By far hands down the best nail salon in Austin/Pflugerville/Round Rock!! I searched and tried many places before a friend referred me here. I’m picky and they do the most fabulous job everytime!! The prices are extremely reasonable as well!! I’ve now been coming here for over a year now. Love this place!!!

I love Diana so much. I’ve been going to her for the last 6 years and she never fails me.. she takes her time and always make sure I’m a happy customer. This set took 5 hours but that’s my normal time frame I spend with her once a month .

I would have given a 2.5 stars. The service is not terrible but it wasnt great either. They couldnt do the design I asked for, so I just had my nails removed. Which took longer than expected, the woman kept getting up and leaving. Then she was making comments under her breath and would not repeat.

I went there this past weekend and the service I received was terrible! Diane was doing my nails and got an attitude when I asked about why the tips were not glued down well and she became rough with my hands. I simply asked her to cut down my nails nicely and she kept sighing heavily and then turned to the owners daughter to complain about me. Then the owners daughter said I should have long nails when on vacation. As a customer I can request how I want my nails to be. I have come here and had my nails done by the older Mother and she was awesome. The daughter has a poor attitude is completely unprofessional. She talked out loud to a customer about how she got trashed on Tequila the previous day. You need to do better and treat All customer with courtesy and respect. Your poor customer service deserves 0 stars.

My nails look great! Friendly staff, waxing was also really good. However, its a little bit expensive.

First off they have a sign on their door stating you must wear a mask. I had one so I went in and they immediately very rudely told me to put on hand sanitizer. They acted as if I was dirty and not good enough to be there. I was dressed very nice. I felt completely unwelcome and its unfortunate for them as I had plenty of cash for a tip. They should figure out how to treat their customers.

Went to this place to have them fix a bad manicure I got at another place. They did a great job. They also did my little girls toes and were so sweet to her. I will definitely be back

If I can give them less than once that would be what they deserve. When I walked into the nail shop I asked them how much would it be for a refill in my polish change I was quoted a price but then after they done my toes they turned around and looked at my fingernails for the second time and tells me oh no your nails are wrong we have to charge you extra because longer nails are more work and because its your natural nail it would take longer. WOW!!! Instead of trying to hustle me out of money they could have just done a good job on my nails and under the tip

Ive been coming here for 2 years now and the quality has just gotten so terrible. I always ask for almond shaped nails but only one tech can ever get it right, and I rarely ever get her when I come.For my most recent visit I was stuck with the newest tech and she burned me with the electric filer while removing SNS and left part of my thumb nail not filled in. There are dents in the SNS, and the shape isnt uniform at all. Im tired of spending $55 every 3 weeks for mediocre nails.

Okay this has been my spot for some time now and today..... just made it that much better. Miss Fire sits at the back of the room, in my opinion the front of the room 1st chair. I get my SNS nails done by Rachel. She does beautiful work and is super friendly. I highly recommend Rachel! Make an appointment, its much easier and shes always on time with her clients.

They are so wonderful and nice here! Took his time on my nails making them look natural and the pedicure was amazing and I only got the basic she also took her time! I think I have found my new nail home!

Awesome! Never had an issue here. Get a pedicure monthly and I get my arms waxed (Im gross). They take their time. Had my nails done for the first time there and loved them.

I used to love coming to this nail shop but their customer service has gotten awful. I went into the nail shop an hour and a half before they closed, they barely wanted to greet me. One of the ladies asked me what I wanted and I told her a pedicure, another tells me they dont have time to do it and can I come back tomorrow meanwhile there are workers around doing nothing but talking. I will never go back there again they just lost a customer. Terrible customer service.

They follow strict hygiene guidelines during these times. Staff is always friendly. The decor is very tasteful. Never had a bad experience there.

