a manicure with a custom design which is a bit high (and slightly annoying I was not informed that the minimal designs would be an extra $30) but overall it’s a great place with talented techs!

This place was dirty and the owner was rude. The younger workers were very kind but had poor communication. Had to continuously ask the owner to translate. I left before my pedicure was completed. A comment was made by the owner and one of her customers while getting this pedicure that pedicure season was over. This on 9/11/21 @1:17pm and I kindly got up from the pedicure station and thanked them while leaving w/o having gotten any services. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE/ MANAGEMENT!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!

I found this establishment through Google and read the reviews. Lucy and her daughter are quite humorous and friendly. They do have Spanish speaking employees. The place is very clean and they ask you to wash your hands before receiving service. Pedi they wash your feet in vinegar, not a lot but just enough. They do have different types of pedi available. They do carry true match, and provide hand waxing after your nails are done. They do offer a glass of wine with your services and hours are real good.

I requested a manicure and pedicure. The young lady that did my pedicure cut my cuticle. I could feel my toe stinging when she sprayed a solution on it. When it was time for my manicure the technician acted as if she didn’t know that was the service I wanted. She took someone else that came in after me. And tried to sit me in between 2 people being serviced. I will not return and do not recommend anyone else go here.

Lucy and her daughter Suzann are amazing. Very attentive and professional. We sought this place out for the nail design and they did a great job replicating a picture we had of nail art. Prices are comparable to other places. Quality is solid. This will be our new place to go.

I paid 120. My feet were worth it but my nails were not. The girl who did my pedicure took her time but my nails are a MESS and you can visibly see the brush strokes IT LOOKS BAD and its not cheap.

I made an appointment here last minute before going on vacation. My usual nail salon was booked for the day but I have been here a few times and thought it would be okay. I made an appointment over the phone at 11 am for an acrylic refill and gel polish. When I arrived she told me I was late, and I confirmed I was on time. My tech kept telling me how busy and behind they were and I told her I understood and was super friendly. However, she didn’t file my nails all the way, didn’t file underneath my nails, didn’t trim them like I asked, and didn’t even allow enough time for the gel polish to sit under the UV correctly. My nails are uneven and bumpy. Within 5 days, two of my nails were cracking and 8 days later one had to be removed. I spent close to $75 (I also paid for my partners manicure) and I am extremely unhappy with the results. Overall I felt very rushed and pushed to the side.I also understand due to COVID many businesses are understaffed, which is ultimately why I did not say anything during the process.

They are very friendly and have a lot of extra services like paraffin wax and hot towels and hot stones. I love how they dip your whole hand in the wax for manicures

This nail salon is amazing. The owner and daughter Suzanne and 1other employee I forgot her name all were so sweet and made me feel so welcome I can’t express how amazing they all are. Now to the services above and beyond to make me happy and what I wanted I’m very picky about my nails and when I say EVERYthing was done perfectly. I like that they took their time I got amazing massages with my pedi and refill. Sincere, professional and talented they’re my new nailery home

They always have openings. The staff is very friendly fast and efficient. The prices are a little higher than normal but I enjoy the pedicures . They pay attention to your feet ! Worth every penny they charge in my opinion. Check them out

I got a full set of gel nails & in less than two weeks they fell off!! I have never had that happen to me anywhere else! They were pretty messy!They also do not like to use the AC!

I am so happy with this place! I have been going to another place for years and decided to try Nail Art Bar out and am so glad I did. I got a regular manicure with regular polish. This picture is my nails a week later and I have never gone this long without chippin. Betty did a fantastic job. The price is a few more dollars than what I paid before but it comes with so much more included and clearly better quality than what I was used to. This is my new spot to go and I plan on going back tomorrow for a pedicure!

I almost want to keep this to myself because I absolutely loved the service! I got a pedicure and gel manicure which I feel like is pricey in this neighborhood. However, for the same price as other salons with this i got the hot rocks and a nice massage. That was the basic pedicure no extra charge. The manicure also included a nice back massage and a parafin hand dip! The point is for the same price as other nail salons in the area I got more than I expected! I seriously never enjoyed a pedicure and manicure more! I usually wait until half the gel has come off before getting my nails done again. This time I can’t wait to go back. AMAZING!!!!!

I went to get my nails done and it was my 1st time there. She ddnt ask me what kind of pedicure i wanted or anything. They charged me the most expensive pedicure they had. I wuld neva go back.

This is my favorite nail salon by far in the Roxy/Manayunk area. The pedicures are out of this world and the techs are all so nice. I am so happy to have found this Roxborough gem.

