I would like to share my living experience at Lincoln Green.I love Lincoln green apartments style: Small buildings of three layers, open style, more closer to nature than living in a large enclosed building. Also, I love the surrounding environment. very convenient, shopping, banking, clinic, bus, and the opposite large beautiful parking lot, there is a 250 years old tree. I always have a weekend walking there, peace and quiet. The price is reasonable and not high.Especially all staff is very nice and friendly. The management has high professional levels. I can see they enjoy their work and always try to help you. I got every help I needed, sometimes even exceed my expectation.I have been lived here for 3 years. I really appreciate Lincoln Greens staff and managements help and thoughtfulness!
If you are wondering to move here, I highly suggest not to come here because of four primarily reasons.1. This apartment has been build for a long year and while I was living in this apartment, there were so many mold in the apartment including the kitchen, living, bathroom and bedrooms. I couldnt even turn on the heating/air conditioner because there are so many mold inside the heating/air conditioning fan and when I tried to use turn on the fan the mold would come out and spread in the entire room. My daughter is young and she has allergies to dust and she would cough all day when we turn on the fan. I also requested the office if they could clean the mold for me that was surrounding the entire fan and they told me that mold can not be cleaned (which was a lie because I cleaned it all by myself at the end). If you wonder why I did not open the balcony to let the fresh air and sunlight in, I will say this to you right now. There were NO sunlight coming in my apartment AT ALL. And during summer the birds would sit at the tree right next to my apartment and start pooping everywhere including the parking lot. Additionally, there are a lot of loud noise when they are cutting the lawn.2. The apartment has extremely thin walls and you can literally hear your neighbor so well. My neighbor who lived upstairs was a tenant and every night I could hear them turning on loud music at midnight, stomping noise, and crying and screaming noises. And if I am being honest, people like me will feel extremely uncomfortable talking about the loud noises especially if your neighbor is a tenant who you know personally.3. There are SO MANY CAMEL BACK CRICKETS flying and jumping EVERYWHERE. When winter comes there are crickets that come INSIDE of my daughters bedroom and when I tried to lay on my bed in my bedroom I noticed the cricket was on my room ceiling. When I went inside the storage room there were crickets everywhere and waste the insects left.4. The office service is terrible. When I request a carpet change they said they will do it for me and never came back to fix my carpets. During winter, I asked one of the officer to lend me a shovel to clean the snow that was in the parking lot he said no because its for office use only. And also when I walk pass the parking lot at night with my daughter I can smell marijuana. I can also smell this in front of my door. From what Ive learned, I now finally understand that cheap house doesnt always mean that it is good and I am writing this review to let others know that they are aware of this issue prior to moving in.
This place aint the Ritz, but its not trying to be. Its the most fair price for the area considering the quality of the apartments. I have an older unit, and honestly it feels a bit beat (the newer renovations look really nice though), but I havent left yet because...What really sells the place is the staff. The staff at the front office are some of the nicest, most patient property managers Ive ever met. They are always friendly when you see them, and every issue Ive ever expressed to them they took seriously and handled with care. The maintenance workers are really quick to respond to issues as well and are very professional in what they do.Some of these reviews are nuts. Not enough sunlight? Someone breaking into neighbors apartment? What the hell. Maybe take a tour before signing the lease? Maybe call the dedicated security guard they have at night?I can pretty much guarantee anyone whos ever been in a dump apartment and/or had horrible property managers can tell you that this place is probably the best price/value living spaces you can get in the area. I looked for 6 months for a better place that was this close to my job, and couldnt find one that wasnt $300+ more per month. Just be honest and nice to the staff and you can expect more than that in return. Thank you LG team for helping me get through these years.
I love this place. The apartment is nice and roomy and i feel very at home. The Office staff is great and always so pleasant, informative and helpful. The neighbors I have seen and met seem pleasant. Its nice and peaceful and glad I found it. I love going to the gym and will be glad & pray the pools opens this summer.
I picked up a customer the place is lovely
My daughter and her husband moved in here about 1 week ago. CUTE apartment directly across from her school and close to everything
Moved in like a month ago & so far so good.
