Nice place. The people were nice. Ill try it again before going to a new place. I didnt have to wait long, but I also called ahead. I suggest making an appointment. Pedicure was great though. Ill go back for that!!

Been going here for many years. They dropped a notch when old owners moved back home overseas. I still go because its close and reasonably priced.

They did a really good job on both my Mani and Pedi. The only complaint I have is instead of this really pretty pearly transparent color I picked for my toes the nail tech decided to make them pretty much white. I did not like that at all. Otherwise totally recommend, Ill definitely be back.

I went in apprehensive because it’s been a long time since I’ve gotten a pedicure but as soon as I sat down Tan was great! Made me feel relaxed, fixed my toes and made them look beautiful! He massaged my legs I was in heaven. I totally recommend him or Jenny she worked on my sister and was awesome as well!! I will definitely be going back to this nail salon and I will be referring all my friends and fam to come here!! Thanks again my experience today was wonderful!

Nothing elegant or special about this place. Pedicure took literally 25 minutes. Guy put lotion on them rinsed it off with hot water, so my feet were dry. Probably won’t return.

Very disappointed in this place. I got a full set and a pedicure and my 5yr old got a mani/pedi. Total I spent $119. I tipped $20, but I should of tipped $0 for the work received. I had two different people do my hands and feet. As you can see both did terrible jobs. I had to come home and take the polish off file my nails smooth then repaint both hands and feet. What a waste of $119 dollars. I did a better job at home and its not even my profession. I wont be returning.

Tonight was my first time coming here and I felt bad because I needed an pedi and a full set right before they closed. My birthday is Saturday and I didn’t have any time before then except for after work today. Jemny stayed was beyond closing time to do my nails and to make matters worse I requested a different color for each nail. I felt terrible but she was extremely respectful and nice about it. Most places would have had an attitude or just been rushing but she put the time and effort into my nails and I’m beyond grateful that she did. She even took pictures afterwards because of how colorful the set was. That was enough to make me a regular customer! Thank you so much. ♥️

Ive been coming here for almost a year and love the out come everytime. I had one problem one time and they fixed it right away. My sns power lasts for weeks and always comes out so pretty.

I am so incredibly sad. I have been going to this Nail salon for 4 or 5 years for my nails and brows but I had a terrible experience there yesterday. I had my brows waxed and the waxing lady butchered them.I asked her to only clean the stray hairs up around my brows. It has taken years for my brows to fill back in from them being over-waxed years ago. I have naturally full, thick brows. She waxed literally half the thickness of my brows off and too much from between my brows. I seriously look strange now with my brows so thin, too far apart and uneven. Seriously, the worst brows waxing Ive ever had. Doesnt she know this brows are not in fashion?!I went home and tried to make them look thicker with a brow pencil but it was still the 1st thing my friend noticed when I went to dinner...oh my goodness, where did your brows go?! This will take months, possibly years for my brows to get back to normal, if they ever do again.I will never have my brows done here again.

I went in for a pedicure today and I was upsold on a $65 green tea pedicure. It was awful! It was not 60 minutes, really no massaging and she only rubbed the hot stones along my shin bone which was painful. I wouldnt waste my money on anything other than a classic pedicure here. Ive had much better pedicures for half this price. I still have credit left on a gift card otherwise I would never go back here.

Wasn’t happy with how Vana did my matte top coat so I thought maybe I needed to go gloss due to all the streaks in the matte. Vana got visibly very upset with me telling her “maybe I should do a gloss coat” very nicely. She was quite rude at that point. I explained that getting angry with customers when they are not happy with something is very poor customer service. She said that’s just how matte is. I explained that I get matte often and it is not streaky. Turns out a second coat of the matte worked but I will never go back now and neither will my daughter. I will not refer anyone to be treated like that either. It’s unfortunate because I had had nice folks before. One person’s bad attitude can ruin a lot of business.

I usually go to the Domain but i was in town. First, I went in with ombre nails. All I wanted was a fill. Michelle said she couldnt do this cuz there was no match. Fine. No issues I was ok removing and re doing. The first color I chose they couldnt do cuz they were out of glitter. The second ombre color I chose she said wouldnt look good. Im still not sure why since it was in their selection ti choose from. It was just a dark pink and white. I ended up choosing white which is NOT WHAT I WANTED AT ALL. I Even showed her a pic of an ombre one and she wouldnt do that either. I will NEVER GO BACK

I loved that they took me without an appointment for a Mani and Pedi. A bit pricey but well worth it.

