One of the techs said my dog was fat, its true and she was sitting on pizza stone box,drooling. Buy, hey dont fat shame my dog. Weve added an extra walk and weight control food. Shes lost two pounds what were working on the rest.

This place is awesome, guys who work here are very friendly and very informative with any questions you have, also dont pressure you to buy anything you dont want. They will top off your fluids and tire pressure for free at any time. Highly recommend👍

Very good! Great work. I always go there. They give helpful advice. They dont try to sell stuff you dont need. They will say come back after x amount miles for that stuff. I was so lucky this visit. The day prior to Thanksgiving. Its was cold and dark. I drove a few blocks away. My battery died. I called them for help! Quickly a nice young man with red hair showed up. He gave me a jump! He didnt want anything for doing it! Thank you! I went to search for a battery. I noticed the shop was closed. He may have swung by after work! It was fast! Love this location on E Washington. Its in front of Whole Foods. In Midtown. Free carwash too!

My second oil change recently & returned today for tire check done by Sam-friendly, professional & helpful giving meuseful information. This has always been a positive experience in my 4 visits & I will definitely return. The offer of a free drink (with a smile!) -icing on the cake from these good customer service guys! A decent place where they can offer you a drink while you wait. Just say no thank you when they offer you extra things for your car, unless you make more than $30,000 a year!

$200+ dollars for JUST an Oil change and Filter, no additives or extras included. Will do my own oil change and save the $140 for the 10 minute job next time.

Drove up was no line easily set out prices was given many options for the car different cleaners and whatnot air filters. Did most of the recommendations as I havent done much for the car and figured might as well since Im here. Quite a bit cheaper than going to a dealership and getting the services done.

This site is alright if you want a quick in and out oil change as billed. Like so of these type of places, they try to up sale you on everything they offer, but our service guy wasnt too pushy. If say he was used to folks saying no.They offer you a drink while they work on your car and there are shops in the same lot, if you want to step away.Prices are comparable to similar places in the areas, this one doesnt have a car wash though.Service was efficient and polite. Easy access off a main thoroughfare.

Looks like typical drive through oil change place but the service is excellent. It is apparently a Chevron franchise type oil change. This is one run very well. I travel a lot and not service places are equal. They do try to sell you products and they are not paid commission. It is a business and every place try to sell you something but they respectful and polite. If youre not interested just say no thanks or basic oil change.Not pushy with quality service. They also use protective clothes/towels while working on the vehicle. Great quality service!

Shockingly consistent service with a smile and always feel like a thorough review of my car has been completed every time. 4/5 because prices are high for an oil change and all the related services they promote, but you can often get coupon discounts.

Great place. I didnt even have to get out of the car. The staff was very professional and I liked how they were giving commands to each other like a military unit. Were not pushy like other places to get add-ons to the service. Best oil change experience ever.

They are fast and great. Filters are crazy overpriced, so just get oil changed. Dont do most of extras unless you are desperate

Good service. TOO MUCH SERVICE! Lol. Prepare for a longer visit than at other oil change place. Also you will be upsold a minimum of 3 times regardless the condition of your vehicle. Prepare to say no a lot.

Service was amazing, prices on synth not so much. Would recommend highly if you are in a bind for time or do not do your own oil. Take the refreshment, its included in you price.

Efficient. Staff is courteous an professional. Cost can escalate quickly with add on services. Their recommended service intervals are often well before the intervals recommended by the manufacturer.

Quite a bit of upselling.. as in.. every 2 minutes someone else is consulting you about various fluids. However they were all extremely polite and professional, and not at all pushy or combative when I declined. The speed of service and professionalism easily warrant a five star rating.

They have a sign with all the tasks they preform as s basic service but they only did a few, plus all the yelling and jumping around you feel embarrassed for the employees.I do have to say after i complained that they didnt check fluid levels the management said they would reimburse me.

Its the little things that make a difference. To be honest, an oil change is pretty much just an oil change, especially when its a drive through place like Oilstop. But they made a regular oil change Very Good by paying attention to the little details:1. When I pulled up they offered me a cold soda to drink.2. The tech sprayed my door hinges with WD40, which probably wasnt necessary, but it was appreciated.3. They set my tire pressure electronically to right level.4. They offer a free top off program—come back any time and get your fluids topped off.5. They said please and thank you a lot and were really polite.6. They all were wearing the correct protective eye wear.7. A computer screen next to my window provided entertainment while I waited.8. Everything was clean and organized.9. They gave me a free car wash to a place a few miles off site.10. Cleaned my windshieldThis place is a business. Theyre goal is the sell products and make money. I didnt find them offering a handful of products to be rude or offputting. Just say, no thanks and they let you be. There was no hard sell.Overall, my oil change was $40 plus a new air filter which cost $20. Kudos on running a clean, efficient oil changing stop.

I wish I could give this oil change no stars. I was in need of an oil change and they charged me $70!!! I drove my car for oil month and noticed an oil leak in my driveway. I took it to a mechanic and they told me that it was because the oil mechanic didnt properly put the plug back in. To get this fixed it was $32. Essentially I paid $100 for an oil change. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!
