Great service. Someone there forgot to reset the notification that the oil needed to be changed. I will take it there after my vacation. Happy with things there.

Got the work done, I guess, but if you have plans, take the day off,or go somewhere else. Made an appt for 11am for 2 tires and a front end alignment. Being generous, this should take no longer than 2 hours. I didnt get my car back for 4 and a half hours. I get being backed up, but why even have appointments if youre not going to even start working for hours.

Guys here are awesome. Mount and balanced 4 tires. I just painted my rims and they took extra care to prevent any scuffs! Great communication throughout the entire install!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! On our way camping we had a valve stem start to leak. My husband went in to see if they could help is and replace it. He waited a long time for anyone to even ask how they could help, then they told us no they couldnt change it and walked off. They didnt even try to assist us in trying to find a place that would. They just walked off. Very rude and poor customer service! I would stay clear away from them!!!

These guys where great! New Years Eve, we blew a tire and got to Wheel Works,just before they closed, who helped us and got us a new tire! Thanks to All the workers at Wheel Works we got home Safe! Oh and they where going to be Open New Years Day at 8am! Thanks!

Got a flat tire on the way home from work. Called 30 minutes before closing hoping for a hail mary. Wheel works in Petaluma answered the call. Had both tires I needed in stock, and promptly replaced them and got me back on the road and home in time for dinner. The manager on site and my service technician were fantastic. Explained everything to me in detail, were courteous and timely. This is the only place I will go to for small repairs. Excellent work guys!!!

I would give this place negative stars if I could, they damaged the powder coat on all four of my brand new wheels in four places. On top of taking 2 and a half hours to do the job after I even had an appointment. I also gave them the wheels and tires 5 hours early!!!! In total they had my wheels and tires for 7 hours and weren’t done until 10 minutes before closing, on top of damaging them. Disgraceful.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

I would never recommend using this shop. There is no attention to detail by the representatives who work inside. I have had multiple calls into the shop and the information that I receive is incorrect.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because there is no zero stars. Went to have a nail in tire repaired. They told me it was not repairable because the nail was angling too close to the sidewall. The nail was not even close, besides the fact theres no way he could see inside the tire. They proceeded to try to sell me a new tire at top dollar compared to other tires of the same size and quality. TOTAL RIP OFF!! DO NOT GO TO WHEEL WORKS, EVEN FOR THE LOWEST PRICE

This place is filled with such poor mechanics that they dont even realize what a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is. No one should ever trust there vehicle with this level of incompetence for any maintenance or repair. Worst auto shop ever!!!

I just had the worst experience having my car service in my entire life! I was warned by longterm Petaluma residences not go to Wheel Works, but I had limited choices since I got a flat tire on Labor Day and needed my car working tomorrow. They are upcharged over charge old school operation . I thought that type of service went out in the 80s. I walked out of there and needed a shower for how dirty and unethical they are. Than they told me I needed all this enigine work, when I just had a full high end tune-up a weekago with my trusted mechanic. Try to avoid this business.

Service was a joke. Made an appointment for noon, my car didn’t go in for two hours. And then once it went in it took another two and a half just to get it back. Gladly will take my money somewhere else

The girl who was assisting me approached me with such positive attitude. She was attentive and ready to help me out with whatever concern I have with my car!. Their service is amazing and I appreciate how they took care of my case. Definitely an amazing experience for me.

So today, 6/19/2020 I had an appointment at 12 pm at 361 E Washington St, Petaluma, CA 94952 location to do my alignment (I have the lifetime alignment), wheel balance and tire replacement. I arrived 20 minutes early to see if maybe they could take me in early. The associate BRIAN who helped me during my whole process said that they would not be able to get to it until 2 maybe even 3pm. I understand theyre probably behind for who knows that reason but the problem I encountered was my tire replacement. My front 2 rims have an et offset of 13 and the rear have an et offset of 20. My front tires are balding, so I simply wanted to swap my rear tires onto my front rims, and put new tires on the rear rims. I had mentioned this on the comment section when I made the appointment a week and a half in advanced. The associate BRIAN decided to educate me that they cannot do this because of a breaking a bead policy with Bridgestone? Ive never heard of such a thing. Theyre a tire shop, how hard would it be to take tires off and back on if Im paying for the service and dont have a problem with how much it would be. He insisted I had the wrong size tire for my rim and I currently do, but the new ones I had brought are the correct size and was hoping this wouldve been a much better experience. Ive came to wheel works plenty of times for tire replacement and never had an issue until now. I know have to go out of my way to see who can do this for me with my wheels bald.

Took the car there last week to get a service and it wouldnt start today. Jumped it and took it back. Guy at the front counter had alot of attitude and said they didnt test the battery because it was covered. The battery has a plastic cover on it, simple to remove. Once again he did not seem to want to help me so I left and will not return to this business.

Flat fixed110 minutes, $20. Whats not to like?

I walked in to this shop to buy a new set of tires for our van. We confirmed with store manager all the work that needed to be done.Staff in the shop clearly didn’t have a clear understanding of what needed to be done even though all the work was clearly stated in the papers. I witnessed a tension (argument) between manager and staff in the shop. I told them that l can come in another day to finish rotation and changing spare tire etc. We agreed that l would come in another day at 2:30pm for the work so that l dont have to wait. I dropped the van off at 1pm and told them they can start sooner if they are able to. I came back and waited and waited. It is 3pm and still van is in parking lot. This is not entirely managers fault either. The guys at the back also work hard. I think this is the fault of upper management, understaffed shop which severely affects customer service. A lot of people walk in and have urgent needs, which is the nature of business and really hard to manage since it is never a quick-fix type of work. Manager has all the good intentions and doing his best too. I dont know why this is happening.