The apartments and the apartment complex themselves are fine. However, the walls are extremely thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walk anywhere in their apartment (squeaky floors), when they are using the restroom, watching television, playing music, you name it. As a student, this is not a conducive environment for studying, or even relaxing for that matter. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want lots of noise.
I could go on and on about how awful this place is.... instead I urge you to DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Please just look elsewhere. You don’t need to live here to be close to the city if that’s where you work. The other options are SO much better. It was the worst 2 years of my life living there and I am not joking. They do not take attempted robbery and break ins seriously. Like legit there was a man with a crowbar bashing in our neighbors door multiple nights in a row. I have trauma and PTSD from said experiences and they wouldn’t let us move so we had to pay for two apartments at once because just owning a gun didn’t make me feel safe enough. They didn’t care and that should just tell you a little bit about them.If you are a single female I would definitely not live here. It’s pretty scary at night.Getting away from the people who work here and this apartment building has improved my life so much. I hope others don’t make the same mistake we made by moving here.No one should have to live in fear.
This is an awesome place to live. I am going on my second year here and have never had an issue. The office staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is super friendly and they go above and beyond for their residents. Also, maintenance is super quick at responding and addressing any issues you may have. I would definitely recommend living here.
~I lived here for 2 years~ Recently moved states.Pros: The front desk/leasing and operations ladies are so sweet and responsive! Affordable for the area and with all the amenities (pool, gym in-unit laundry!) it is worth the price; but I know it does increase per year, especially with the newly renovated apartments. So close to I-76 so you can easily go towards KOP or to the city! Great space and greenery areas for pups to play. Pretty quiet area if you like space away but close to the city. Loved the proximity to Manayunk and TARGET (so convenient!). The maintenance people were really responsive too and Shelley made sure to check that youre happy with the fix. I like the individual entrances per apartment (e.g., you have your own door, and not have to enter a building and through elevators or anything like that.Cons: Main management can be a little rude (e.g., when the pandemic hit I asked about their plan for those in financial hardship, and they didnt have a solution for it and still wanted you to pay; yet I see them and their families having joy rides on the go-carts... it was quite a strange observation). The entrance gate was such a pain because visitors would either go to the wrong gate or they dont know the visitor code to enter, etc. (I know that when I left they were doing construction on that part, it seemed like they were making a third lane, thank goodness!). The mail situation is also a pain -- Ive lost so many packages because carriers sometimes misplace the packages and when you try to look for them all over the complex its not there so Im assuming neighbors just steal them. They should have the numbers of the apartments boldly displayed above each archway so people dont get confused - the maps dont really help.Overall, its not a bad place to live and I would come back to this place.
I have lived in a couple of different apartments over Philadelphia and this is the best so far. If were speaking in terms of value, accommodations, responsiveness, customer service, and maintenance, Lincoln green maximizes in all categories! The apartments: I toured multiple apartments before moving in to my unit and liked them all but liked even more that I was able to find a unit that fit my specific desires and lifestyle. Theyre all spacious, all come with a balcony (most with a fireplace), and the in unit washer/dryer combo is a game changer. The value speaks for itself especially in the upgraded units! The neighborhood: The location is incredible full stop. Literally next to I-76, minutes from several grocery stores, target, and 2 shopping centers. Inside the community the neighborhood is quiet and the people are really friendly! Theres 3 times as many parking spaces as units so theres never any conflict. The management: The staff here is beyond incredible in every single department and have really set the bar for premium responsiveness and service. Thats it thats the review, full stop. Being honest, when moving in the attention to detail and commitment to meeting my needs that Pomai showed was unprecedented and is the reason Im writing this. The entire office works hard to meet the needs of tenants with everything from general questions and inquiries, to maintenance requests resolved within 12 hours every time, its a welcomed surprise and I personally appreciate everyone in the office for making the community run so smoothly!Overall: incredible value and worth investigating to say the least but once you move in, its unlikely youll want to leave
I recently moved here. I was moving in from another state that too during the pandemic. My leasing and moving process was very smooth. The leasing staff is very helpful. Location is great too if you don’t want to stay too much away fron the city. I just find it a little hard to find a parking spot near my building.
