Never been disappointed before with this place. I came in and got a dip power ombre nail set and a pedicure. Mandy did a wonderful job on my nails. The other nail tech that did my feet did a wonderful job as well. Even though I moved an hour away, I still will come back to this nail salon. They treat you so well here. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Best nail salon ever!.

Two weeks ago I went to this nail shop. I had a bad experience. First I got a sorry quick pedicure. Then got my nails done after.I got a full set with gel. The lady that did my nails seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing it took her two hours. When she finally finished I did not like them at all because they were super thick. When I mentioned it to her she tried to argue me up and down saying they look good. So when I went to the counter to pay I told the manager I didn’t like my nails and she said we can take them off and do them over. So I told that was fine because I don’t want to pay for something I don’t like. But after agreeing to take them off. She said they are already closed and she would give me a %10 discount. How is that right ?Moral of the story don’t go here and waste your time and money

The place is very clean. They had an amazing selection of colors! Clean service. Prices are also great for the service. I received a pedicure and my legs were slathered in everything relaxing!

I found my new favorite nail salon today. My tech is amazing! I was very happy and although out of the way for me, I will be going back there regularly for my feet care.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and makes you feel like you can just relax. My nails is the best they have been since the Covid-19. Thank you ladies for helping me feel like myself again !!!

Beautiful place; so well managed, took more than extra precaution; on time and full satisfaction. I got a gel Mani and my daughter got mini mani. They are excellent!

It is great and never a long wait because it is huge. They offer complimentary drinks (sodas, frozen drinks, wine, coffee and tea) and hot neck wraps as well as the massaging chairs while you wait or are getting a pedicure. They have at least 6 large TVs easily viewed from any chair. The prices are not too high. Gel nails for example are $35

They are so talented this is my second time and my tech does not disappoint! She did such a fabulous job better than the picture that I showed her !!! This place is a A+! Deff recommend!

Got my nails done here. They did a good job!

First time here and I wasn’t happy with how my nails were done. First, the guy didn’t put the base coat (dip) on all my nails, only the right hand. Then he puts the base coat dip powder on AFTER he put the colored dipping powder on my left nails. Also, he didn’t smooth and even out all my nails. So as a result, they are all lumpy. Definitely not worth $40. It’s whatever though. I tried it out and didn’t like the service. I went to Hollywood nails off Ferris Ave in Waxahachie and was super pleased. I’ll be going there from now on. I know a lot of these nail salons are a hit or miss and depend on how busy they are. Some of the employees feel the need to rush. I tried to get a good picture of the unevenness and lumpy parts of the nail.

I’ve been here a few times and my nails always came out pretty! But I came yesterday and I don’t recommend Hannah at all... my nails look so bad and I came with 2 friends and we all got the same set and theirs look good and clean lines, vs mine.... I really want to get them redone but this hasn’t ever happened so Im not sure what to do.

I was reminded Friday why I stopped going there. 1st, the techs were rushing me like it was car wash service--in & out. 2nd, The tech doing my pedi clipped the cuticle too low causing my toe to burn badly but luckily no infection. 3rd, the tech doing the dip did not do a good job. My nails were not filed & shaped properly. Last but not lease, I was charged an extra $5 for cuticle maintenance. What??? When you get a mani, gel, dip, tips, the cuticles should be properly trimmed and not considered extra. Horrible service!!!

Had the worst experience for the first time ever. Never leave reviews ever, but I’m leaving this one. I asked for a certain length and was told it would be 10 dollars extra for long nails and 5 for my coffin shape. I’m fine with the shape charge but my nails aren’t even long. When I showed her my nails she reference last time we charged you the same, but last time they didn’t cut anything but the number underneath off. They were super long and beautiful. This time they are regular length that any professional nail shop would do because the tech I wanted wasn’t available. But she still kept repeating it will be 10 dollar extra. I just think they will find anything to add on. Luckily I accumulated a 15 dollar off reward. I used it because I definitely won’t be back. I guess if there is any nails actually on your hand they want to charge you extra. Oh and everyone thinks my nails are short and that I was got. Even my 11 year old daughter.UPDATED:Went back the next day with actual nail I took off before going in that represented what long was to show the manager that charged me the 10 extra but she was not there.... I know I’m very extra at times, but right is right and wrong is wrong. She was not there but a guy named Victor was. He was helpful and looked me up in the computer gave me 5 off. It wasn’t the 10 but him acknowledging her mistake was the right thing to do. Still probably won’t return because manager left a bad impression with me. Did however get pedicure with 5 off. Changed one star rating to a three

Worst pedicure ever. I paid for the pedicure with massage. The guy started the timer for my massage and left to go into the back room. Very unprofessional. I mentioned to him why he did that and no response. I asked for warm water and he put cold into the bowl. He only put one coat of polish on my toes. He was very rushed, rough and terrible massage. Never again. There are too many mail salons to pay money for such a horrible experience.

