Came to do an amazon return, person at the counter was a bit rude and not personable at all. Was not clear, kind of condescending and did not know how to communicate or write in a polite manner. It costs $2.14 to print out one shipping label. Just ridiculous. Never again

Very professional and courteous staff. I had a problem with a package but the manager of this store, Warren, was extremely helpful and resolved the issue right away. Next time I am traveling through Philadelphia I will certainly use them again if I have to ship something. Thanks guys!

When I searched for an open UPS store, this location came up. I was happy that I was able to mail a few things out seeing that UPS pick ups are hit or miss. I get to the locations and did that it isn’t open to the public. Please update and save others time and expense.

Tom was very helpful, turning around our order very quickly at a very reasonable price. Not necessarily the closest print shop to me, but Id make the trip back again. Everything you need in a good print shop- fast, reasonably priced, and a quality job.

It needs to be displayed somewhere that this store is open only to people who have regular access to the airport; not accessible to the general public.
