I visit here the Saturday before easter for a pedicure and because I had been looking for a nail salon closer to my home. I expected it to be crowded (it was) I had to wait.But they asked if Id mind waiting, within five minutes I was in a chair and I believe that my feet soaked for about 15 minutes before a tech was available.I got the Deluxe pedicure with gel nail polish, my nail tech was very patience explaining the different prices. In the end the pricing was very reasonable. .My first experience here was very professional and pleasant and everyone was very nice.

Nail tech was super nice! She really made sure that my nails were how I wanted them throughout the process. She also made sure I didn’t have any acrylic on my skin around the edges, which was a nice bonus. The nails are long and elegant and not chunky like in other places. I love my nails, they turned out exactly how I wanted them

I was told there was only one person in front of me to get my nails done. They said that just to keep me around. They in fact had 3 people in front of me who were also waiting a very long time. I understand that they were extremely short staffed but please do NOT LIE to customers. Our time is valuable just as yours. There was also construction going on and clearly all the employers talking badly about their paying guests. Waste of my day

At first view of this place you may think this is not ideal for the service youre looking for because it is a bit outdated. Although they do take appointments, its a first come, first serve kind-a place. Linda and David are quick to greet you as you arrive.Since they try to accommodate everyone, be prepared to wait a while. The wait time can be a bit over stated.Youre in for a great treat once you sit down. These guys, by far, work endlessly to make your experience worth the wait, so sit down, relax and bring yourself a drink. You will not be disappointed.The very best time to come here, is right when they open, so dont be surprised if you find yourself 3rd in line.

Terrible! The Man Cut My Finger While Doing My Nails And Blood Was Literally Dripping And He Didn’t Apologize Until I Addressed The Situation. The Customer Service Is Terrible From Everyone, They Just Want Your Money, I Recommend Going Somewhere Else.I Wiped It Off The But This Is My Nail, You Can See The Remainder Of Blood Under My Nail Bed.

They were rude when I walked in with my service animal and told me they were too busy to take me for a nail repair when they had just asked someone else to take a seat for a pedicure who walked in the door with me. I can’t speak to the type of work they do, but I can say they were not accommodating for a person who needs a service animal, and were very rude about it.

Way too busy for me...or are they? I sat and waited in the chair for 20 minutes before the filled the tub with water. Then another 20 minutes before I got up and left. The water now super cold. Based on my call records and text messages on my phone, I had been there almost an hour.I was really excited about the gold chrome color gel polish for my nails and white polish for my toes. It would have been a first because I usually get some shade purple every time.As I was getting up the tech told me I was next rushing to finish up with a customer. I value them taking their time with the people in the chairs but they should also value the customers waiting and at least tell them it will be an hour or so wait. I could have left, made my runs and came back.They must be really good from the conversation of the other customers. An assumption I will not be able to confirm.The search continues for a good nail salon as I am new to this area. Oh well. 🤔😟

This is the worst place Ive ever got my nails done. His finger prints are in my nails & my finger is bleeding. Sloppy sloppy job and they still charged me. Not a good experience at all. They werent even friendly. Not only did they waste my money but my time as well. I dont have much time for self care and feel very sad and disappointed that I now have to take more time/money that I dont have to try and get their sloppy job fixed.. Not at all satisfied.

They are really rude, will charge you something and do something completely. They also don’t know how to properly put acrylic nails on. Had to leave after 3 nails because it was too cringy to look at any longer. I was so utterly upset however I kept my cool and the older gentleman yelled at me.

Owners husband rushed my pedicure because they are busy I asked for a deluxe pedicure and he left basically all the dead skin on my feet and tried to pumi it I asked him to please do it right and he refused so I told him I wanted a regular pedicure if he wasn’t going to do it right which ultimately dropped my total from $52 to $27 and he was upset told me to leave and pay $20 which I did but then he followed me out and took illegal pictures of me and threatened me. I’m a REGULAR CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING ‼️

I love David and he does a great job. I regularly tip 15 to 20 dollars on a fill for the sole reason that if I have an appointment I expect to be taking in within 5 minutes of my appointment time. It NEVER fails. I have waited up to an hour for a SCHEDULED appointment to get started. Today I called to make sure they were running on time for my appointment. They said yes, I get there and after waiting 15 after my appointment was to start I say, Im gonna have to reschedule. Then only then they say we are ready now... still... 7 min later we start at 125 for my 1 pm appointment. Its flat out rude. Just like there time is money... SO IS MINE.