This place is wonderful! I cant say enough good things about my experience, especially after trying other nail salons in the area. You get a ton for your money (which is very reasonable). I got a basic pedicure, but Elen really took her time and put care into it. It even comes with a hot stone massage and paraffin wax for your heels. Then they give a great back massage while your paint dries. I also got my eyebrows done and got a nice little temple massage and fresh aloe afterwards. I will definitely be back many times again!

The ladies at this place take their time to give you a quality mani and pedi. Unlike many other places where you feel like they are rushed. They even have free parafina wax. Got a mani & pedi combo for 40$ and for my lip waxed for 8$. The wax even came with a mini facial and she used real aloe from a plant in her shop to soothe my skin afterwards!!Don’t forget to tip!

I made an appointment for a pedicure. I waited almost half an hour past the time of the appointment, when I was told when I called that I could “definitely get a pedicure” at the time I made the appointment for. I was told once that someone was “finishing up”, but clearly no one was almost finished. I ended up leaving, and will never go back.

Amazing experience! My usual salon was booked, so I decided to give Nail Art Bar a try, and Im so glad I did. The technicians were professional and personable, making sure everyone was comfortable. I received the best manicure of my life, complete with paraffin dip and massage (and my nails look amazing!!). The pricing was also very reasonable, definitely on point with other salons, although you get more for your money here. I highly recommend this salon, and will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing service. The staff is so kind and welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your time.They also give the BEST massages! The foot massage following my pedicure was wonderful and then they even rubbed my back while my toes were drying. GREAT SERVICE! I would highly recommend and look forward to going back!

My friend and I got pedicures- you get a lot for the price! They pay attention to detail and do a great job. Also, most importantly (for me) they’re VERY hygienic. I’ll definitely return.

This is based off of 3 Dip powder manicures and 1 gel manicure. I went with 3 of my friends and all of our nails came off within a week. Dip powder is supposed to last up to 3 weeks. The ladies were nice, but they did not seem to get every step right in the Dip process and the quality of our manicures suffered.

Save your money. Do not go here! Horrible experience. Nail Tech rushed my nails. Never had someone file my nails so fast and aggressive to to the point where my finger was bleeding. Nails were poorly done. Never coming back here.

Went here for a pedicure. I loved everything including the girl’s positive attitude, besides when they painted my toes. Clear coat was not put on (which i thought was weird but ok..) and the lady only painted half of my toe nail on about 4-5 toe nails out of 10. She was like scared to touch my toe nails even after all the hot rocks, rags and scrubbing. I was really upset but I needed them done for the beach. Definitely not worth $30

Horrible service and outrages prices for a horrible job. My toe nails were cut to low even though I told her not to cut them and they started to bleed. My 4 nails were lifting up after 2 days which caused one to split in half and she refused to give me a refund or fix them.

I cant speak about the price..because I dont remember. But I had a pedi and gel nails. Both came with amazing massages and paraffin treatment. It was their opening, so I also got this nice lotion. I will be going back to try the facial when that gets set up.

My cousin and I went here for a nail day together. My cousin got a full set & a pedi while I got a gel manicure and a gel pedi. My cousins nails ALL broke off within 4 days. The gel on my nails chipped away within 6 which has never happened elsewhere. Not to mention, when we were leaving the salon, I was practically being demanded to tip one of the woman who hadn’t even worked on my nails. NEVER again.

They did an awful job with dip polish here, very rough and not smooth. Waste of time and money. Don’t get here if you’re getting dip

60$ for a full set that popped off 4 days later! No thank you! I came in on Monday and it’s Now Thursday and 4 nails just popped off and were lifting 24hours after getting them done. I’m extremely disappointed and more frustrated that I paid 60 dollars for that.

Went in for a full set and a pedicure. Pedicure was fantastic. She did a great job. Full set was a disaster. I asked for French tips with black in the top. I ended up with white on the bottom and black on the top globbed on like crazy! Who puts solid color on the bottom on a French manicure also? I was sooo confused! At first I didn’t want to hurt her feelings since she already started and maybe she misunderstood me so I let it go and figured it would look good at the end, she is the professional after all. Absolutely not. I looked like a little kid painted my nails. None of the lines were straight and the gel was not dry because she put so much on. I was upset so I just asked her to take it off and I would paint it at home since I had to be at work in about and hour. I’ve already been there for over 2 hours. She takes it off and wile doing it try’s to tell me my design was too hard and takes too long to dry??? What! She then convinced me to get a solid polish only so I don’t feel silly at work. She did not remove all the black polish and the job looked rushed. I am soooo disappointed. This was a treat for my birthday. I never get my nails done anymore. I spent over 100$ and feel like I waisted my time and money.