This was my 1st visit. I was lucky I was able to get right in for a pedi. They have a wide variety of colors which I like. They also have fair prices. I got the deluxe and Im a difficult customer [completely aware] Tam was great. He gave me options without a bit of hesitation. It was a great visit. Thank you. They look wonderful.

I love going here. Excellent service the ladies are all wonderful and the store does not have the chemical smell that a lot of parlors have. As an added bonus it is always nice to be offered a glass of wine or cup of coffee

Ive been going here for years and never really had a problem but I dont think Im going back after my experience today. The gentleman who works with this amazing group of ladies took the time out of his day to make me a set of acrylic nails. The only reason why I say that is because he was more concerned about what was happening on his phone or around us then on the nails he was working on. He was constantly pulling out his phone or looking around the shop. I have nail shavings under my nails that Im trying to pick out and the shape of the tips are not consistent. I get it man, its a job you dont enjoy but if Im spending alot of money for a decent set you should have some decent costumer service. A hint of professionaliam might help you, dressing in sweatpants and a dirty white t-shirt while the rest of the shop keeps up a clean, well maintained image, is quite a shame.

Absolute terrible service. I am so disappointed, I have been getting my nails done for years and I’ve never come across such poor service and quality for a pedicure. My daughter and I got our nails done, my nails were cut too short and uneven, my nail polish was applied poorly and there were bubbles on the nail polish rather than it being smooth. They look as if I had painted them at home. They did not oil my feet, my feet were ashy when I left. The tech who scrubbed my daughters feet scrubbed her toe as if he was mad and ended up breaking through her skin (also he was scrubbing that hard on the skin on top of the toe not under). My daughter and I left with our feet feeling tougher than they did when we arrived. All we left with was a bad job and my daughters broken skin.

Decided to give this place a shot. I get short, pointy nails. Been doing it for 2 years. The nail tech refuses to cut my nails down and then argues with me about how it is impossible to have them short and pointy..... ok cool, I’ve only been doing it for years, but whatever. Anyway, I left with crooked nails, in the wrong color, and they didn’t apply a matte coat like I had asked for, multiple times. Charged me $5 to add one nail back on and $5 to file my nails shorter than when I came in. Is that the point of a fill? The fill was also $50. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place. If you’re in the area, just go to BLISS nail bar, they are way better and are actually cheaper.

I have been coming here for years, I went in about 3 weeks ago and I had the worst manicure I have ever had. I have been doing sns for months never have they chipped, the week after I had them done they began to chip and my nails began to break.unfortunately I will not Be returning.

Visited this nail salon in the beginning of Dec (2015), this place is great. Conveniently located, quick, clean, priced right, and ready to serve. I walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon, all spa chairs were full with ladies and men getting pedicures. They were able to have me seated and start my manicure within 10 minutes. The nail tech was very friendly and made sure it was to my liking. I cant wait to go back and enjoy a pedicure .. since I know they are used to having men, I may even try to sweet talk my honey to go with me. :)

For a mans first time it was very relaxing, told the young lady that I was ticklish and it didnt even phase me... if any man has never done it... try it... especially if you have diabetes, its a MUST...

My daughter and I had a pedicure and manicures done on a Saturday. Wednesday our sns nail polish came right off on o e our nails. Came back to get it fixed and they made no effort to help find our color. They wanted us to redo our nails. 2 people came in after us and they took right in. Will find me another place.

Love this place, have been going here steadily for almost a year now. They’re always so sweet and eager to please you. Highly recommended!

The place is clean and the staff is nice but the quality of their products or their application is my concern. Its only been a week since getting my gel polish and its already lifting around the cuticles. Its too bad because I really liked the color but not the quality. My nails grow slowly and I can usually go two weeks with absolutely no problems from my previous nail salon in Austin. I stopped by this location because it was convenient and I was meeting a friend there. The cost of $30 for gel polish to only have it last a week is ridiculous! Ill drive further and pay $23 at my previous salon.

I went to change my nail polish for both my hands and feet. The tech was very polite and she took the time to make sure that my nails were perfect! Great experience all around. I will definitely come back.

This is my first and last time going to this salon. I’ve gotten my nails done many many times, Where I get great quality, for a good price ( about $30 ). All on the contrary here, i hated the outcome and was super expensive($50) for no low quality( nails shorter than others, no designs, no lotion/ oils. No designs because he simply “no I can’t because ill charge $20 for each nail” it was a simple henna design. Bs

The pedicure chairs are a little close together, but, it was.a very nice experience. Ill return. Your feet are something to take care of. They support you most of your life!! Treat them well!