Great peaceful residence with a really nice community room and grounds. Super convenient to walk to Target!
The gate situation is a total mess. If more than one car needs to get into the guest gate, it blocks the way to the gate for residents. Each guest must call the resident theyre visiting to be let in, so even if everything works out smoothly (ie the residents pick up their phone the first time), its still a painfully slow ordeal. Also, why are there speed bumps by the gates? Isnt that a little redundant?
Moved here in 2017 and since I’ve been here I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences. The leasing staff are professional and very outgoing the maintenance staff keeps up with the property, and the amenities are beautiful the swimming pool is like an oasis so glad I chose Lincoln Green. My commute is very easy and quick into Center City Philadelphia! I would recommend highly!
My experience so far has been nothing but pleasant. Ever since I moved, I have had very minor issues in terms of work order since I moved into fully upgraded apartment,(unattached closet roads, which were fixed immediately). But those issues were all fixed in timely manner. Not only they fix it, but they reach out for feedback.Norah, Shelly and other staff including managers are super helpful. I even received immediate help from a gentleman whos probably one of the managers to move my heavy package. The apartments, location and attentive staff just make it a worthwhile experience. They have a gated community which is a plus for me. The community is dog friendly and public commute is within walkable distance ( city Ave bus-stop). There is gym/pool access and the community is well maintained.Another major plus point would be the Target store thats literally located within 7-8 minutes walk. Overall I would say its been wonderful experience. I have moved probably under newer management which is why it makes sense why older reviews are kind of negative. I am glad that I didnt base off my decision to move here on those negative reviews. Im very happy with my experience here so far.
Leasing consultant Pomai provided excellent service! She responded quickly to emails and calls. Addressed all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Well done!
I have been here for about 2.5 years and recently renewed my lease to stay an additional year. It has always been a great place to live, but even more so now that it is under new management (changed about a year ago). The office staff is always friendly and responsive, maintenance responds to requests very quickly, there are always plenty of parking spaces, and I have always felt safe here. It is very quiet yet convenient to Center City. The rent is very fair for what you get and they dont have ridiculous increases when you renew. Being a short walk to Target and having grassy areas for walking my pups are both huge pluses!
Really nice apartments
I was only living here for a year because I was planning on buying a house, so I knew it was temporary. That being said, the ladies in the office were extremely pleasant and helpful anytime I had an inquiry or issue. I dealt with Cecilly most of the time, and I was extremely pleased with how quickly she would get back to me whenever I would email. Sure, the apartment was dated a little, but I knew that when I signed the lease. I used my wood burning fireplace in the winter and was a huge highlight of this apartment. While it was inconvenient for the offices to be closed on Saturday, they were open on Sunday. I would recommend living here!
We are getting ready to move to Lincoln Green and we are so excited to be a part of this community already! Although all the staff have been friendly, I cannot thank Pomai enough or right a review that matches the level of customer service she has provided for us since my very first call to inquire about the apartments. Not only did she provide all of the information, she is so patient and answers emails and calls so quickly so that we never had to wait for an answer. Her customer service comes across as genuine and she really wants what’s best for her tenants. She even did a walk through with us when our unit was ready to make sure everything looked nice and we were happy! She is a true blessing to us and we look forward to our new home because of her!
This place is in a great area. The staff and management have been super friendly and very accommodating! Any issues Ive had they have been receptive to and have gone the extra step to make sure the issues got solved and have made sure I was taken care of. The apartments are clean and nice with a number of options to choose from. Definitely reccomend this place!
So far so good. Been here since November and I like it. Nice and quiet. Easy and accessible. Diff way of life, minutes from everything as you are right by the eway. No issues thus far.
Its to small for all that money
The employees in the front office are absolutely wonderful. They were supportive throughout the whole process and really put my mind at ease. I’m so lucky to have them as a go to!
We moved in this week and they have been amazing . The apartments are beautiful . Any issues we have had in our apartment has been fixed promptly and they follow up to get feedback . We’re looking forward to the rest of our time here .
