I drive all the way from Delaware to get my car detailed at KCs Car Wash! The detail is always extremely good and quickly done! The attendant informs me of anything I need to be aware of, any knicks or scratches or anything that might become an issue! KC is a very good experience!

A great wash and a great staff makes this car wash stand out from the others Ive been to in the area, not to mention their car wash plans.

The free vacuums the nozzle was duck tape on or kept falling off The suction was low.. Fefore l went through car wash they suppose to power wash or scrub rims . The rims were dirty after the wash.

Love the monthly payment option with EverWash which is only 16 dollars a month I believe and I can go to any car wash under them like KC car wash and get a free wash anytime.

Car wash was ok, and price was a lil higher than what I normally pay at my normal Car wash but the workers are very polite and they are dedicated. Will give them another chance to Wow me.

For $19 I shouldnt have dirt left on rims, they left water on the doors..for $19 there should be no standing water on my car. I had to complaint more than once about no tire shine on my wheels. Them one of the workers come and spray my tires and it looked 100% better... Vacuums are free

Ive always been happy with the quality of the work, here. With COVID regulations in place, there is no longer an indoor seating area where customers can wait, so you must remain in your vehicle as it goes through the car wash. If youre getting interior detailing, though, you will be asked to leave the car upon exit from the automatic wash.My only nitpick is that it would be helpful to communicate to customers how LONG any additional work (detailing) will take. Since there is no indoor waiting area, you will mostly be left to wander Haverford Ave. and pass the time until theyre done. I remember them being more on top of getting customers info, giving them a timeframe, and calling when theyre done. That wasnt how it worked for me.On the whole, though, this is a surprisingly well arranged business which consistently delivers good outcomes. The fact that theyve figured out how to operate during COVID at all is very much to their credit.

(Haverford ave) When approaching the carwash entrance if the white lady is in attendance your vehicle will get sprayed down on both sides when she is not there you will be lucky to get one part of your vehicle done so the lady should be there at all times to get good service very disappointing 👎👎

I usually have my car washed at Oregon Ave. They did their job really good. This is the first time I have my car washed here and the last time I think. I paid for the most expensive car wash with interior vacuumed. And this is what I got after they’re done their job. Give them 1 star bc there is no option for 0 star. Worst car wash ever!!!!

My car was damaged from their wash— the factory decal literally sprayed off from the machine (you can actually see a spray pattern in the damage, pictured below). I sent a message to their Facebook page, in addition to calling twice and leaving two voicemails, politely asking if there was any way to resolve this issue and no one even bothered to call back— not even an offer for a refund on the wash. After some research, I found a way to just remove the decal completely. But, still annoying to have to spend my time and energy doing that without so much as an apology. And, I will no longer have the decal. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, in addition to this review.

I have gone to this location several times and it’s a good value to join monthly. The wash is adequate and the service is consistent. No complaints.

Did a nice job exterior only, which I appreciated, as I remain cautious about someone getting into my space. I would give a 5 except I bought the upscale package and they forgot to dress the tires. I didnt have time to go back and finish.

I took my car here before trying to sell it and being cheap paid for the least expensive detailing package. The car came out looking great. So much so that the buyer said it looked like new which no one in their right mind would have said before. Also the staff are very pleasant.

So nice, and they have a SafeLight glass guy on site who will fix a crack in your windshield for free (if you carry insurance that works with SafeLight, I have Nationwide) and fixed it right there on the spot!! They were also super concerned about one of my tires having low pressure and just really cared about your car.

I am so glad to have subscribed to the monthly wash plan. Everyone who works at the Haverford Avenue location are friendly and work fast. My SUV looks great after every wash. KCs Car Wash is a fantastic value.

I got the Overbrook Park special, and the guy who takes care of it after it goes through the car wash was fantastic.

First of all the guy who run this care wash is very ignorant.. after paying $14 to wash the outside of my car is was still dirty.. talk to this guy hes like he want to brush me off.. now I believe all the reviews about this place will never go back.. had to get home and clean the dirt off my windshield along with the water marks.. smh

As a 1st timer I was asked if I would be interested in their monthly plan and I told the guy, well see after youve finished! They did a good job on the exterior but the interior could have been better. Rear window and dash were wiped quickly missing the corners and the mats were just tossed back inside and not re-attached to the floor. Will give them another try when Im in the area to finalize this review.

Amazing car wash and reasonable price. I through enjoy the customer service I received from here and the great cleaning they give every time I visit. I got an inexpensive detailing job as well which was 100% worth it. This has become my go-to place for getting my car washed and vacuumed.