Takes way too long! We had an appointment at 10:30 and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half to do an alignment. We came in after an hour and still waiting almost 2 hours later. We even asked after about 2 hours if its almost ready and the man in the front said, he is finishing up... still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. We wont be coming back again. I could understand if we dropped our car off but having an appointment and still waiting this long is ridiculous.

Brought my car in for a quick patch and fill for one tire with a nail in it. When I picked up my car there was black oil or gunk on interior roof, the friendly register rep tried to clean it up, but its stained. Wheel works caused more damage to my car than they fixed - would not recommend.

Not good. I call a week earlier and work with a guy on getting the right tires for my truck. We pick set out but I am told he will need to order those. I told him I can have it at the shop by 8 am next Saturday. I drop my truck off just before 8 am but I am told there is no order in my name. So I go with what they recommend now and of course its a little more than 100 dollars more, I need to replace the tires so I go for it. They ask me if I am going to leave it with them for awhile. I said yes but I will need to pick it up by 2 PM. They say not a problem. I get a call at 1:15 PM from them saying they fell behind but it will be ready by 3 PM. Damn, I now re arrange my afternoon and get there by 3:30. I get there and my truck is still on the rack. I am now told it will be another hour. I go back at 4:45 and it is still on the rack. What a joke and the joke was on me. Never again.

Had an afternoon appointment for four new tires. Set it all up on the phone and paid when I showed up. I mentioned I walk around while I waited and asked when it would be done. I was told about an hour. One hour turned into two, then two turned into more. Saw a few technicians walking around smoking cigarettes but not paying much attention to the vehicles on the lifts. This place is not well run. They seem to be about as efficient as a sail without wind.

Being new in town means auto repair can be an expensive nightmare. Luckily we went here first to get an oil change. Then we came back when we needed brakes fixed and they didnt price gouge, so that was amazing. And when our other car started acting up, they remembered us and helped us out and still didnt over charge! It really seems like they just wanted to help us

They turned me away because they couldnt mount my nice wheels. I guess they can only do the easy jobs.This is all managerial problems. The actual works said they could do it. But the managers said no. Now I take my business somewhere else. They wanted me to go to Santa Rosa. I try to spend my money in my home town...

I went in for a simple tire patch. They tried to sell me a credit card multiple times, they over filled my tire by a large margin and put a random BMW tire cap on my Honda.

Completely unorganized. Had a 12 appt for an oil change they almost didn’t get to it. Had to stay past 6pm. Seen this happen st this location to multiple people.

I needed a pretty rare kind of car battery and called about 3 places before I tried Wheel Works. They had the battery I needed for a cheaper price than MSRP. I was able to get there just as they opened and was promptly serviced. I highly recommend Wheel Works.

They installed my wiper blades immediately and the price was fine.

They stay open late, staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I needed an urgent tire replacement late one day and they changed the tire even though it was almost closing time. I havnt had any warranty issue with them so far, but they got me off to Bridgestone from Goodyear. They explained there warranty.

They have done a good job in helping fix my car. The wait when you have an appt was 3 hrs. Not good.

ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT BAD SERVICE AND TO BE SOLD THINGS YOU DONT NEED.I was going on a long car trip, so I took my car to a master mechanic at the Swiss Garage where they never fail you.I thought I needed new brake pads but they told me they were 5mm and still fine. They could have sold me brakes but they didnt, because theyre honest.Three days later, I took my car to Wheel Works for the Uber vehicle inspection. I called in advance for an appointment, then what I got there, they said they were too busy. But Id given 45 minutes to get there and didnt want to be there for nothing, so I said Id wait but I had to leave no later than 5.They got the car back to me at 5, but said it failed the inspection because the brake pads were only 2mm. Now--remember, I just had them checked at a reputable mechanic three days earlier, and they couldnt have worn 3mm in three days.They tried to sell me new brake pads, and argued with me that their measurement was the most precise, so my other mechanic must have been wrong.Except, the good mechanic didnt try to sell me something I didnt need--and Wheelworks did.But then it got worse--when I drove away, my right front brake started making a really horrible screeching sound. It had NEVER made this noise the entire time Ive owned the car, not after going to the good mechanic, never.So Wheelworks clearly did something to my brakes to make me believe I needed replacement.It was so bad that I had to take it back to the Swiss Garage, who, to their credit checked it out, said it hadnt been tightened correctly by Wheelworks and was fine, and no, I didnt need new pads yet--probably in six months.I complained to the manager at Wheel works who of course defended his store. But when I complained to Wheel Works corporate, the store manager changed his tune and offered to give me free brake pads. Really? Free? Because theyd done nothing wrong? Really?I declined, concerned about whatever else they might do during that service.I thought this kind of mechanic-takes-advantage-of-you crap was history, but no, its alive and living at Wheelworks in Petaluma.P.S. The Swiss Garage filled out the Uber inspection sheet and Uber accepted it--so despite what they say on their site about using an approved mechanic, you can go to your own mechanic and get a safety check. Do that.

Was referred to Wheel Works by Enterprise Rental Car for a tire repair on the truck we rented. I made an appointment for the following day, arrived on time and then waited for two hours without service on the vehicle. Finally lost patience and told them just to put on the spare. Im disappointed with Enterprise and Wheel Works on this issue!