So I’ve been living here for almost 2yrs not sure if I’ll extend the lease this time due to my 6months old and needing more room. I’d say improvements that needs to be made is the plumbing, and the air/heating system which is very loud. Other than that Lincoln green is a safe, quiet community with plenty of great amenities.
The most friendly, responsive, and dedicated staff and maintenance crew compared to any other apartment complex Ive lived at.
Great place to live from leasing staff to maintenance. Very dog friendly environment.
The pro is that the new management is trying its hardest to clean up the mess the previous management company made. However, individuals (like myself) who signed their lease prior to new management are suffering in poor leases and previous selling errors. I appreciate the fact that the management team is quick to respond, but it’s frustrating and overwhelming because I’m stuck in an apartment that quite frankly should never have been on the market. I was promised one thing, but provided a completely opposite thing. The options provided to me are unreasonable and not fair in my opinion. The property is nice and in a convenient location. The property is clean and has pools and it’s is safe. The property is not open on Saturdays which is for religious reasons, but this can create issues for those seeking packages. The gym is highly outdated and really could use new and working equipment. This has been brought to managements attention. The parking is limited in most areas, which has also been brought to management’s attention. The apartment heating and AC system is loud and obnoxious as well. I think Lincoln green is a good place to live, but as someone who is trapped in a terrible lease under previous management, I would advocate that we should be able to break our lease or transfer to the renovated models with no penalty.
Very bad! dont come here! no sunlight in the apartment. Not feeling healthy here. I requested couple of times to change the apartment. But I did not get it. I feel headache daily due to no sunlight. very very bad!
I love the apartment it is great I lived here for the past year. Leah and Olga are the best. I enjoyed my stay, whenever something went wrong they fixed it right away. This is definitely a five star complex. Carol is also great. Definitely NOT racist.
My boyfriend and I are moving here in July and we could not be more thankful for the great service from leasing consultant Pomai. She has answered all of our questions in a timely matter. She has been extremely professional and responsive to our inquiries. If our time at Lincoln Green is anything like our initial experience with Pomai -- we will be happy tenants! Thank you Pomai!!!
So far my husband and I haven’t had any issues with living at Lincoln Green. It is a great location and the staff has been super helpful and friendly. Every place has faults of some kind, but my husband and I have enjoyed our time so far at Lincoln Green!
Updates as of September 2021:Be sure to take photos when you move in. This helped us get our full security deposit back.--Updated as of August 2021:A few hundred dollars worth of our security deposit was withheld due to damage that existed prior to our move-in. We have reached out to management - will update.--Updated as of July 2021:We lived at LG for 2 satisfying, stress-free years in an older unit. The new ones look great! We are waiting to receive our security back, and will update with that info. We left the place spotless, so we hope we wont have any issues.--Please take the existing reviews with a grain of salt. Prior to scheduling a tour, we called the leasing manager and were reassured that the problems described by prior tenants have been addressed since the transition to new property managers a little over 2 years ago.Management is not the friendliest, but leasing consultants/front staff are the friendliest office staff we have ever met. Theyre the ones youre likely to interact with most often, and are easy to contact via email and phone.Pros-quick response to maintenance requests, usually same day or next day (extermination, plumbing, electrical issues, etc.)-package holding in leasing office depending on mail carrier-office open on Sundays-small but decent fitness center-walking distance to stores (Target, Fresh Grocer)-friendly staff (the best!)-plenty of parking but not necessarily close to your unit-decent storage for a 1bed! (some space in laundry/water heater closet, hallway closet with shelving, patio closet, coat closet, bedroom closet - a small walk-in).Cons-aggressive speed bumps at the entrance that most definitely hit the bottom of every tenants car on the regular. Can they be leveled out?-confusing complex layout = food delivery issues all the time, especially at night. The buildings could use bolder, more obvious number placards.-limited natural sunlight depending on your unit; 2 friends have moved out after a year solely for this reason. Be sure you are happy with the lighting in your particular unit!-heavy traffic at the City Ave/Presidential Blvd intersection during peak hours-no pedestrian gate at back entrance for easier access to grocery store
I’ve never had an issue with Lincoln Green. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the price. However, after apartment searching I see it’s not that bad compared to other places.I’ve lived her for two years. Maintenance always came the same day I called. I had a mouse once (just one) but I live on the bottom floor by the wooded area. They took care of my problem right away. It wasn’t an issue at all. So don’t be deterred from that.Parking is AMAZING. I can’t express this enough. You won’t find parking like this anywhere in the city unless you wanna pay over $100 a month for it. Some people say there’s an issue with parking and I’m not sure why. I always find a spot. Maybe it’s a 2 minute walk from my door if I come back late but first world problems. My favorite thing about the apartment is the size. I don’t feel like I live in the city even though I’m 15 mins from it. They are very spacious and homey. I can’t attest to the gym or the pools because I’ve never gone to them however, it’s a nice option to have. Also it is very safe here. I feel comfortable walking around the complex at anytime of day. You can’t get that anywhere. The only dangerous thing is target is in your backyard and you’ll wanna spend all your money there. The only thing I wish they would change is the paying portal. Not as user friendly as it was before. Again, first world problems. The staff here is very kind and friendly. I will miss this place! I recommend it.
