Easy to get in and out good paved roads garages are in great condition

They are pretty cool. Just remember you get what you give. They will work with you.

Been with them for two or three years now, they are really nice spaces. Only complaint would be that in the winter the doors do not close or open very well. Bringing your own ice-melt is a must, roads can be icy as well and the buttons to get in will freeze making it impossible to get in to the storage units unless you find a way to heat of the keypad.

My experience with Your Space Bozeman is always very positive. The website is very easy to navigate and there is always someone very helpful on staff if I need more assistance. I am always pleased with the service and the price for storage. I would most definitely recommend Your Space for a great storage place of my friends and family.

Absolutely bankrupt on customer service. I had called to clear up a misunderstanding that I apparently had with the end of my lease. Frustrated, but not rude, I explained what my expectations were based on conversations I had had with a rep when I informed I would be vacating. The rep on the phone proceeded to talk to me like I was a child with the attitude I would expect from someone working at the DMV in a large city. I don’t know if I’ve ever received such condescending and hostile treatment from a business. And to think I was going to recommend Your Space to friends. For anyone in management who may care how your customers are treated, this was a female employee who answered the phone at 12:10pm on 10/17. Didn’t catch her name, unfortunately. For anyone looking for storage facilities, I’d encourage you to look elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect or like your business is appreciated.

I was looking for a storage unit and I drove to almost all of them in Bozeman. Your space was one of the only places with a nice office and a welcoming human person to help you not some ATM like machine.

Great storage unit. The price is at a good amount for this area of Montana. Nice and clean and continues to expand with more units. The staff I have talked to have been nice and helpful.For those of you that want to complain about bad service after you made payments after the due date, you are stupid and your complaint should be ignored. Its all in the agreement if you read it. A double lock will be placed on your unit for failure of payment and you will have to pay to get that lock off, on top of a late fee. So just dont get all mad about your own failure to pay on time.

If i could give a zero rating I would. My payment was 4 days late. I paid it in full on day 5. I arrived at my units 2 days later to find them double locked. Shawna has horrible customer service and is very rude. Stay far away from them. If they are going to double lock them after a day of a being late, then they should unlock them the day they get payment.
