You are crazy if you think there is another tow service out there even remotely as good as Vic’s Tow! He has done numerous services for me and my company before. Today I gave him such a wild request and he handled it with a smile on his face. Best tow company in the world in my opinion.

Was really grateful to have Vics Towing available to us. Our car broke down and was stuck in a difficult location. The tow truck was there quickly( way faster than if I called insurance) and worked a way to get the car safely loaded up and taken where we needed it to go, even late at night. Was out hustling on Black Friday making some Amazon deliveries with a friend in Sonoma County (Penngrove). We got stuck in some mud at one of our deliveries and felt very unwelcome and encountered hostility from the customers who offered us no help, water, food, restroom, or anything.I called my roadside assistance provider and within 3 minutes, they sent me Vic who called to confirm the details and address. Vic came within half an hour of the call like Superman and winched us out of the mud and got us on our way to continue delivering smiles for Amazon.Thank you Vic for the service you provide! The genuine smile and friendliness made us feel welcome in a part of the Bay we dont usually feel welcome in. I will recommend you to anyone who gets stuck or needs a tow in the North Bay.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Hands down the best service and experience i’ve had with a towing company. Vic went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of when i was in a bad situation. My trucks starter went out and was parked in an awkward position and he got in the dirt to change the gears by hand so he could get it out. He also referred me to a good and reliable local shop. I just moved down from Oregon a few months ago so i had no idea where to go. If you ever need a tow service Vic is your guy. A true professional. Thanks again Vic, I highly appreciate it.
