Wow! I had an amazing experience working with Evict Them For Me. My tenant made their payment only days after they sent them the demand letter. This company will do everything they say they will. The most important thing to remember is to have patience. The process can be long but that has to do with court dates and current law. I never had a problem with my questions being answered and they are very knowledgeable about current law in each county. I highly recommend using this service.

I was not even aware such a service existed. I just wanted to learn about my options for my tenant not having paid rent. I unsuccessfully tried myself to get the tenant to pay. I completed the online form, immediately got a call back. The process was very easy to do, all online. Communication was great. Evict Them For Me send a letter/email/ phone call to my tenant. Joe has been a great help to me twice. Back in July 2017, I contacted Joe for the first time, he responded quickly - explained to me the process, and sent out Demand letter. The tenant paid rent immediately, so I didnt have to evict tenant. Recently I contacted Joe again, and my main goal is get tenant move out on time, so next tenant can move in. Joes Demand letter played a critical role to get tenant move out. For a very reasonable fee, Joe provided great service, shared a lot of knowledge(on the video and on the blog), and provided advice by phone and vial email. I am very thankful for Joes service. I gave you five stars because, Joe and your team pretty much did all the work, throughout the whole eviction process. All I did was be a good correspondent. If I had to give a suggestion, theres one thing I think your team could do better at is, make sure the attorney and landlord knows that they are both present in the courtroom. I never realized my attorney was in court until the Judge said the defendants name,then the attorney stood up. Maybe the attorney should call or text the landlord to verify that he or she is present before entering the court. However, you guys did a great job. I got my mother-effing property back! Tenant almost immediately paid a large percent of what he owed (within 2 weeks of receiving ETFMs letter) and agreed to pay the rest in another three weeks right after ETFM send out their demand letter.