I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 and waited over an hour for a pedicure.. Meanwhile, he started on someone else Nails and Left me sitting there for over an HR I spoke with the owner and she stated I didnt have a appointment That I called the wrong shop. I pulled up my call log and Showed where I had spoken to her. She began to yell and argue. They are very Unprofessional and under staffed I told her I will not be returning or referring anyone anymore. They are not practicing social distance nor have shields in place. I WILL NEVER RETURN ‼️‼️

The staff has remembered me since my very first visit, down you personal details. They CARE VERY MUCH about giving you great quality nail care, and pay GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! I go to them EVERY MONTH... twice a month; For my pedicures, acrylic nails, and eyebrow waxes. I am NEVER disappointed! Worth every penny.If you go during a busy time of day, be prepared to wait a while, but I assure you - It Is Worth It!!!

Came in to have my SNS nails taken off and the lady was really rude and on her phone the entire time. She seemed bothered that she had to take off my nails from the start which already made me feel uncomfortable. This tech was by far the roughest nail tech I’ve ever came across and didn’t seem to care at all that she kept hurting me even after every time I’d voice it. Not to mention it took 1 HOUR to have them removed. I probably should’ve gotten my nails done, maybe it would’ve been quicker.

Great service. The nail tech doing my nails made sure they were perfect and even changed the color when it didn’t look right. They had a few customers being rude and never showed any attitude back. Great people!

I went into the store yesterday at 5:30 for a simple new set and a gel overlay, keep in mind i left at 7:45. I complained about the way they painted my nails its all over my skin it literally looks like a three-year-old painted them they refused to do my nails at the moment because they said they were closed. I told them that I was not paying for a service that I did not like they told me to come back Saturday. and the lady told me that she would charge me $10 and I complained about that as well why I should be charged additional when I did not like my nails to begin with. horrible horrible experience I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Deluxe Pedicure with Linda was AWESOME!! I cant believe how smooth my feet feel right now. I was blessed to get her for my King👑 Day festivities for Fathers Day.

Well, I only go here when I dont feel like driving far to my other shop. Beware..the shop manager..she starts talking in their language when you dont want to get a gel fill. They dont do designs, and your nails dont look natural because of the abundance of acrilic they use and the sloppy paint job. I get my fill, and in a week to two weeks go get my nails done right. Fills are 15-20 dollars. Way to high for what you get. Find a better shop or use them for an emergency only. Yuck.

The worst experience ever the lady was very rude and refused to do the service that I asked for and kept stating that it’s a lot of work...Then the gentleman came over just to argue with me if I needed a fill or not; mind you I have my daughter with me who is also getting her nails done across from me by the older guy. Even after the argument I still sat there and allowed her to do my nails and she just continued to be rude to me and I told her that I couldn’t believe how crazy their service was. She then said I’m not crazy and I told her I know I didn’t call you crazy I said your service is crazy. She then told me not to come back there and that she also didn’t care about my money or my tip.So I decided to get up and not allow her to finish and pay for what I wanted to pay for. They begin laughing at me and so I decided that me and my daughter was going to leave and pay for the services that we received; they then locked us in and made me pay $28 for my 11-year-old’s nails which were not completely done and when I told her to get up the older guy held onto her finger in the wouldn’t allow her to get up out the seat... wow very scary experience that no one should have to experience with their child with them!!!! To top it off they begin yelling at me calling me “ mean lady” as we were walking out after unlocking the door!

I went to this salon for the first time and wont be back. Im wondering how they were recommended to me, smh. Anyways, the tech were short with me and another customer and they also didnt want to help with answering questions and ignoring us! So I found another salon.

Horrible customer service. After waiting 2hrs to get my nails done, the older gentleman was very rude. The colors I ask for he said he didnt have them. He never looked. I needed to answer a quick phone call, which Im never on the phone while getting my nails done, but this was important. He told me to get off my phone, he hit the table and walked off. I was on the phone only a couple of seconds. He came back and told me I dont listen. I was so angry that I wanted to walk out without paying. I will NEVER go back!!!

I love this place. I refuse to go anywhere else. The pedicures are amazing, the owners are hysterical, and the only time Ive seen what can come across as mean, is when a customer is yelling at them, even then the keep their composure and try to make them happy. Best work for an amazing price. AMAZING

Not a good place to go at all. Do much waiting time. To little time spent on pedicure once they start. I also had to stand at the counter to pay for 10 minutes. They are not very professional here. Used what looked like a dirty towel to wipe the water off my legsI will not return here!!!

My mom recommended this place and the first and second time I was there they did an amazing job. The third time they were so busy that they rushed thru my fill and manicure. My nails were sloppily done and painted. The guy kept cutting and hurting me. So I kindly told the owner that I didnt like the way he was treating me and that I would pay for what they had already done and go elsewhere but she insisted I let them finish. At the end when I complained again because u could see finger prints on my nail the owner got really upset and said she didnt have time to fix my nails, so I refused to pay until they fixed them. So I figured they were all having a bad day because they were tired. The next time I went I waited for over an hour and had my kids with me. Well she took 2 people that got there after me and said they were appointments. When I asked one of them she said she didnt have an appointment. They also gave my mother a REALLY bad fungul infection to where she had to get blood work to get antibiotics because the infection was so bad.

