I needed to get my suburban to a local shop after the serpentine belt came off. And Alex from Bills Towing came within about 30 minutes with a big smile to help me out. Its no fun being stranded by a blown out tire - especially when the key for your locked lug nuts (surprise!) is nowhere to be found. Enter Joe from Bills towing, my knight in shining tow truck, whos non-judgmental soft-spoken manners were greatly appreciated as he delivered me and my car to the tire store (who found the key rolling around UNDER the spare tire). Feeling vulnerable really sucks, but Joe was professional, fast, and extremely personable - my day started to improve the moment he appeared. Thank you so much!

Their times estimates were too optimistic so I ended up waiting much much longer than expected. But they did have kind service.

I called them and asked if they could jumpstart my car battery. They said sure and that someone was nearby. I gave them the address and information about my car. I waited two whole hours and no one ever came. Should you ever have a car emergency, don’t waste your time with this joke of a company.

I was at rubios in Petaluma and my car wouldnt start, was like 12 at night, put in a request, Hal came alone, jumped the car, I had barley any gas, Hal put some gas in and got me home to Brentwood, I was very happy, he helped me out alot, cares allot. Definitely gotta give him and his service five starts.
