Last time i went they charge me $55.00 for a full set no design and the next 2 days my nails fall off it was a guy and it was not Tony who did my nails. Never again will go there.

I only get one person to do my nails there, generally everyone does okay with pedicures, and eyebrows Ive never done so I cant help there. My nail tech is fantastic. Great service, gets real busy because of walk ins, better to do appointments so the spot is guaranteed.

I get gel polish on my fingers and regular polish on my toes, this is the second time the colors are different. Need to start looking for another salon. Its too expensive not to be happy when I get home.

I went here two weeks back with my aunt and cousins and we all got pedicures which did not even last 7 days for any of us. 3 of my cousins got acrylic gel nails and they all fell off within 1 week and 3 days of having them, and they should last about 2 - 3 weeks. My aunt got individual lashes which would not come off until yesterday and when they finally came off, she was left with no real lashes ( her eyelashes were bald basically) . I do not recommend.

I love this Spa, Kim and Tony are awesome and they do amazing gel manicures and pedicure. I recommend this place to anyone. I get so many compliments when Kim does my nails. The whole staff is Great. Just like their name, Great Nails.

If I could no stars I would...respect my time!!!!I came and signed in the owners wife said an hour wait at 12:44 pm. I told you I would return within the hour the wife said ok. I return at 1:15 pm before the hour was up. the customer in her seat had just gotten up and paid, I thought perfect timing. I stood waiting for you to direct me to your chair and you took the person AFTER me on the sign in sheet and told me I have to wait for 2 more people to finish. UNACCEPTABLE, you want me to wait another 45 minutes. If it was a problem for me to leave you should have advise me of such. As a service, its important to respect the customers time. It may not seem like a big deal but it can make a difference in a having someone who patronage your business regularly or someone who takes time the time to give you a poor review. I wont be back

Got my eyebrows done here and not only was the lady extremely rough, she took off almost all of my eyebrows. I walked in with nice thick eyebrows and came out with practically nothing.

First time here and this place was absolutely horrible! The man who did my nails was horrible! He obviously didn’t know what he was doing. My nails were not filed right and overall just looked terrible. Smh will never go back here.

Got my nails done with acrylic and gel polish and the next day, one of my nails broke. Then within two days later, three of my nails started lifting up at the bottom near the cuticles. Although they look nice, but my nails has never lifted up whenever I got them done in other places very disappointed.

I was given a good recommendation by one of my girlfriends who goes to see Tony extremely often. I showed up on August 17th (Saturday), I called Monday and went back into the salon because my nails were done HORRIBLY. I didnt get what I asked for, and my natural nail was filed down so small there was basically nothing left! I spoke to Amy and she had me come back in. While she was very nice I STILL didnt get what I wanted. She semi fixed the problem but had to put Tips on to do do. Even though the staff was friendly, I didnt get what I asked or paid for and my nails still look bad. They looked 1000xs better unfinished before I went in to get them done, I will not be a return customer and will not be sending anyone into this salon.