The women who worked on my nails did it quickly, didntnhurt all that much, she didnt speak to me at all. But rather spoke to everyone else in their language . I didnt care about that tho, then I got home I saw she made 2 of my nails tilted😑😑😑😑😑😑😑

Very bad customer service i did my nails yesterday and supposed to be gel and look what i found .. I don’t recommend this place and charged me $30 for that ..and other places charge me $15 ... smh

They were nice, but didnt really feel like they cared. They didnt do a good job on my nails. Ive been to 3 salons since Ive moved to Austin and still havent found somewhere that I would actually go back to. Since they charge extra for shaping and everything else I normally get a coffin shape, but I did a square shape and they look like someone who barely just started doing nails or someone who really doesnt like doing nails did them. I can deal with it for about a week or 2 but Im going to go somewhere else to get these taken off and get them redone.

I’m happy with everything about it and I especially like the way Rachel does my nails. Everyone is so friendly and it’s always very clean!

Le did my nails and she was amazing. This place is no longer close to where I live, but I have tried everywhere near my new home and have been so disappointed. Ill continue to make the drive just to have the consistent good service and be happy with the money I spend!

I just got a manicure at another shop and it was terrible so I came here just for a gel polish and so they can fix it and it looked so good! I was so happy I texted my friends and family that live near by!

After the nail shop I had been going to for years closed on Sundays, I found this great place!! People are friendly, super nice and very professional!! Laurie is my nail tech and she is fabulous ❤️❤️

I have been looking for a new nail salon to get my nails done for a while now. I decided to give this place a try since it was right down the street from me.I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Diana did such and AMAZING job on my nails. She listened to what I wanted and never once got irritated when I asked her questions or to fix minor things. She took her time on my nails to make sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it.Diana, thank you so much for your professionalism and attention to detail. You are my official new nail tech!!!! Le Nails have been the salon my two sisters, my mother and I have trusted for over 3 years! Not only are they incredible people who always seem genuinely interested in your life but they are amazing at what they do! Whether its eyelashes, nails, eyebrows etc. There has been times where my nails were not up to the the technician’s standards and they sit there until they feel proud of their work. I recommend this establishment to everyone who complements my nails!

The man who did my nails told me he could not do a shorter almond shape nail and after he finished most of my nails he asked me to pay him in advance and charged me an extra 22 dollars just for almond shaped nails that I did not like because of the length that he said he could no longer fix. He said we “talked” about the price before he got started which was a bold face lie and once he finished painting my nails they were messed up and he didn’t try fixing them. I left the store in tears the man was so rude I could already tell he was ready to argue with me so I left. On everything I love I would never come back here because of this man.

The service was okay. But the lady made my nails so fast. Even 2 hours later my gel is still wet. I understand she maybe was ready to leave but in that case just say you have no more service.One week after and my nails look horrible. Usually my gel nails are ok for two weeks or even 3. It’s been just one week and my nails look bad already. I’m never goin back.

They do a good job, giving pedicures love sitting in the massage chair! Well worth the money.

I have been a getting my nails done at this salon for several months. NEVER had a bad experience. Today that changed. If you want to have a foreign language verbal assault as you get your nails done - this is your place. If you want to be insulted and yelled at as you complain about a terrible job this is what will happen here.My daughter repeatedly told her technician that she was filing the edges of her nails too narrow. She was completely IGNORED! Then when I complained I was told to come back tomorrow. Uh..NO.My nails look like pink lumpy jelly beans. When I told my guy -- (the one with a lipstick print tattoo on his neck) while he was yelling in a foreign language yo other nail technicians the ENTIRE time he was attempting to do my nails -- he told me he would fix. He didnt. When he told me I was finished and I complained. He proceeded to be disrespectful and yell at me in a foreign language. When I told him that his actions were not how any customer should be treated he THEN offered to fix our nails before we left.I told him I didnt want him touching me or my daughter anymore.We were the last customers and at this point I felt unsafe.We left with terrible looking nails. We will NEVER go backI hope that this review helps someone else make another choice.One last thing, there was a lady next to me getting a full set. When she came in she said she wanted lashes. She kept asking her nail person who would be doing her lashes. They kept ignoring her. Finally she got stern and reminded that she came in expecting her lashes done. No acknowledgement whether they would do this. Finally she is told (by my disrespectful nail person) they dont have lash supplies. Again, in a foreign language there was a disrespectful toned dialogue directed toward that poor customer.Do not give these people your business.

