Best decision I ever made. Expensive for sure, but I felt instant relief and have loved them over the last month of using my inserts every day. I would recommend to anyone who thinks they may need them. Go try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Recently I was diagnosed with planter fasciitis. After some research I visited the “Good Feet Store.”Beautiful store, friendly staff. I needed to make an appointment and was told after asking that the price for an orthotic would be $400.After my consultation it came to $1750.00. Surprised at the amount. but I was in pain and looking for relief. So far the orthotics seem to be working. The instructions on how to use them though remains confusing. No follow-up call from the store has happened as promised.-hopeful

I have been wearing these for about a week now. The first couple days were great but as I increased the strengthener the longest I can take is 3 hours. My knee, ankle and back were in a little more pain than normal. But I am beginning to notice it is getting better. This was something I was expecting. The inserts have definitely helped my over all walking as I don’t have a hitch in my step which is great.

I tried the orthotics supports I had purchased. They were comfortable when I briefly tried them at their store. After I walked a mile they became uncomfortable. After trying them a second time with the same result I returned the orthotics and received the full cost of my purchase. I was impressed with their efforts and their procedures.

Excellent service from the time I stepped on the door until I left. Sales representative, Susie, was very knowledgeable, outstanding listener, and professional. The entire process was thorough and very understandable. Susie made sure that I had great fit and explained the the daily routine I would be following to receive the optimum benefit from my arch support system. I’m one very satisfied customer!

Went to the Pasadena CA. Store and Suzy was very professional and knowledgeable about the shoe insoles and how they work as a three part system, a lifetime change to continue. She was very patient with all my questions. I was impressed by her reaching out to me via phone and text to see how I was doing not just once but three times. I was excited to go home with my insoles and try them unfortunately after two weeks my feet were improving but still in pain, so I was able to go back to resize my insoles for a higher arch and since bringing those home my feet have been great! My posture is better and I have no more knee or hip pain. I have already referred people and told them of my positive experience. I dont want them to be disappointed from trying several other brands of insoles like I did! I was so happy that I was referred to by an acquaintance to try The good feet store 👣👠👡

I cannot say enough good things about the shoes and the service I got at this store. Although I had no aches or pains, I knew that finding shoes with excellent support would serve me well as I creep past 65. I walk several miles every day and each step I take with their orthotics in their comfy sneakers, makes me grateful for the Good Feet Store and its wonderful employees. I truly feel energized and like Im walking on pillows. Even if you have no pain, these shoes and orthotics are worth the investment. Ive had them now for quite a few months and love them more every day.

The overall experience was really good and Im only giving it 4 🌟 because when the girl offered my son (the insoles are for him) he said that he didnt want them but she put them in our order anyway and added them up in our total, then when we came home we noticed the shoes were in the bag with the box of insoles so I checked the receipt and it says that all shoe sales are final so now we have to keep them, and what we did want that she kept saying were included in the package and we never found were the Velcro so the insoles wont move inside the shoes and sandals, so I had to go to the store to buy it so we can put the insoles in the shoes and the relax pair in the sandals. So for that reason Im giving it 4 🌟. I think the girl gets a commission for every sale she makes or theres a minimum amount she needs to sell and thats why she put the shoes in my order even when we said repeatedly we didnt want them, and maybe focus a little more so she wont miss putting things that according to her were included in the package.

I went to the Good Feet Store around the Summer time, I talked with someone (cant remember who), but after testing the walking part, getting all the details and such, I was absolutely floored that it was going to cost me over $2,000 just for a couple of soles for my shoes! My husband & I are on a strict budget and I knew I would not be able to afford them. I did end up going somewhere else where things were much cheaper and better for the budget.