Phoebe was her name. She did a horrible job, she can’t do nails properly and the whole time she was doing my nails she rushed. Her beads were too big and the nails came out bulky. Not only that I showed her an exact picture of what I wanted and asked if she knew how, she said yes so we proceeded and the nails she did look nothing like what I asked for. The refused to refund me and I wanted them taken off completely and redone and they still refused, I don’t recommend coming here if you have a specific design in mind. The only person that can do nails their is Becky

I had a full set of acrylics on a Monday, the same day one nail broke . I went back, they fixed it . Tuesday morning another nail broke, they fixed it again, Wednesday another one broke . I went in and asked to redo the nails or give me a refund . They refuse . They said I was hard with my hands. The reality is this place has un trained nail technician . I would not recommend this place even if it were the last nail place in the state of Texas . It’s really bad .

I made an appointment but when the salon tech came to do me and my daughters pedicure she was scolded by the manager. The manager told her should hVe done the people who were not of color first even though they didnt have an appointment.Its the nt the nail atech its the female boss.Rude, rude, rude!!

Have been here several times. After today I will be reconsidering if Ill be back. I showed the girl at the counter how messy Michelle left my nails and her response was for me to wash my hands and it would come off. Really!!! Im pretty sure it takes more than soap and water to take off all the excess polish and dip residue she left behind!

So rushed for no reason. Me and my friend went in on a Wednesday morning to get our nails done. The place was not packed but felt like they ladies who did our nails were just super rush for no reason. My nails were dip and I got 3 different colors and the lady was so annoyed by it. She was very messy. She didn’t get under my nails at the end Which is always annoying when places don’t do that. Overall experience was bad. Also witnessed very unhygienic things go on. Which we told the manger about but I’m sure they don’t care. I’m really sad to see this happen here. I use to have really good experience here but not anymore. I won’t be back.

Clean and observing social distancing procedures. Very relaxing environment. Staff was very friendly and quality of work was good. My only complaint is the technician didnt paint all the way up to my cuticles and now after a week my nails are already grown out looking.

Service initially included hot towels for your neck and a pillow for your low back when they first opened, as well as offering a beverage. I noticed a few customers with those amenities on my last visit but I was only offered a beverage after my fingers were wrapped and I couldnt open it. My nails looked great but the service is increasingly inconsistent.

Very rushed and very rude from the moment I entered the door. I was not going to pay an establishment to be rude to me so I left and went to the other nail shop by Chik-Fil-A that’s in the same complex. I am glad I did.

I absolutely LOVE Villa Nail Spa. They always honor my appointments and they do a great job on my nails. They also do great pedicures. If you like dip nails, they have alot of color choices just wish there were more clear glitter choices or silver glitter choices. There is one dip that the glitter looks like little crystals and I wish they had that color. Otherwise, this place is very clean and sanitary. They are all sweet people and I always enjoy nail day.

I have been going to this spa for over a year. I love this place, they always take good care of my nails and toe nails. One of my favorite techs is Hannah, she was so nice to talk to and did a great job in my nails. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I loved this place when I first started coming but nothing is more insulting then the nail tech talking bad about you to another nail tech in mandarin right in front of you. On top of her, Lindsey, talking bad about me, she did a horrible job on my nails and acted like she had better things to do. Very unprofessional and I will not be back.

Love this place! Great addition to the neighborhood! Made an appointment to come in at 10am and was done by 11 for a gel manicure. Everyone is sweet and they seem to work nicely as a team. They get busy in the morning and have many walk ins. So if you dont have an appointment, you might have to wait a little.

My nails look awful. Ill go back to diamond next time.

Went in asked for gel to be removed from toes and fingers a basic pedicure and a basic manicure. I have definitely had better pedicures; Cuticles were barely touched, very little foot soaking Time, polish did not cover the end of my toenails. They did not do a manicure they semi removed gel, Did not get a manicure left with broken rough fingernails, incomplete gel removal. Horrible looking nails. Will not be back.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience getting beautiful manicures here. Everyone was so friendly and the work they did was outstanding! It’s over a week later and my nails (I got the dip) still look perfect.

Ive been to this salon several times. Most of my visits were before Covid issues. The last few times I went, service has gone way down hill. My last visit will most likely be my last. Nobody offered me or my daughters a drink. Not even water. The staff was rush rush. I hate being rushed when this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. The staff didnt engage in any small talk what so ever. Not even a hi, how are you. Once the tech finished my daughters pedi she just walked away and didnt say one thing about if she was done or not. Together we spent WELL over $200 but I will be taking my money some where else! The tech that did my nails didnt even let me wash my hands before the final coat. He just dusted with his fingers. The outcome was ok but over all, Im not happy with my last visit. They need to step up their game because there are PLENTY of nail salons in MIDLO!

