I havent been here in quite some time and I desperately needed my nails done. I called and she told me I can come in 30 minutes. Got in with no wait and wonderful service. My nails look great. Not crowded at all and great covid measures in place.

Made an appointment and was taken care of immediately. Amazing customer service, so clean and follows all the COVID regulations. A truly relaxing experience! Also I had my eyebrows waxed, I feel brand new! I will be back next month

Love this place. No frills nail salon. They can get quite busy on the weekends so I try to go during the week. Everyone there is pleasant and the place is very clean. You can upgrade your pedi to a foot massage with hot stones for 5 bucks more!!

Hello I went to this nail salon a few times and my last time my toes were swollen and red and painful.. i could not walk on it.. i miss work and all. I called the nailery and the lady said come in and i came as soon as i was able to walk. She told me that she didnt know how that happen and what I want her to do it is on the client after they leave the nail salon. I am going to ask a higher authority about that.. the tools are not clean properly.

I will never go back to this salon nor will I refer anyone to this salon. I decided to give it a try because I drove by and there was no wait. I’m dissatisfied with my nails and toes because of the painting. I chose a Salmon color which is a light color. Light colors need extra coats in order to give full and even coverage. She did 3 coats but should have done 4 or 5 to ensure that that color would be full and even. There are still dark spaces on my nails and toes where the paint is not even. Another thing is that the clear coat is also sparse and you can see that it is not fully covering the nail. The price for gel nails and a regular manicure was $42 which is okay but it ended up being a waste of my money because it doesn’t look nice at all. When I asked the lady to fix the mistakes she was offended and the appointment was tense after that. Of course I don’t know what she was saying but the tone was negative. I suggest you pass this shop by. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I have been going to Lamour for years -- they are hands down the best that I have been too. Always treated with respect and they have come to know my family. I appreciate when they let me know that there is going to be a wait, since I am not a fan of waiting, so I would come back later. Always accommodating!!

I love this nail salon. Im Hispanic and they treat me with so much respect. I went there 4 times already and they still the same with me. Never rude... dont believe words but just go and see it with your own eyes.

I got the best pedicure there it was $35 and well worth it three massages hot stones the works!

Very warm atmosphere and your treated with respect. If theres something you dont like about your service they fix it with a sincere apology.

Love Lamour nail salon very clean salon and friendly staff. I love the hand paraffin thats included with a gel manicure.

Lol all these fake reviews from people that havent been here. The service here is good and they arent racist. Ive gotten my nails done here, and so have many of my friends and neighbors of different races.And also to patookapuk trying to call out another reviewer, you and all the other fake reviews also are new. Hes speaking out since he sees just people ignorant of the services trying to speak out wrongly. I read the review bringing all this controversy, sounds more like she couldnt accept she was morbidly obese and was embarrassed that their equipment cant handle that.

Ive been going to L Amour ever since they opened. I am biracial and have NEVER been treated with any disrespect. My friends also are clients (Caucasian, African American, Latino, Asian, Pink, Purple & Rainbow...)Comical how a business has been in the neighborhood for almost 20 years and received so many negative reviews in just one week after a very disgruntled customer.T and her family have been in the neighborhood for years. They are strong supporters of Mayfair community, often donating and supporting the local schools & sports teams.Its a great salon with even better staff & owners. Dont believe all of the rumors because thats all they are!

Very courteous good prices loved my nails

I went into this nail salon to get my nails done. I walked in said hello wrote my name down and sat down. After about 5 minutes I got up and decided to pick out my nail color. I asked one of the nail techs was this the only color station she said yes. I stood there for about 5 minutes trying to find a color. Then one of the techs walks up to me and says, its gonna be a hour wait because shes going on lunch. I asked her why couldnt another tech do my nails. She told me because theyre all going on lunch. I asked her so you close your business down for a hour everyday so that you all can take lunch she said yes. While we where talking two women walked in. I walked to pick up my purse from the seat I was previously setting into and said to the two women who walked in there closing for a hour to take lunch. Then another tech pulled me to the side and said our chairs can only hold a certain amount of weight and she didnt want anything to happen to her chair. Very embarrassed and ashamed I waved her off and walked out. Once I got to the car I called my fiancé and vented. He calmed me down then I went back in and asked for the manager. Who just happened to be the woman who pulled me to the side and offended me. I Told her how offensive her words were and that if that was the case why didnt they say that immediately when I walked in. Not to mention there wasnt any type of notice posted anywhere to notify customers that there were limitations on there chairs. Then a plus size white woman walked past. I asked the tech if you chairs have a limit how were you able to service her. She was speechless. As I looked around I realize I was in a shop full of white women. So not only did I fell humiliated and ashamed, I was now pissed off because the issue wasnt my size. Either way I was still discriminated against and that bothered me in the worst way. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life. I wanted so badly to act up in that shop but I knew the best revenge would be to spread to the word. Apart of me was embarrassed to post this but then I thought to myself, why? Right is right and wrong is wrong.Oh and I only gave one star because I had to to write a review.

To those who have never been to the salon GTFO. Reviews should be reserved for customers not idiots who pass judgment based on a yahoo article.

HORRIBLE i got a refill and had one nail missing and the nail they put on was crooked and then when they painted my nails it had streaks and it was on my fingers. I DO NOT SUGGEST THAT YOU SHOULD GO!

Wife went here on vacations at year. Staff and management are super nice and lots of black people were there with her.
