I booked an apt for both my vehicles a week ago and the person that answered the phone confirmed that I can book my apt for May 5th and that all I needed to do was text my information to the same number that I called. He confirmed back with a reply and said that he would be here for 0900 am. So I was waiting today to have my car detailed and nobody showed up. I called back to confirm my apt and I had spoken with another representative of the company who said that I wasnt booked in at all today. I explained my story and he said that the person who I spoke to didnt write anything down in the calendar. He apologized and said that he would fit me in today. He told me he would call me back to confirm this. An hour later and no phone call. So, I called back for a status update. He told me then that he was able to move another customer to a later time and that his guys were out servicing another customer and afterwards they would be at my place. I asked what time and he said they will be finished by 1130 so I assumed that they would be here an hour or so. 1300 rolls by and still nobody shows up. I phoned again to inquire and he said that he will phone his guys again to see where they are and that he would phone me back right away. Another 45 minutes goes by and still no phonecall. So I phoned the guy back and he gave me some horrible excuse about not being able to get a hold of his guys. I was extremely upset by the third phonecall that I had to make. He never once returned my phonecall to give me an update or inform me of what is happening. I would never recommend this company and would take my business elsewhere. They are absolutely unprofessional, lack communication and customer service skills. They are horrible to deal with and they wasted my time.

I was referred by a friend to go to Shine Bright Auto for a mechanic upon arrival Gary and his crew were so polite welcoming and professional after a wheel to wheel inspection was done on my car which if you live in Philly you know is nearby impossible to find a mechanicTo find a mechanic that actually does that on his own he gave me a breakdown it was less than what I expected fix my car sent pictures and showed receipts and I left with my car gleaming definitely would recommend anyone to use them for any auto need.

Ive been going to Shine Bright for about nine years and the results are always the same 90%-100% consistent. This is not a regular car wash so do not expect regular prices. They also do light auto body work, and other nick nacks...check em out.

From the time i called to get information about shine bright the customer service was spectacular. No matter what language you speak or where ur from when it comes to custom detailing - yes, custom detailing is a specialty and Gary is the king of it. Not one place in Philadelphia that cam do it better! I been all around and theres no other place with this level of attention to detail! I always walk out of this place happy and shocked bc my car looks like it rolled right off the assembly line!