Terrible car wash. Maybe the worst that Ive ever had. The machine didnt even clean off any of the dirt on the bottom half of the car (and I got the premium package as well. Thought that the 3 drying/finishing touch workers would care enough about it, and would attempt to make it at least presentable, but they could care less and spent a collective 10 seconds in drying the car out.

It was a great wash and quick detail. I think they might have taken out my springy trashcan to vacuum and forgotten to put it back in. I could have easily misplaced it myself but I cant find it anywhere.Also, I went today to get the same service on my fiances truck and they were closed. I assume because it is raining. I dont frequent car washes so this may be a common thing. Maybe people dont get their car cleaned when it rains?

Zero stars. STAY AWAY!! Do not risk your vehicle!!! Worst car wash ever. Damaged finish. Car was covered with scratches as if they had used a street broom on it. Had to make insurance claim against the company. Also staffed with vultures who dry your car with dirty rags at the end. They descend upon your vehicle before you have a chance to say no thank you. Then have the nerve to expect a tip. I wouldn’t take any vehicle here even if they paid me.

My monthly car wash payment is one of my best purchases i visit at least 20 times a month and i keep my vehicle garaged the best staff friendly quick prompt and they take care of the customers and their cars i would recomend the monthly car wash plan

I found this place with a company called EverWash... you get to choose which monthly plan you want, and then choose the car wash company that you want, then wash your car as many times as you want! You can also request a coin that utilizes the vacuum there. Check out this car wash, youll be glad you did.

I got the full service bronze price for $12, got my car back and it didnt look like they did anything but the outside, I had to ask them to clean it twice because it wasnt cleaned at all. They washed my mats but it left a puddle of water in the car because they didnt dry them. The co owner was pretty awesome though very professional.

Just went to this car wash today and had a horrible experience. Didn’t notice it till I got in the car and drove away and once it dried it looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. They do the inside in a matter of seconds. There was still dirt on the matts, crumbs under the seats, the sides of the doors weren’t wiped down. Such a waste of money and now I still need my car cleaned!

Price are fine/normal - you can get exterior only or full in/outside of car. I’ve never found a missed dirty spot, rims are never perfect. The menu is like most: basic (no wax) to the Top: rain X, Sealer, & Hot wax. I’ve paid for the top and the wax does hold-up ok for a car was spray-on wax. No doubt waxing by hand is the only and best way for that deep wax luster. But, for a car wash it’s worth their price.While they dry your car fairly well, about 90% they also will not stop you from using one of their towels to dry your door jams (they don’t do door jams).*you can stay in or get out of car while it goes through wash - nice!I’ve been using this location (& their towels) for years - 2014 F150 4x4 STX pickup truck in showroom condition.Staff is friendly and professional, after a few washes they start to recognize you. That’s always nice :0)

Ive visited this car wash several times in the past couple of years and have had excellent experiences, however, this most recent visit was sub par and I was not pleased with the way my car looked once the wash was finished. I will visit again with the hope the next wash leaves my car looking exceptionally clean.

You have to get there early, especially if its a good day. The line gets very long, but it is worth the wait.

They advertise that they close at 5:30 pm Sundays but I arrived at 5:10 when they had already blocked the entrance from cars coming in, then I approached one of the staff to asked if I can get in the line with the others and rudely, the owner came to me telling me yelling that it was his business and to get out. Don’t recommend to anybody just because of the way I was treated, also had to constantly remind them of the service I bought or they rip you off from services that are included in your package like tire shine or hot wax, also the people hardly dry well the car because the use the same wet dirty rags that they just used with the car before you. It’s not worth it. And the vacuums are not included. Now I just found my self canceling the membership to this location....

Worse car wash ever. I pulled up and bought the silver inside and out package. Went through the car wash. When I excited the was this white guy who looks like a crack head wiped my car down well he tried. My car was not properly dried and the inside was never cleaned.

What began as a specific decision to have my car taken care at KCs ended in my being disrespected by he and his staff!The nom-English speaking staff unaware of what was included on my Gold Full Service ticket then brushed me off as I worked to have it corrected. Just dusgusting!The expectation that a $1 air freshener and his assurance to speak with his staff wold make things better was equally insulting!

Worst place ever...0000 Stars if I could.Dont do detailing here. Will post my actual cost of repair and michanic paperwork stating water or fluid blew fan not electrical...Just past inspection took it there and thats how I got it back.Plus the interior was still dirty.