I love coming here. They do good work, Linda and David. And theyre very reasonable with their prices.

The owner has no manners. She talks behind people back and laugh so loud. She is very ignorant and doesn’t respect other people culture. She can not complain about anything. She will yell at you. Good luck going here.

I would give zero stars If I could.1 week in ans almost all nails broken, I only have 1 left and they refuse to fix them even though it’s thwie fault they aren’t nicely done and high quality. They accused me of sabotaging my own nails even though when each one broke it was extremely painful. I unfortunately couldn’t come back until today because I was out on vacation but now they refuse to do anything. Now I’m left with nubs and one nice nail.

Unfortunately, this nail salon really provided a bad service for me yesterday. The tech burnt my fingers with the drill multiple times and was very rough when removing my tips. My cuticles and the area around my nail bed are very sore, and I was cut. My SNS is all over my cuticles. My tips are disconnected from my nails, I can pull back my natural nail underneath, they were attached more to my skin than my nails. I know this nail set won’t last long. I called this morning to speak to a manager, and was told it was my fault I received the service I did due to my previous SNS set. They were very dismissive of these issues and not apologetic. They didn’t offer a refund or any other way to correct this. The poor customer service was quite frustrating, and I’m very unhappy with my experience.

Love the massage chairs and they do pretty good pedicures. Only 4 stars because they can get pretty busy which means you will have to wait. But I will go back.

This was one of the rudest places that I ever been to. We waited for over two hours before they started my pedicure. My daughter ask how much longer will it be before they polished her toe nails and the lady told her that we should of stayed at home. At this time they began to make rude comments about us to the other staff. Anther lady told us that we can just go home if we think its too long. I can deal with the not so good service but they dont have to be so rude and disrespectful. They lost my business for sure!

I LOVE this place. I come every two weeks for a mani and pedi. The owner is awesome and treats me great. I see a few complaints but dont let that hinder your decision. Good prices and good customer service. Just make sure you come in early. They are always busy and for good reasons. They actually know how to do nails. The prices are so reasonable I recommend getting the works instead of an ol polish change.

They were absolutely horrible. Been doing my nails for years and went somewhere different out of the blue for French nails on toes and they were not in line completely messed up.. Then I asked the lady if I could do $5 eyebrows and I swear on everything she said yes.. I go to the register and say no that is not what I said.. I couldnt believe it they had just stole me of my money I politely said that she had said $5 and this lady starts yelling at me from across the store so disrespectfully.. I will neve come here again. I wish I could give zero stars no joke.

I showed them a design before they started my nails they said they could do it . The design required 2 alternating colors light pink and a light blue. The pink was to be put on 3 mails and the blue on 2. The pink was then to be put on the blue nails with a chevron look. After they painted my nails pink and blue they told me that they cant do the design because the pink was too light. So I just had miss match nails with no accent. I told them to tell me this before they had painted my nails so I would have just picked one color. And not look dumb as hell. They has an attitude with me like it was my fault they cant do basic chevron designs. The pink was not to light the man applied the polish in the wrong order for chevron I thought he was trying a new technique but he just did not know how to do it . He did not even try to use tape. They are liars who over inflate there skills to get you to sit down. The gel was not even that good I had lumps and they use cheap gel they dont even have opi or gelish. If they had quality gel the pink would have been fine but since they use watered down gel you have to use 3-4 coats to get the full color not 2. I have gotten this same color with nicer brands and it only takes 2 coats So now I have childish nails until I can get them fixed. I will never go there again.

The lady, whom I believe was the owner, yelled at me because I left the salon and called back to see if I could stop back in the following day because of a few mishapen nails and there was paint all over my fingers. Ive been here twice and its terrible they dont ever listen to what you ask for and if they do they argue for what they want to do. very rude to customers including younger people under the age of 17. and my nail broke after one week this time ill be going somewhere else next time.

I had the worst experience today I came in for a pad and a manicure and it was a total nightmare I was rushed the whole time my toes look horrible I will be uploading a picture after this post and since they where in such a rush the lady keep messing up my nails to the point where I had to force her to stop and take off the polish super upset because ever time I come here I spend 80 or more on just my nails alone and then to see my toes when she was done I was more then upset she didn’t shape my toe nails at all pain all over my toes not worth the 30$ they are asking for

I walked in to 10 Pretty Nails before closing to get my nails soaked off and they told me they were closed. I came in at 7:48pm. The man at the front kept repeating “come back tomorrow, we’re closed.” Why have a closing time and not honor it!”? A nail soak off doesn’t take long at all. I’ll never come back here. He could’ve said it nicer, but chose to be rude, and I cannot appreciate that. I’ll stick to my regular nail salon up the street.