It a beautiful apartment and great location. The tenants are very friends. The amenities are great.
Living in the Lincoln Green Apartments has been a wonderful experience thus far. The apartments are beautiful and spacious not to mention modern and stylish and that’s even before you add your own taste to it. The amenities are great as well, who wouldn’t love access to a 24/7 gym, 2 pools, and free parking! The area is safe and in a great location. Maintenance gets the job done whenever you call in a timely fashion, Shelly makes sure of that! The staff are always so helpful, friendly, and are great with communication especially Pomai!!! Pomai has made me love my experience at Lincoln Green and I would definitely recommend living here. Thank you to all of the other staff as well!
Ive lived in Lincoln green for the past two years and overall, Ive loved living here. I believe that you need to read reviews for Apartments with a grain of salt, since the ones that usually leave a review are the ones who have had negative experiences. I also believe that nowhere is perfect, and LG is no exception, but overall Ive had a pleasant experience.CONS:1) Your rent will go up every year. I signed my apartment at a good price, but am now paying more than I would like for the smallest 1/1 apartment they have. So keep that in mind when you sign.2) They gym is small and some of the machines have been broken since I moved in almost 2 years ago, so who knows how long theyve actually been broken. I use the gym at my school, or else this would probably bother me more.3) Visitors do not know how to use the visitor gate and traffic at the gate often backs up, so I often end up having to wait to get into the apartment complex. Which can be annoying. They really need a bigger sign for visitors so they know where to go.4) The gate is often broken. I overall hate the gate and honestly prefer when its open because it keeps things running smoothly and I dont get stuck waiting to get in. I dont think it offers any extra security.PROS:1) I have a dog, so I love the green space, the dog park, and the friends Ive made at the dog park.2) Ive never had a problem with maintenance, but Ive also never had a problem where I really needed them. They come help me change out the filter in my air conditioner and are always kind, friendly, and respectful.3) THEY RECYCLE. This one is a big Pro for me since I recycle everything, but I dont think everyone knows there are recycling bins. so if youre reading this, now ya know.4) They are good with snow removal and the complex always looks clean and taken care of.5) Parking is never an issue.6) Office staff Ive interacted with have always been kind and helpful.Overall, LG is a fine place to live. Ive never had any problems and Ive enjoyed the last 2 years here.
The worst apartment I have ever seen! Very bad experience! No sunlight in the apartment! It is not fresh! When I asked to change the Apartment, they did not entertain! No one is ready to understand the problem! There were nails came up in the balcony, toilet was yellowish, kitchen floor was sticky, color not proper, bedroom is so cold! It’s horrible! Very bad! No hot water, doors have issues in locker!
I love living here! The staff is friendly and my apartment is clean and comfortable.
Great location! Wonderful amenities! The walls are not soundproof which can be a major problem. The property was just sold to Chelsea Management lets see if they live up to the wonderful staff of the past. The one complaint that I have is that the office closes at 5:30pm which doesnt give tenants much time to receive/ pick up important packages. Other complaints are that they have not upgraded current/ old tenants apartments.
My daughter just moved in i am impressed!
