Decent drive through car wash. As is typical, its a bit superficial. If you want all the nooks and cranies cleaned you need detailing. You stay in your car and keep it in neutral. Staff is friendly and gives car cleaning tips. They have monthly unlimited plans that make sense if youre around here often.

Very unprofessional. These high praises must be paid for. Rude attendants and their brushes scratched my paint. Belt is broken and I almost crashed my car into another.Will be suing for damages. Have a nice day Velo.

Good wash. I saw only 2 workers. One was taking the money and scheduling the wash and the other was towel drying. It was busy. At least 7 cars went thru when I did and those two kept it moving. A little more than Im used to paying but affordable. Outer wash only. Vacuums available

For a great price you get a good quality car wash. The the downside to me is having to carry cash to tip the guy who drys the car

Compared to the current trend of car washes with free vacuums, this is an ok car wash. The pro is it’s in a shopping center with some new stores, and the car wash is still in great condition. They also towel dry your car, and you can purchase tire shine by hand. Despite what I said earlier, they do offer free vacuuming but there is a time limit of 3 minutes whereas at other car washes it is unlimited. Overall, this is a good car wash to go to. I wouldn’t highly recommend it, but if you don’t want to drive too far out (KOP, Springfield, Lancaster Ave in Devon Square, or Germantown Pike in Norristown) then this will make due.

Please have your attendant just before going into the car wash wear a mask. We were very disappointed today when we got our car washed that the man taking our payment was not wearing a mask, and was talking very close to us before having to roll up our windows and not be able to ventilate our car from him breathing into it. We will not be going back during the pandemic, or afterwards.

Nice experience but the 2 dollar SUV charge was kind of odd. The guy in the booth tried to upsell me on a premium car wash after I told him that I wanted.. not a big deal but kinda off putting.

Love this car wash! But the owner might wanna tell the attendant in the booth to wear a mask for the customers safety.

I love this car wash, I have had problems with other places (stealing etc) i have an expensive car and this place is simply amazing (i never have to worry about anything nefarious going on etc.... they are simply amazing fast and very thorough! My fave car wash and best of all its in the heart of the city! Thanks guys for doing an amazing job and this will definitely be my new go to spot from now on!

I had some issues with the Ever Wash App but theyre resolved. The car wash is pretty solid. The guys that work here are friendly and helpful. The younger dude at the end that towel dries the cars and does the tire shine has a great attitude even in sub freezing temps. Ill keep coming.

Although I live across the street I never used the car wash. I needed a quick wash so I decided to go across the street to Velo car wash. I got the most basic wash offered and let me say this, it was affordable, excellent and one of the most friendly and professional customer services experienced. They are truly a great asset to the neighborhood and I will definitely be returning and suggest you do so as well for your cat wash needs🥰

I go to this car was twice a week with my truck. Excellent service, and an amazing wash. I’ve got the monthly unlimited and they’re great, you’ll get a vacuum token and little tree each time. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice, i highly recommend this place.

Only place I will go to get my car done. Great service, great staff that go above and beyond to please customers. Havent had any issues so cant say how they are in regards to that but from my experience with the staff I am sure theyd be happy to help, they are just great!! Highly recommend!!!!!💛💛

This has become my go-to car wash after the new owners took over and it was renovated. My kids love all the lights and music when you go through the tunnel and you can beat the price for an exterior wash. Dont be swayed by some of the online reviews, it seems most of these reviewers didnt speak to the owner about their issues and just took to the internet. As you can see from their responses, they care about their business as I witness every time I am there. I do make sure I clear out my car first before I start up the vacuums but they work great with crushed up kids snacks and dirt!

Best car wash ever! They are courteous, do a great job, and work quickly! I go several miles out of my way just to use this car wash.

First time I went through was over a year ago and the wash was terrible. Today 7-28-19 I figured Id give them another shot. Definitely an improvement from the last time but still not impressed. My grill and bumpers were still dirty, and truck was not dried off entirely. Only one guy was drying vehicles and he was overworked. Paid for the tire shine and would never pay for it again. Tires were barely shined. Again going back to only having one guy drying vehicles, he has no time to pay attention to detail. Other car washes in the area are much better, cheaper, and dont up charge for suv/truck. Wont be back. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere

The General Manager Jason is a great employee! He takes so much pride in the car wash, you would think he owns it! Velo is my favorite car wash in the area.

I drive a SUV and used Velo for the first time today. The wash was good as well as the service from the attendants. My only gripe would be the time duration on the vacuum machines. I saved $5 on my wash which was the velo wash. That is the the highest priced wash they offer at $25 so with $5 off I paid $20 but ended up spending $4 of that $5 to fully vacuum my truck. I would definitely come back but will probably use the vacuum elsewhere.

I like this car wash. However, 2 or 3 times I drove up there and it was closed. 1 time there was a mechanical problem with the conveyorAnd I had to back out. I understand there is a lot of mechanical functions going on and things break down. Maybe as you open the app before you even go there was a message that it’s not operating day. Or email people that have unlimited.Thank you,Mike

Terrible experience. I asked to get my car detailed and the guy looked inside and made a face like my car is the dirtiest thing he’s ever seen. I wish I could post photos of my car to show otherwise. He said the detail would cost at least $400 because of some dog hair in the back. The wash didn’t get most of the dirt from my back panels. The vacuum time is terribly short.

This place is great. Get a monthly pass that includes a vacuum token!

Each time I go after they wipe my windows it seems like there is grease or oil on my windows. Also my back windshield wipe gets pulled up! Suggest different color rags for windows and to tape down back windshield wiper like previous owner. No response back! Thinking about canceling membership.

The car wash cut the driver’s side wheel where the pulley is located. I reported it the next day and showed receipts for the pumped tire 15 minutes after l left and the replaced tire receipt the next day. The manager asked for all the receipts but then said since l drove off they wouldn’t replace it. Do Not get your car washed here!!

Vacumm time is too short comparing to other car wash in this area. If you just wanna do vacumm, please dont come here

While Velo gives excellent customer service, I dont frequent them often. Although I have a carwash plan that I pay for monthly, with Velo as my chosen servicer. Their equipment seems to be outdated, and when I suggested that they include power washing or soft scrub brushing prior to entering the carwash, I was told that they have updated equipment. I am a woman, but am educated and can see that their car wash hasnt been updated in quite some time...especially, in comparison to the car wash that I pay in addition to my car wash plan because Velos leave a little to be desired. But, again...they are really pleasant.