The place LOOKS awesome. The lady did a good pedicure, but the manicure was horrible. I asked for matte and the polish was down to the last drop, so it has a bubbling effect. Also have nail polish left over on my skin. I wasnt going to stay longer for her to fix it.

Would have given a 5 star but everytime I schedule an appointment they never have me down with the person I request an appointment with.

And she did not know how to do my eyebrows, did not leave them in a nice shape and left hairs at the bottom. I told her to take them off PLS and all she did is mess them up more. TOOOO EXPENSIVE and not worth your money ladies.

This has been my nail salon for the past 3 years. I am always able to get an appointment with my favorite technician. They do and excellent job on my gel nails and pedicure. And in the rare instance when I need a fix or redo of a nail, they are very accommodating!

So the first time I went there, the tech asked if I wanted to try ombre nails, it looked cool, so I said why not? I asked her to shape my nails round... Didnt really happen but OK. I go back in two weeks and got gel color with my fill, nothing said about the ombre and having it removed. I Again asked for round shaped nails... Doesnt happen and this time and the paint job was kind of sloppy, plus it started peeling off, which I have never had happen to acrylic nails before... I go in last night to get a fill and tell them I want a french manicure. The guy who did my nails proceeds to tell me AT THAT POINT- Not when when I had them done, that ombre nails need to be completely removed... He then asked if I wanted them taken down. I said a little bit. He gets out the sander and just goes to town. He then sands off all the acrylic on my nails and then soaks them in acetone. I was a little concerned but figured he knew what he was doing. He then comes back and goes did you have tips? I said yes, he said Well you dont now, theyre too short! Excuse me? whose fault is that? He was very accusatory like it was my problem he took the tips off my nails. Plus its very expensive there for a subpar job. Very inconsistent and rude service... You might want to think twice about going here.

They always do a good job on my nails. Gel usually lasts the two weeks. Decently priced and hardly a wait time. Good location.

I usually make appointments at a different nail shop with the same nail tech Ive had for years and I wish I had of just waited. My cuticles were sore when she was done. The first round of polish was bubbly and looked bad so I politely asked her if I could change the color. She obliged and changed the color and it came out decent but still looked like I had painted my toes at home. Also certain parts of my feet from my pedi were not smooth and I dont have bad feet. The tech I had barely did anything. She missed cuticle and she didnt pay attention to my entire foot. They do serve you drinks but they serve you super fast which I also am not used to and the drinks were flat and watery but it is just a nail salon after all so I didnt expect much on that. My hot towel for my pedi was never hot. My feet were also very ashy when I left. There was simply nothing elegant about my experience from start to finish. I was polite about every mishap she was making as well even had to tell her to remove a big blot of polish from the side of my toes and still had polish outside the lines when I left. I was so frustrated upon leaving. I will not be returning to this place. Traditionally I dont like very large and busy nail salons and this is why. Out of 20 techs you have no idea whos licensed and who is good or not. Im sticking to my main tech. She never disappoints but it wont ever be here again.

This is my new go-to place for nails and pedicures. Everyone is very friendly and Ive always been pleased with the results. My pedicures last a month or more, and they give the most amazing sugar scrubs even with the basic pedi!

Been going here for almost 2 years and I go in to get 2 nails fixed and the color I wanted just didn’t even exist to them and I’ve had it done before they fought with me about it and after all the drama they just put a color on my nail didn’t file didn’t shape and was completely rude never going back! I picked a color from the SNS display nails. It was orange with gold glitter. When the nail technician got done with my nails, it ended up being peach with gold glitter. The nail technician left for the day as soon as she was done so when I went to grab the display nail and show her the difference between the color on my nails and the color on the display nail, she was no where to be found. So, I showed it to two other nail technicians. They recognized there was a big difference, they explained the display nail was painted a year ago and thr color faded. They apologized and made me an appointment to correct my nails. When I came in for the correction, they had already changed the display nail and tried to tell me thats the color I picked out. Thank goodness the other nail technicians were there. They confirmed there was a change in color from the previous day. Then they tried to tell me the difference was because the display nail had a gel topcoat. They ended up changing the color on my toes to match the wrong color on my nails.