I lived in there for slightly over a year(2014-2015). The leasing specialists were between ok and nice. The manager and the managers assistant were rude and didnt care a bit.The place is overpriced considering the distance to downtown.I had to leave my building few time because of the fire alarm with my 3-month-old boy, back then, through a slippery snowy stairs only to find out that the alarm was broken. When I talked to the manager, I told her that they are putting us in danger by not fixing the alarm and not salting the walkways and stairs. She didnt care about our safety; she only felt offended and responded with angry tone. The alarm went off about 7 time before they finally fixed it.Otherwise, the place has a beautiful landscape. Washer and dryer are in unit. The parking is fine.
Not sure why the bad reviews, but the front desk people are great to our family. The price is a little higher, but compared to other places we looked it is worth it. Easy parking, green space, quick repairs, and beautiful inside.
Been living here for about a year now, and I see that some of the previous management companies were perhaps not the best. Ive seen negative reviews about Chelsea (the newest owners) as well but I havent personally experienced anything of the sort. On the contrary, their responses to the concerns we raised are amazing, and theyve even sent people to resolve the issue on the same day that I filed it. The people at the front desk have all been pretty helpful, and upon renewing the lease the rent was only increased by $10, which is pretty insignificant.Great locale and despite being quiet and secluded, getting to the main city is pretty convenient even if you dont own a vehicle. The AC/heating unit is pretty loud, however, and the walls arent soundproof. My biggest gripe is the way they charge the water fees, which doesnt make a lot of sense and leads to people having to pay a large amount of money even if theyre barely ever home to use the water. Other than that, the community is pretty good
I have lived at Lincoln green for a little more than 2 years. I choose Lincoln green instead of the other apartments because the rent was a little cheaper than the other in that area. But looking back I would have saved more money, time and aggravation if I just went across the street...It was cheaper than the others for the first year. The rent goes up significantly after that anyways so you are not really saving much. The staff is friendly until you have issues or questions. Their demeanor will changed pretty quickly and give you attitude or just hide from you for as long as possible. They lost my check one month and instead of giving any notice or tried contacting me... they just left a eviction notice at my door! When I went to the office they apologized and said it was because they were short staffed. During my move out I asked for a move out check list, the assistant manager emailed me back that they dont have those... So I asked her what I needed to do, she just said clean the apartment as well as possible. I wanted to be sure I did everything right because knowing this place they will charge me something ridiculous so I asked other person in the front office she said I needed to clean the carpets and have proof (receipt). It was during the holidays when I was moving so I emailed the assistant manager asking if it had to be professionally cleaned or can I just rent a machine and clean it myself. I also noted the dark spots near the entrance that was already there when i moved in... She said I can clean it myself and she will note the stain. Guess what happened? I was still charged because they werent professionally cleaned. When I called they said the assistant manager is new so she didnt know what she was talking about!!!! The one person that is suppose to know what is going on does not! And ridiculously enough I am the one that pays for their mistakes!!! Having to deal with that while moving into a new place was horrible!! As if that was not enough, they messed up my final bill! I paid my bill then they gave my another bill. I called and no one could explain to me what that additional amount is for. They put me through to that same assistant manager and she said she calculated it wrong and that this new bill is the right one. I paid for that amount but after I moved out instead of getting my security deposit I get another bill with a late fee!! I called an they said I didnt pay the remaining portion of my rent! I told them I spoke with the assistant manager and I was assured that all they would be taking out of my security deposit was the trash and water fee. I already paid rent twice!! They said its in my contract to pay my rent and what they charge is correct! They said that whatever I was told verbally and written in emails from their staff is nonbinding therefore cannot be used to remove that late fee. I asked her how I would have known to pay for a bill they never sent and the manager specifically told me there wouldnt be one... She just repeated I should have known that I should pay the first of the month. I have never missed a payment while I was there for all that time and they wont even wave a late fee for a bill that they never sent out.Just dont rent here. There is no accountability. I have never had to deal with this amount of incompetence and blatant robbery in my life. They just want to get as much as they can out of you banking on the fact that you wont be camping in their office or sue them!
