Olivia was very helpful and detailed in answering all of my questions. She was able to very promptly share a virtual tour for the room layouts. Overall, theyre leasing office is friendly and responsive!

John was an EXCEPTIONAL Leasing Consultant at the Avenir! He took both my roommate and myself around to view multiple apartments while also showing us the amenities on the top floor. He was extremely energetic, personable, and lively. If you check out the Avenir, definitely ask for John to show you around!

Love this place and love living here, friendly and accommodating management. Front disk is always wonderful and helpful. Every corner of this building is super clean and renovated. Not to mention how perfect the location is.

I toured the building on Saturday with a friend from out of town because she’s looking to relocate. We didnt have a tour scheduled but the agent John made time for us and made us feel like we were a priority....not like the other buildings we went to that day. We LOVED the building. The building was clean. The leasing agent was funny, informative, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this building for touring. Make sure you ask for John! He’s a valuable asset at Avenir.

Avenir is an awesome place to live in. It has a full sized gym and lounge, management is really friendly and does a great job creating a community in the building, and maintenance requests and fixes are filled very quickly. My room is pretty spacious and I can tell that the fixtures and cabinetry are really good quality. One of the best apartment buildings I have ever lived in, both in NYC and Philly.

I will be moving out in two weeks after a two year stay. The only complaint I have is that they have been building the W/Element hotel across the street for two years, so the banging was very noisy. Fortunately they will be done with the hotel soon. The apartment itself is great, top notch. When I had visitors they said they felt like they were in a 5-star hotel. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you want to be in the heart of the city. There is no store or restaurant you cannot simply walk to or ride SEPTA to. Again, highly recommend this location.

My family and I came up from Georgia. We are looking to relocate and found this placeGoogle. John Moore was very professional. We did not have a scheduled appointment but he assisted us. The amenities is a perfect fit for our family. He was attentive and knowledgeable. I would recommend taking a tour. Mr. Moore’s service is second to none.

John Moore and the rest of the leasing staff at Avenir Philly did an excellent job setting me up with a high-quality studio apartment. The location speaks for itself - you cant get any more downtown than where this building is. The rooms and amenities are new and up to date, and the price is right when you consider the many conveniences that are within a three-block radius of the address.

My boyfriend and i did 4 tours in one day looking at apartments throughout philly, and hands down had the best experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and John did an outstanding job at showing us around, giving us the best information with every detail about the place. We had some great laughs and enjoyed the tour. We left feeling really good about the place as we all around adored it. It is legitimately gorgeous, so newly renovated and with several different layouts for different appeals. Lastly, a perfect bang for your buck for its location! 👍👍

John Moore was AMAZING!!!! I was visiting from out of state just to find a place before my move in June to Philly and after visiting multiple other properties, I randomly walked in The Avenir. I didnt have an appointment but he still saw me and gave me a tour and discussed my options. He is professional, friendly and he understands how hard it is for someone to find the perfect fit when they dont know the city. The paperwork was easy! I toured, applied and signed the lease within a matter of hours! I am type A so I had done some deep digging and research on other properties before I showed up here and IT WAS THE BEST (location, amenities, and staff). The little bit of nervousness I did have was gone when I knew Id be dealing with John! Looking forward to living here!