Book an appointment. This is a great place to go, but super busy on weekends and their waiting area is super small. Recommend you book an appointment and youll get right in

I have been going here for a couple years now and has been a really good experience from the first time to now. I just went this past Saturday and it was another nice experience. I always get a different femal which is cool some of them leave and go or other shops but any female I get does a good job and provides good customer service! Also by cowincedence I seem to be the only man there most times black man at that which is no problem with it at ALL just and observation. I almost forgot the complentary alcohol drinks make the pedi experience as well as a straight black man you got love this spot to get some relaxation and drink good spot to go all of the ladies have always been nice to me when I have been here. Anyone should give it at least a try its also close to my house since I live Im Hutto. I know there are a couple spots in Hutto to go but I like this one I am still new to this whole Pedi thing lol my wife and Mom out me on to it now I cant stop going. Good place to go and usually you dont have to wait too long thats a plus too.

I have been going to this salon for almost a year now, and used to rave to people about the quality I was receiving. Recently I have been very disappointed in the services. They have raised the prices and the quality of the work has gone way down. The past two times I’ve received a pedi they have been very lazy in the massage portion and haven’t scrubbed my feet to get the dead skin off. I feel like if I am paying $38 + tip, I should be getting better services.Also my acrylic fills have been subpar. They all end up chipping way before the two week mark. The gel paint has dimples and they don’t seem to care. Even when you show them, they almost seemed annoyed you are pointing it out to fix.Just a real bummer because this is very close to my home, but I think I will be finding a new salon to give my business too. Just a shame.

They didnt do a bad job on our nails. Mine were a bit shorter than I asked for though. Also, I went in with my daughter (12) for a nice bonding opportunity. The chairs are not parallel so we couldnt chat during our pedicure then she was taken to the chairs for her manicure which was what I expected. The gentleman that did my nails didnt take me to the manicure station, he did them standing up at the pedicure chair. Really awkward and again I couldnt have the experience with my daughter. All around disappointing.

I have been going there for a year now... The nail tech that does my nails was very good in the beginning but now her lack of service has gone down! My last visit was aweful! She rushed and my nails look horrible! One hand - the nails are shorter than the other. I was very disappointed😞.So for the lack of service and attention to details - not to mention they have raised the price (dont mind paying the price if Im receiving great service and happy with my nails).I will not return!!!

Ben is the best. He wont over work your nails. The place is clean and the tools are sanitized. Doesnt smell like a nail shop and everyone id friendly. The price is higher than some but you get what you pay for.

I went here because of the high ratings hoping that this nail salon would be my home nail place but I was wrong. Customer service was poor. I started my nails with one lady and got pushed to another one because a customer asked for the that was working on my nails. Which I felt that the other customer should have waited because I was there first. So the lady that continued on my nails rushed and she didnt do a good job of cutting my cuticles.

Fast, friendly, and they do a great job. My gel nails regularly last three weeks! Pedicures last over a month.

I used to love going here! I would go every 10-14 days for gel mani/pedi. However, recently they have brought in new people, raised the prices and the overall quality is just way lower than it used to be. Issues today: the top coat is only a stripe down the middle, I asked for no oil bc I hate when it gets on/ stains my pants for the day, but she used it anyway, when I went to put on my shoes all of the polish she scraped off my nails at my cut nails were in my shoes, she also used a USED file on my nails! She grabbed it from another womans basket bc the lady doing my pedicure was using the one designated for me!Overall, Im just disappointed bc I loved going here the past 2+ years, but it is not the same anymore. It looks fancy when you walk in, but the quality is the same as the run down salons (but costs more!)

I have been going to Elegant nails for a year now. I have always loved the service that I received, until today. I went in for a Mani/Pedi. The pedi was great. No complaints there, but when I went for my mani she did an awful job and rushed through it. In the middle of the mani she stopped to pull out her phone and go through pictures with another manicurist. Just stopped working on my hands. Then she got mad that I told her I didnt like the base color she chose for under the glitter color she was applying. She hadnt even applied a coat yet, and I asked for a different color and she got upset. She also kept pressuring me to do a design, and I told her no that I didnt want one and she was upset because she couldnt charge the additional cost. When it was time to apply the lotion at the end of the mani she literally just wiped it on my arm and said she was done. I had to rub it in. After being a loyal customer for a year coming every 2-3 weeks, I think I may need to find a new nail salon.

Save your time and money! The worst experience ever!!! After less than a week my nails started to crack, went back to have them repaired and their customer service still sucked. They all speak among themselves and have little to no interaction with the customers and the girl just left me sitting there for 20 minutes before letting me know she was done.

Terrible, I was left with two extremely painful hangnails and the polish was on my nail as well as on the skin all around. Not worth it. First and last time going there.