I have been living here for more than an year.Pros: great location and quiet environment (i.e no traffic)Cons: heating/AC units are too loud and obnoxious. not quite sure why the leasing office is closed on saturday which is a total bummer. water and electricity bills are too high. in winters, electricity bill can shoot up to $250 for a month. when renting, look just not for the base rent but also for trash/water/electricity bills. these utilities can add up quite quickly and put a hole in your pocket. I wish they will let go of the trash fees and lower down water bill. the entry gates are either open or broken quite a few number of times.
I read the reviews prior to coming here, my company put me up here for work..Agree with reviews.. staff EXTREMELY rude, hung up on me other day.. already have 2 work orders, been here 2 weeks.. 1st time when had leak and talked to assistant mgr a week later, followed up on order, she never put in my order... great, glad you care..They let Verizon in my apt and I wasnt home... furious!!!There rudeness alone makes me not ever want to stay here. They need later Office hours for people who work past 5pm too..Def over priced for Apt size..I agree with all reviews. When it snows... I have yet to see anyone shovel or a plow.. its been snowing for 8hrs!! My car literally got stuck going up hill. Really??NEVER have enough parking, EVER...Sooooo looking fwd to moving out and would NEVER recommend.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never get things done as soon as possible instead they will get your things delayed until your patience has gone out and argue it with them. People working there are so rude and never care about your situation. Dont recommend Chinese people living here cause they treat people in different ways even you are a good tannent and have an excellent credit history.
Love living here. We moved from Rittenhouse Hill in Germantown which was a nice building but full of super loud college kids who aside from class didnt work and its been such a nice change here. Theres a good mix of families with little kids, older folks, and young professionals so it feels more like a community and less of a frat house. So far its been super relaxed and quiet. Also pretty pet friendly. Edit: I am in one of the non-updated units but still love it. Only thing Id have changed is the fact that the place was not cleaned before we moved in. However, that was under old management and the new team seems much more on top of things
They are horrible. I lived here 5 years the other management wasnt perfect but these people are worse. First they are closed to practive their religion. Which is inconvienent to other people who have packages that need to be picked up on weekends due to working all week. To pay rent you either have to pay online via echeck or pay by card for $40 or mail your rent out or take it to new jersey. Which is not on my lease it states leave in drop box. Also summer season started recently and they are having us sign in at the pools like children instead of providing us with our pool passes as states in our leases. Years prior we had them we were also able to buy them for our guest. Then on top of that myself and my neighbor both aquired random fees on our rent from them without a phone call or question. Then when asked about the fees they say they are legitimate. This new company seems to lack experience with real estate. Its clear they really dont know much about people and living areas they feel just because they now own the property they can just do what ever and change everything at once and we are supposed to just be ok with it.. word of advice chelsea management you guys should have taken the time out to know your residence took a poll on what things should change before they just bought us out and made this a uncomfortable place to live. My roomate and ill will b leaving in january. And we do mot reccomend staying here
Do not look to live here unless you enjoy having your time wasted or being lied to and screwed out of a place to live at the last second. The individuals in charge of Lincoln Green are lacking either brains, hearts, or both. What a terrible business.
The worst place for Indian Community to live. They dont value no matter how good tenant you are. They treat people are illiterates and your whole deposit will be gone. They dont give rent pricing on market rate. Pricing is very expensive and bugs all over the place They will change rates by looking at your face. Damn..I will bet if you dont write a negative review after your stay, sure I will erase this review. I warn south Indian and North Indian dont rent there.
It is fine. but, I had a really bad expereince for getting my security deposite back. That was about 3000 dollars. [Have not received it so far. ]
DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM HERE!!! Management is awful and extremely incompetent when it comes to doing their jobs. They will lie and lie to cover themselves. They are terrible people in the office and honestly do not care about the tenants at all. I moved out since Sep 17 and and i paid up to 2500$ deposit but i only received the half of it even though i left the apartment as it is and i had deal with the assistant Leeh, also she sent me an emil to made me sure about her deal, but after that they didn’t reply any emil from me i tried to contact the owner but they dont took any responsibility!!!! so be away from this community they just lie to the residents!!!!!!!
