First time here and I loved it I got a pedi a mani with coffin shape my lashes and got my eyebrows tented they did everything great this is my new place they were all so nice 5 stars

I decided to visit this nail salon due to their cheap prices and they are good in that department. However, they are spitefully unprofessional and need to pay attention to the detail of their work. I literally paid $35 for a full set coffin shaped with mood change nail polish (literally stays one color). Within two days my middle finger came off and my pinky was lifting up. I decided to visit the day it came off so I was the first customer there, the guy who shaped and prepared my nails the first time I visited he “fixed” his mistake. He deliberately compared the new and old nail YET cut the new nail noticeably too long. He knew what he was doing they’ve done nails plenty of times. So I left without noticing, when I did I went back to now a lady having to file the nail he just did over. She did it over but this time the nail seemed wider like a square nail.

Nail technician was awesome. Nice person.

Me and my best friend went to get our nails done for her birthday and it was HORRIBLE never going back there again they did not do what I asked for and painted all over my skin it hurt to even take the nails off and it made a dent on my thumb highly don’t recommend even if it’s cheap don’t waste your MONEY go somewhere else trust me and to my best friend they cut all her cuticles and she was in a lot of pain and left all this acrylic around like finger!

My nails fell off in less then a week & the man kept trying to make me pay for other stuff & I kept telling him no my nails came out bubbly I was not satisfied with them at all !!!!!! HORRIBLE

The ends of my acrylics came out bubbly and fat next time I will tell the man I’m not paying if he doesn’t fix it and he left a whole bunch of nail polish on my skin and burned me multiple times with the acrylic liquid

My nails looked like a fat block of cheese. The acrylic was too thick. I went to another salon that day to have them soaked off.

If I could give them zero, I would. I just wanted a simple mani and pedi. Nail technician did my hands standing up while my feet were on the bowl, flying through my nails and not paying attention. My nails were a hot mess, painted the skin around every single finger and had to tell her 15 times to clean them to still be unsatisfied. Then came another technician and said that the nail polish on my skin will come off as soon as I showered, REALLY? You shouldn’t have painted my skin in the first place, specially with RED polish. You should know better! I shouldn’t have to get home and clean their mess and paying for their mediocre service on top of everything, and don’t get me started about how dirty the place was, oh and they reuse their gloves! Was very disappointed as was going to a special event.

Bad experience. I go in on mothers day weekend. Before I get my feet in the bowl for pedicure. I ask the lady can she wipe it down after someone else got up. She lied and said I did it already. I said I will have someone else do the service she got mad and stormed around the nail salon slamming chairs. The Chinese lady never waited on me. There is limited staff. She put other people first. I was there for 2 hours and had to wait on a male to wait on me. Anyway the process was going and the Chinese lady started talking about me to another client. I asked her to stop she got hype and so. I let her know she was wrong and needed to go back to her country. They are Cambodian and do not like black or Spanish people. And they over charged with a gel nail and pedi with gel. I only pay like 60 any where else. There its 100 they will never get my money again. Also they are very dirty with no room to sit comfortably to get your nails done. Dont go here at all.

The nail techs are sometimes rude and unprofessional. The nails were ok I guess, but I got a fungal infection on three of my nails. The salon did not look clean. Never was completely satisfied coming here, will be going elsewhere.