My feet were awful last time I went and she took a lot of time to make sure they looked great before I had my baby!The owner can be a little rude at times - I had an appointment and it wasn’t in the computer when I got there. He acted like he didn’t believe me. I’m like here is the phone call is on my phone buddy!

Myself and a friend had dip nails done this evening. The salon was very clean and tidy. All of the staff were polite and we were greeted quickly upon arrival. Vincent and Kevin did a great job! We will definitely use this salon again in the future.

The place is gorgeous but my friend & I came in to get a dip manicure for Valentine’s Day & it seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. As opposed to any place brushing the dip on they just dipped our fingers in leaving them lumpy and super uneven. The girls brush she used to dust off the extra, the bristles are all still in my nails also & as a result I’ll probably never come back to this place.

I have been a couple of times to this store, but the last time I have gone it was for my birthday and I waited patiently for my turn and one of the girls took me back but no one ever walked up to me to talk to me and greet me. Also I waited there with my friend for about 20mins and no one asked us if we needed help or anything. So that wasnt a great experience for my birthday so I havent gone sense.

This place is extremely pretty and clean. I wasnt impressed with my nail fill. I really do not know if I will go back.

Today is my third time coming back, Andy is amazing! First off, ya know that feeling when you go to get your nail or toes done and you feel uncomfortable because you either dont know what to say or dont know what is said to you? That doesnt happen here. The ladies at the front always are kind and welcoming and dont make you feel like youre being up-sold or pushed through to make room for the next dollar. Second, I absolutely adore Andy! Every time I have come in I ask for him for my pedicure. He takes his time and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Whatever youre mood is, either talkative or quiet he works with both! When Im talkative he makes conversation easy when I just wanna be my introverted self he allows me to relax and enjoy my time. No one has ever tried to sell me things I dont want or need or tried to push me into spending more. I love this place and I highly recommend it. And I highly highly recommend Andy! Third, the space is really nice! Very comfortable, neat, smells good, and always clean! Fourth, they offer a rewards program that doesnt cost anything!I truly cannot recommend this place enough! Check it out and ask for Andy!!!

Beautiful salon but not happy with my nails. I got the dip power and the girl filed my natural nails very uneven and crooked. I will most likely have to grow my nails out a bit for this to be fixed. I will most likely not go back. This was my second try.

Spa pedicure was great !

WORST NAILS EVER! Glue all over my fingers, lumps of glue under my nails, unconsistent shape. When I complained and asked for it to be fixed a man came over (I assume the manager) and said 95% of the time thats just how it is. They did nothing to fix this, my friends had problems with their nails as well. Will not be returning.

Gorgeous Nail Salon !! Horrible experience. Charged me for a gel manicure and pedicure that was not done right. Nails were filed way to short and some nails are not even straight. I was not happy with my manicure at all. Expressed my concerns to the front desk and I got an apology and she will speak with the lady who did my nails. Charged $60 for unhappiness. Also while looking at the bill the nail salon charges you $5.00 for a shape. Which is Ridiculous!!! First impression was not a good one. The only 5 Start ***** about this salon is a lady named Lam (If that is the correct way to spell her name ) She is wonderful.

I came here with my best friend lindsey because she lives close to the salon & she recommended me to here. Bright, clean, heavenly smell (the staff explained that she doesnt believe in chemicals for their clients or self). Def come and check this place out.

I have gone here since the opened and up until the last few times it was ok. I went today for the powder and she cut my nails way to short, she did not compare each finger so now they are all different lengths. I asked for scare round and some are square and some are round! Horrible horrible horrible $40 for nails that look horrible! I will be finding a new place to get my nails done for sure!

Asked for acrylic with gel on it and they looked like big bubbles. * they didn’t need to be this thick* they don’t give refunds either. I went back and got all the gel taken off and he made them thinner, I wasn’t charged for getting the gel off but they should have given a discount or something. He was cussing in front of me because of a motor for the slushee machine sooo yeah. Not very business like.

Beautiful nail salon but that’s about it. Went for a gel mani & reg pedicure. They decided to do both at the same time and not let me enjoy. So the nail tech who was doing my gel manicure was a true butcher. She filed my nails so short and some fingers uneven. She was so rough and when I would tell her it hurts she would say sorry and then speak in her language to the lady who was doing the pedicure and they would laugh. Not nice at all ! I did complain about my nails and all they did was add an extra coat of color to my nails. $60 was charged for pain !! Never again !

I went and got a full set where they charge a extra 10 for length and and extra for the coffin shape.. as soon as I leave one of my nails breaks right where the tip was glued, I go back the next day they fix it only to have two more break as I left! The manager removes all my polish and adds more acrylic but I get home and another broken nail once again where the tip was glued! I’m sorry I’ve never had this happen and this is obviously because the tips were not glued on properly.. I’ll never go back .. it’s just not quality work fir the price... and it’s been 5 broken nails and all different not one that was repaired correctly! There pedi was ok!