My experiences with Leah Alcott and Norah Rodriguez have been nothing but exceptional. They are friendly, accommodating, and are a pleasure to work with! Thanks ladies!!!
I think its very nice, clean, safe, lovely officers. If you have a car this choice, is the best.Tanks
Horrible place to live, over priced and unfit living conditions. Management is unresponsive, uncaring and has no compassion for working people who just want a nice place to stay. I regret ever moving here, dont waste your money. Ive had a leak in my apartment for 22 days and counting. DO NOT RENT HERE
Dont trust what they promised. Their promise is if you bring your friends to Lincoln green, the Lincoln green office will give you $300. I tried them two times and every time they gave me unconvinince reasons. In the first time, they said wrong information Although the information is correct. Second time, they said u have to waite 90 days although they before said 60 days. Third time, they said apply another form because the policy has been changed !!! Can you imagine this after 90 days!!! all staff in lincoln green offic are friendly but the new manager is awful.
Nice community and location, but the management and management team is horrendous - one of the worst I have ever experienced. They are rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and apathetic. Id avoid this community and take your business elsewhere, especially since there are plenty of good options in the area. With the amount of rental communities available in the area, they cannot afford to be managed and maintained this poorly.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. Lived a year here. The gate was either often not working or just open all the time. The parking spaces was not enough due to people not linving here just coming in and taking the spots. The AC/HVAC was not really good, very loud but not efficient. Also, when the AC was down in the summer, called the maintenance and waited for more than 2 weeks to get it repaired. I kept my apartment clean and no food was out, the mini flies just came in. Cant tell what kind flies they are. The balcony screen door was not slidable, and they couldn’t fix it. Again, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. They haven’t give me back the deposit yet. It was my worst rental experience in the philly.
I lived here for 1 year, you feel like theres no wall between you and your neighbor. Noise!!!, Also you will never get the deposit back.
Run away from this place. No security. Loud and profane music played all times of the night by guest and tenant vehicles. No need for a key fob entry, the gate has not been repaired in weeks. Abandon vehicles inside and outside the community. Not safe!!!!!!
When you move in, Make sure you take picture and sent an email to Lincoln Green Office for record so if they say something later, you have proof. That is the only reason I was refunded my deposit, otherwise I would have been denied.
Not bad
THE MANAGER IS COMPLETELY RUDE 100%. SHE NEED TO WORK ON HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL
Visited a friend. Looked nice
This place is absolutely awful. I lived here for two years and had nothing but problems. First of all, it overpriced by $200-$300 a month for the size (I base that on having lived in 11 different apartment complexes in Philadelphia, 9 of which were on City Ave) there were several robberies (cars and apartments) in the complex during my stay, never once resulting in an increase of security. As soon as you have an issue, the staff goes from being nice to being unresponsive. The maintenance staff is fine, but they take absolutely forever to make repairs and they dont tell you before you enter your apartment. Also, not a good area if you have kids because people love to speed through the parking lots, play loud music ALL NIGHT (no help from security on this issue) and drink in public (evidence of this by the number of empty cans all over the complex on any given day). Do yourself a favor if your looking at lincoln green....keep on looking
I love the Lincoln green because its beautiful place
The Best peaceful place to live in 💙
Very nice community little bit expensive and higher than usual electricity
Homey feel
Great 😊
No help with noisy neighbors
It’s a mixture between class and Ghetto.
Management is awful (except Angela). Will fight you tooth and nail for your deposit.
Want to pay way too much for housing? If yes, this is the place for you!

Good place
I love this place!!!!
Tough place to be
I am moving back
Great Place to Live!!!!!!
A large residential complex .... Each building has 3 floors, each floor has four apartments, and the apartment is rather spacious, continuous maintenance, cooperative management, and attention to street cleanliness ..... But unfortunately, there are no elevators in the building, which means carrying stairs and climbs ... and a heavy guard at the gate .. And the entrances to the architecture need restoration.
Nuce
Sensational
I live in it, but I want to know if there is a place for children to live in, or anything?
The best accommodation in which Valsti Avenue was comfortable
One of the best accommodation options in the area
