Coles Customs is fantastic and by far the best company I have used in auto detailing. Ryan, the owner is great. He is extremely accommodating, professional and his work is impeccable. The convenience of the service of him picking up my car and bringing it back when the work is complete is a true value to me and I never worry because I know my car is in good hands. The inside and outside of my car always returns looking brand new. I highly recommend supporting this local small business!

I bought my car in October of 2018. I have not once vacuumed the interior, nor had it detailed. Firstly, their pickup/dropoff is incredible, and it makes it so much easier not having to worry about someone else driving you to/from their location. I got the CC Interior Recondition Detail and was absolutely blown away by the results. I opened up my door and was in shock at how spotless it was. My now 2 year old car feels completely brand new! The prices are extremely competitive for the quality of services received. I absolutely recommend Coles Customs and their services. You will be blown away.

I’ve gotten my SUV detailed twice from Coles. Both time a positive experience. They picked up my car and dropped off. Customer service was spot on. Car was beautiful. What more can you ask for?

My car is show room ready! Like new or maybe even better than new. I have light colored upholstery and carpets and WOW all the dirt marks and stains are all gone. Service is impeccable and they treated me and my car like long lost friends. I opted to add on a few extra services and the prices were very reasonable. I definitely recommend Coles Custom detailing. Im already thinking about my next visit.

Quality detail shop. They detailed my C63 inside and out for a very reasonable price. Communication was also great before and after my appointment. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my other vehicles back.

Horrible business practices. I bought a groupon deal to have my car detailed by them and, just like other people experienced on here, i left countless voicemail messages over the course of several months and they never returned my call. My boyfriend called for me from his number, and the girl answered, but told him that she did not have the schedule book in front of her and could not set an appointment for me, so to have me call back later. I called again, many times, and never was able to reach her. So, my money is gone and my car is still badly in need of a cleaning...i contacted customer service at groupon to try to get my money back, and if not, at least i can let them know that this business is scamming people out of their hard earned money. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau. Dont do business with them ! They are shady !

Worst service I have ever received. A lady with annoying voice kept calling once I made an appointment with a valid groupon. On the time and date of the appointment I was refused a service. Had to return a groupon which was a hell in itself. Finally, my AMEX credit card stepped up and took care of it, even though they did NOT have to do that. It is very sad that in 2018 racing against Jews is still so popular, its just not is sugarcoated with some other reasons. Worst Ive seen in a long while.

I cant comment on the quality of their service but I can comment on the quality of their communication. I got a groupon for this place probably two months ago now and I mustve called dozens of times and left voicemails as well as online requests but I have not heard back once. Most of the time the phone goes straight to voicemail at which point Mandy asks for you to leave a message which never gets returned. I guess if you are close enough you can drive by and try your luck but I didnt want to be making multiple trips just to schedule an appointment.Anyways business must be booming because they certainly dont seem to be looking for new customers.

Bought groupon 3 weeks ago, left 4 voice mails, no one will call me back. $70 down the drain....

Waste of time. Please dont trust these people. Rude personality and bad work. Please avoid.
