Awesome training! My 10 year old daughter who is a seasoned athlete and plays on a very competitive club soccer team absolutely loved it! We have done our fair share of speed and agility at various facilities and this was by far the best! They keep them moving and engaged the entire time! Ive been at MAC for one year now. I love how I feel. The owners Nikki and Jay are awesome, and should be noted that Nikkis workouts are thoughtful and challenging. Jerome and Beck train the youth and do a tremendous job with my three kids. Each of the trainers get to know you which is important if you have any injuries--they are always alert and ensure their athletes workout properly. Thanks.

My high school sons has been attending the MAC for about 6 months. He plays football for Hebron High School and we wanted to find a place to help him prepare for the upcoming season. The MAC team is amazing and has gone WAY above and beyond. I cant begin to say enough positive things about the entire coaching staff. Great place to get a serious functional workout. They offer athlete camps and train athletes from young to old. Professional and top notch coaches that have played from college to NFL football. Definitely recommend to parents looking to get their kids the edge in sports.

They are extremely rude I thought they would be helpful and stop the lies of one of there employees but you really cant judge a book by its cover what is nice on the outside is not so on the inside oh well you live and learn I hope they stop running there business during this covid 19 pandemic before someone gets it and I pray to GOD that doesnt happen may he watch over all of you even when your at your worst
