The service was well below the bell curve. My car is new so there isn’t much you could do for it to look bad but there was no attention to detail. There were water spots & smudges on the exterior paint and the sun roof had water spots. I brought it to the employee’s attention but some issues I didn’t bother. I realized that for a customer to pay $50 & have to point out several deficiencies seemed to be their culture. No apologies, no offer to give me a discount which is indicative of the wanting customer service. My ash tray wasn’t even cleaned. I felt swindled and there’s no worse feeling. Won’t be back.

Mike did an amazing job detailing my car that looked like a war zone when I dropped it off. He was friendly, attentive, and made the process so quick and easy. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I took my 2012 Mazda 3 in for a full interior detailing and a quick wash on the exterior. The interior was very dirty. There was a ton of dog hair, and dirt that had dried all over my trunk and back seats. It was a nightmare.When I got my car back, it looked nearly brand new! The interior looked and smelled like new. I couldnt find a single dog hair anywhere! They did a great job on the exterior as well. I dont think Ive ever cleaned my cars rims in the 5 years I owned the car, but they were able to get every bit of grime off with ease. I am DEFINITELY taking my new car back here to get cleaned by these guys!

They did an outstanding job on my truck at a very reasonable price. The detail was finished in 90 mins, so I grabbed lunch and before i knew it, they were finished. They rate each one of the 5 stars.

I took my car to Michaels because I had a food grease stain on my back seat. I wasnt going to attempt to get it out and make it worse. I picked up my car and they did get most of it out AND they cleaned the inside of my car at no charge! I honestly wasnt expecting them to get out all of the grease. It was a lot and it was soaked into the seat. They did a pretty good job. I posted a review on Yelp and Mike, the owner sent me a message and said if I wanted, to bring the car back and they would reshampoo to try to remove what was left of the stain at no charge to me. So I did. WOW! Its gone! Im so happy and surprised that they could remove it! AND they washed my car - at no charge. Please see the before and after photos. All I can say is, my car will be coming back to Mike for detailing, waxing, atc. in the future. Great customer service. Im more than satisfied!

Excellent service, friendly staff, competitive prices. I use Michaels for a quick hand wash every week or 2. Car always comes out looking great in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

I have a German Shepherd. Not only is my car upholstered but it has a thin layer of dog fur. I was tired of cleaning my own car once a month and decided to treat myself! I was very pleased with speaking to them over the phone and in person. I warned them about the dog hair and didnt have high hopes. I just didnt want to do it myself. When I got back in my car at lunch time (I was able to drop it off first thing in the morning so I could go to work) I started laughing because they literally got all but ONE dog hair. VERY IMPRESSIVE. I have a Mazda3, so not that fancy, but it was just such a relief to pay a reasonable amount to get exactly what I was looking for. Id definitely go back again after my dog is done bombing my car.

After all my research, I decided to go to Michaels. I had traveled over 3,000 miles, the car was pretty filthy, bugs stuck to hood, etc and he definitely gave it the tlc that I wouldve. It does come at a price, it depends if you want quality or a cheap run through. Here you get what you pay for, and thats a good thing, you get a clean car with attention to detail. After moving here from Southern California, Ive noticed there is a different car culture here, over there you had many options and speedy service. After going to a few car washes, i will only go to Michaels.

Top notch service; job very well done; only a few bucks more than my old carwash and worth every penny; purchased a car that needs a hand wash, etc avoiding the damage automated cleaners do. Will be setting up regular car care here.

Detailed and clean work, they are very careful when washing. Really good work! I think it is one of the best hand car washes in the 20 mile radius.
