The Handle with Care Packing Store came through in a big way. Not only did they hand deliver the items to me (in NY), they also superbly packed everything, which was a bit of an overkill. AJ was a professional and a gentleman through and through. Communication with them was quick, easy, and they were highly responsive. I highly recommend! You will get what you pay for and then some. Havent used your service, but I hope you read this. I called 06/17/2021 hoping you could pick up my lot of small monitor speakers which I won on auction from Community college of Philadelphia. The lady I spoke to said you only pick up from auction houses. I dont know what an auction house is, but I imagine youre basically doing the same when picking up an auction item packing and shipping them. Or do you only pick high end and expensive items? Just an honest question

I had a very fragile and complicated glass piece to ship. It arrived in perfect condition and the packaging job was beyond my expectations! I dont even know how they thought to secure the item the way they did, but it was ingenious! I cannot recommend this store enough. THANK YOU for such a wonderful job!!

I had over 60 pieces of small, fragile Christmas ornaments that needed to be carefully packed and shipped to Southern California. AJ and his staff packaged them perfectly and the ornaments arrived in perfect condition. They definitely deserve five stars and I will use them in the future.

AJ from The Packaging Store responded promptly to my inquiry and handled all the arrangements to pick up, package, insure, and transport eight Stickley dining chairs. Start to finish was just over two weeks. The chairs arrived in perfect condition, the local delivery service they partnered with unpacked the chairs from the pallets and removed all the packing materials, leaving us with only the beautiful chairs. Asked for a specific quote. Was given a completely different one. Only option was the highest shipping cost. Poor communication. Terrible service. Claimed they do not quote more than one package together. Ridiculous.AJ is argumentative and difficult to deal with and would not quote what I asked for.