Usually when I go to get a pedicure I have a awesome experience but today visit didnt go so well... the lady who helped me didnt say much didnt offer if I wanted anything to drink....they werent even busy so I dont know why I had such a bad time there...

I was talking to another woman who had come up to ask me a question about what color she should get while I was getting my nails done and the lady doing my nails busted out in laughter over something we said. She proceeded to speak in a foreign language to the other nail techs in the room and they all busted out laughing. I dont know what was so amusing, but Ill never go back!

I just moved from Fl so as all women know it can be a struggle to find new places for our beauty maintenance. I saw good reviews for this place so decided to try. I was not disappointed! The shop is beautiful and clean and the people are super friendly. Great pedi and Kathy did a great job on my pink and white. New nail place, check! Now for the hair, lol

I went in and I asked for curve nails she gave me great curve nails and did all I asked her to do. Except when I asked her to paint closers to my cuticles so it wont look like I need a fill within a week. I asked her to paint closers and she just wouldnt budge. 3 to 4 days later it looked like I needed a fill. I also had 2 broken nails that she replaced and they already were broke with in 1 week. Im not hard on my nails at all. Im a stay at home mom. The same nails she fix should have been to ones to stay longer then the others. So because of the good experience I had I went back to get them fix. The 1st thing as a new business to have great customer service should have been Let me fix it for you, no charge. Instead Mr. LE HIMSELF says its suppose to look like you need a fill in one week (I kid you not, thoes were his words) and I have to charge you to fix your nail. I Explained to him that this was a brand new nail. But all he would do for me was glue it. And he barely didnt even want to put the glue in my nail I had to ask for more glue to make it stay. Long story short I ended up having to buy my own professional nail glue to keep my nail glued on for an extra week that work better than theirs. Their acrylic is not good. My nails never grow this fast if thats what they want to say. I think for an experience like that the customer service could have been better but overall my nails were very nice I gave a really good tip but I wont do that again because my tip obviously meant nothing if I couldnt even get my nail repaired after a week with their acrylic. I hope to go back and not have this happen again. I like to give second chances.

Walked in to get a fill on my ombré nails.. lady barely even greeted us when we walked in. Told her what we (all 3) wanted.. said she couldn’t do a fill on ombré I’d need to get a new set.. I’ve never heard this from any other salon considering I’d just got this set two weeks ago.. I guess she didnt feel like working and lost the business from all of us.

Good service, the lady who did my nails knew what she was doing and took her time doing them. I got a regular French tip set done and it turned out great.

Really good work, however is expensive and they never understood what I wanted.

I wont be back. They rushed me through...my nail surface is uneven (I got a fill and gel polish). Three colors were labeled with the same number and the tech got mad because I didnt accept the wrong color and wouldnt do a modified French tip.

Been going here since it opened! They always do a great job and are honest about waiting time and dont try to herd you in like cattle!

I have been getting my solar nails and pedis here for about 6 months and I have never once been dissatisfied. I love the atmosphere and the staff is very nice.

ALWAYS MAKE GOOD NAILS, HAVE MANY COLORS AND ARE GOOD DOING WHAT THEY DO, I HAVE GOT TWO TIMES AND I WOULD NOT GO BACK EVEN KNOWING THAT THEY WORK WELL BECAUSE THEY HAVE A HEAVY SERVICE, THEY HAVE SERVED ME FROM 3 TO 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND ALWAYS ARE CHANGING ME OF PERSON IN THE SAME SESSION ALSO DO ALL VERY QUICKLY AND AVECES ARE JUMPING STEPS TO BE SUCCESSFUL, MAKE ME FEEL INCOMODA AND JUST WANT A SIMPLE DESIGN TO WANT TO CHARGE THE DOUBLE, MAYBE OTHER PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE MORE AMAZABLE BUT THOSE WHO ME YOU HAVE TOUCHED MY NO! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND I WILL NOT RETURN TO GO.
