I went to there nursery auction today and it was a total joke!!!! Nothing match on the pictures that they showed. The pictures show a greenhouse with a lot of plants. When I got there there was 4 to 5 of each plant. Not 30 to 40. I came from Michigan and drove 2 hours. Was a complete waste of time. When I asked the picture dont match what was here they just said the site said the inventory can change at any minute. There were a lot of items on the pictures that not 1 was in the auction. However, in the greenhouse they were there. So they took pictures of the greenhouse and mislead you to think that the pictures of the greenhouse was available. All that was there was about 1 load of 8 x 20 trailer worth of stock. The greenhouses were full!!!! Dont waste your time coming to this type of auctions with this auctioneers!!!! When I asked they had nothing to say in response!!!

I was trying to go to one of their auctions that they were managing on site today. I emailed them about a day and a half ago to ask about parking because it looked like it could be difficult based on the map view, but I received no response. I planned to go anyway and I did. Yep, parking issues. They had some parking on a stretch of grass but they allowed people to park in such a way, that they lost half the parking potential. Couldnt park off the street properly due to the slope. I called and spoke to a lady and asked about the parking. She said that she had no idea. Fair enough, shes probably not on site. I then said I wouldnt expect a very good turn out because of the parking and she replied back, we werent expecting a very good turn out anyway. Wow, then why I are you doing this business and/or why plan it for today? What about the family your working for? This seems like such a disservice to them. Poor planning and uncaring based on my experience today. Kind of a shame really. This was also my first experience with this auction service. I had better luck and service from one of their competitors.

Was hired to do a house clean out for them. Both senior Ben &his son Ben A. was very good to work for. I had heard some very negative things about them, but they are very wrong.They are funny but yet very professional.. Hope you get too work for them again. Great guys!!!!

The best and funniest auctioneer around!

I have attended multiple auctions hosted by these folks. They are the best around here. Always good quality items, nicely organized, and overall just a pleasant group of people to deal with that genuinely appear to enjoy what they do. From observation, they really work hard for their clients to bring them the best return possible. My favorite ever is the elder Ben! Jeeeez I💜that guy!😀😊😄

I drove 2 hours to Marion to buy a saw that was advertised in his auction today to have the clerk say they sold it week the before even though it was on the listing for this week. Waste of my time and gas driving there.