I had visited this store today believing new orthotics would cost me around $400. When the customer service rep told me around $1600, I almost had a heart attack. She was very nice, and helpful, but I talked to my chiropractor right afterwards and he was also surprised. These orthotics were not specially made for my feet. They were not wielded for my feet specifically. Sure they have a lifetime warranty, but that does t mean anything to me. These folks are not physicians and I do not believe can diagnose exactly what is going on your feet and what is best for you. I reached out to an orthotist and told him about the package deal of the activators, the orthotics and the relaxers and he looked at me sideways. He had never heard of the activators or relaxers. When I asked what the orthotic cost alone would be, I was quoted $1300. Relaxers should not cost $400, I’m sorry, all of this is insane and a huge rip off. Regular orthotics do not generally cost this much, lifetime warranty or not. The shoes were amazing, and they were the cheapest part of the entire deal! I will be getting those shoes, but anything else, nah. I have been reading the responses Good Feet has been writing here, and honestly, it doesn’t really respond to the concerns of what your customers are saying. It is a rip off, you know it and I know it. Please don’t bother responding, nothing you can say will change my mind. If anything, I hope corporate reads this, if they care.

My experience was that of excellence. From this experience, I discovered the source of much of the pain that I have been dealing with for the past several years. Now I have better body movement without the pain. I was never one to wear this type of shoe, but with the GF Inserts, I have now acquired a second pair. I am again re-enjoying my walking as well as my daily working duties of constant movement as I am a pre-school teacher.Thank you GFS

I am at a lost for words to describe this company. As the employees are polite when greeting you. However it is all a sales front. This company only wants your cash. After all they are in business to be profitable and this is understood. When you arrive you are greeted and asked if you would like some water. The representative speaks to you about what you would like help with. After you explain your situation, they then start speaking of what they can do for you. At this time they take an ink impression of your feet. The representative takes that impression away for a few minutes and then comes back to explain what is your individual diagnosis. While speaking with you about what they can do for you and explaining the footprint they nonchalantly advise you that they are not doctors and cannot give a proper diagnosis, however They do proceed on telling you a medical term as to what is going on with your feet and the frame of your body and how you should be walking and what you would need to correct these issues. Once again the representative walks away for a few minutes and comes back with some shoes and four sets of inserts and two pairs of socks. You are asked to put the shoes on to make sure they fit properly with the inserts applied. Then you are asked to walk approximately 25 to 30 feet down the hallway and they ask how does that feel. Naturally it feels different so it feels a little better. This is what they are looking for. After going and walking with different inserts in the shoes we sat down and talked about the inserts. At this point the representative which I am now going to call a sales person told me this program is $2000. I was completely at a loss for words. So I spoke out and told her I cannot make this decision without consulting with my wife. Her response was so which pair of inserts are you going to walk out with today I replied I’m not going to spend $2000 on this program Without any type of discussion with my wife. This did not register with the sales person. Asking Which one felt the best and she would be happy to offer it at a discounted rate of only price $400. I replied i’m sorry I’m not ready to commit to this at this point. However if you give me some pricing information in literature I’ll be happy to do some research and get back to you. I received a pamphlet which I thought had everything in it including pricing, in fact it only had a brochure on the services they offer.A few days later I received a phone call once again asking if I had a chance to discuss this with my wife and when would I be returning to the store to Finalize my purchase. My reply was I am not purchasing anything from your company at this time I have made an appointment with a podiatrist and I will see what they have to say. I also asked them not to contact me again and if I had any questions I would reach out to them.Since then I’ve received a half a dozen or more phone calls from this company which I choose just not to answer. And wow lo and behold I receive an email this morning asking me to write a review. I hope this review is viewed all including employees in management of this company. It is one thing to provide a service for someone in which the value is based upon what one is willing to pay for it. It is another thing when you predatorily try and sell something at the maximum price possible based upon ones vulnerabilities.Yes I contacted this company I made the appointment with this company however this company advertise on radio on television and other sources of media, making people think their inserts are going to cure all their foot or back or leg problems. Needless to say buyer be where do not believe everything you here or read. That sums it up for you. Good luck

The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. The orthotics that they sell are high priced but they seem to help. I have only been wearing them for a couple of weeks. They take some getting used to but so far so good.
