Worst manicure ever, the nail polish fell off just 3 days after the manicure and the skin around my nails is now peeling. This has never happened to me before !!

Dont bother wasting your money here. I asked for a spa pedicure. The woman rushed through it and was the fastest spa pedicure Ive ever had. When I mentioned it, they offered to massage my shoulders while my toes dried, which they offer to everyone. If you need a fast plain pedicure and need to get in and out, they didnt do a bad job, but I did not get what I paid for and I will not go back.

I’m usually looking for a quick, no-fuss gel manicure, and rarely have an appointment. These ladies always fit me in and I’m finished in less than an hour, which is exactly what I want. Nice to have a neighborhood place where walk-ins really are welcome. :-)

I asked for red dip powder and the lady gave me pink, she reassured me it would change after the final process was done. When it was finished it was pink, but I didn’t have time to change it. She told me she gave me a pink red. The next day I asked to have it removed and the girl who did it and another girl said yes it’s pink but it looks good on you. I said I wanted red not pink, and you gave me pink. They both agreed it was pink. They charged me $10 to remove their own mistake, which they admitted to. So embarrassing for them as a business, I’ll never be back.

Ive been coming here for the last 2 years since moving to the city, and I go back every 2-3 weeks. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they do a wonderful job! No other manicure lasts quite like these do! (Not to mention, the salon itself is so clean and beautifully decorated!)

WAY over priced for mediocre service. You’re paying for location. My nails looked good but my pedicure was pretty bad. I asked for her to cut my nails short twice and she didn’t, she barely cut my cuticles or buffed my feet and both hand and foot massages were a joke. The place and nail techs were very nice, but I would never go again. I had to wait for close to an hour while they did other people and then I felt like my service was rushed, even though I was there for nearly 3. Not worth the money...

I know I had busted nails upon entering the shop but the end of the manicure service was horrible. My fingers had a sting/burning feel which was probably due to the excessive cutting of the skin.The environment is very welcoming however, the particular nail tech ruined the experience.

I love the staff here. Ive been regularly going for a year and they do excellent work.

Very poor service for eyebrows. Would not go there again.
