Our flat coat retriever Nellie, a rescue who had been with us 11 years took a catastrophic fall into our pool and came out unable to walk. We thought maybe she had twisted her leg in an effort to avoid falling into the water, which she hated. We dried her off and put her on a bed and hoped shed be better in the morning. She wasnt. We called our vet at 7:30am and they recommended Pet Emergency of Martin County, because they have a neurologist on staff. We called and they told us to come in after the shift change at 8am so that Nellie wouldnt have to wait. We arrived and they took her in for her assessment right away.She was paralyzed from the waist down and was having trouble breathing. We made the terrible decision to let her go, but they let us in to be with her and gave us as much time as we wanted and needed then gave us a plate of rotisserie chicken to give her. We were obviously in shock and in bits at the randomness of this accident but the Dr. and staff could not have been lovelier if they had been family. Their kindness and caring of our beloved girl will never be forgotten and we will recommend them to any and all in need. Nellie went to meet her maker without any suffering, and that was the best we could hope for during this horrible time. Today we received a beautiful card from them, which confirmed our feelings about this place. They were the only good thing that day, and we are so so glad we went to them.

On a Saturday my son’s dog was throwing up and we brought her here. They saw us immediately, were kind, diagnosed her quickly and charged us a very reasonable price for their service. Highly recommend!

Very good experience! My dog, Emma, suddenly started limping while we were in town and I wanted to rule out any fractures or broken bones.Emma was very fortunate to have been seen by Dr. Mettee. Could not be happier with the care our dog Tampa received from the staff here. We brought our girl into the clinic in the wee hours of the morning from 45 miles away while on vacation unsure if she would make it. The staff evaluated her needs, were extremely courteous, transparent, and communicative. Dr. Caciopp and staff got our girl back and she is back to normal continuing on our summer journey!

I cannot say enough great things about Stephanie. From when she answered the phone at 330 am, to when I was pulling away after getting my dog back, she was extremely helpful, patient, and sweet with us. Ive been here twice now with our dog, and the most recent was for an issue with a split nail. They absolutely did NOT need to see us for this but they did...and not only did they fix it within 2 min, but they were incredibly kind and didnt even charge me because of how quick a thing it was. Nothing but great things to say about them - in both instances.

We are from Michigan, spending time down here with our dogs at the parents to escape our winter. Our older dog, couldnt urinate. We were panicky being so far from our veterinarian, but a neighbor down here recommended Martin County Pet Emergency. I thank them so much. Everyone was so kind, caring, and informative. They diagnosed the problem right away, and surgery right away. Hes back with us and recovering well. I cant thank the doctor and staff enough for their kindness and professionalism.

This review is far overdue. I want to thank all of the veterinarians and staff for taking care of my furbaby Brat. He had a urinary blockage; and despite it being a full night of emergencies, they took my babys medical status very seriously and treated him as a top priority. Ive lost pets in other emergency centers that did not triage properly. Thank you so much for saving my baby.

A month ago our 75lb Rottweiler/Blackmouth Cur mix was hit by a car on a Friday night. She was able to walk but I knew needed to be completely checked out. They immediately and took her in for X-rays, etc. No broken bones but she was in shock and her blood work was concerning so they kept her for observation. By Sunday around 2:30 am I got the call she needed surgery and “may not make it”. Dr. Shepherd was able to remove her spleen and a portion of her liver that was fractured from the impact and I am beyond ecstatic to report our Nala has recovered amazingly well! I hope no one needs their services but in the event you do, rest assured your fur baby is in great hands!!

Thank you to all of the doctors and staff at Pet Emergency of Martin County! You absolutely saved my dog Cookies life on Christmas Day! She was so sick and they were the only ones open and we are so lucky that they were. She stayed two nights in their care. She is back to her old self now and we are so grateful. This pet hospital was clean, honest and caring. They even let me visit her during the day. I brought her food, a stuffed animal and her favorite shirt. I highly recommend Pet Emergency of Martin County. Without them we wouldnt have our little dog anymore.

The team here is a life-saver! My kitty friend has recurring bladder issues and we had to come here in the middle of the night when I saw there was blood in the litter box. Dr.Mettee and the technicians were so compassionate and supportive! They treated my Maddie with care and respect and Im forever grateful. They took care of our Frenchie named Kona. My husband and I cannot thank you guys enough for everything that you did. She came in extremely distressed unable to breath and had pneumonia . Our baby girl got to come home last night after 6 days there (3 surgeries and a trach later). She is doing very well and home resting comfortable. The staff was compassionate, thoroughly explained things and were always happy to give us an update when we called day and night. Thank you again for everything.

One of my dogs decided it would be a great idea to eat 9 small bars of soap, on Christmas Eve, nonetheless. I took him in on Christmas day since he was still throwing up and couldnt have received better care. He can be a difficult dog since hes so anxious and the tech was patient with him and you could tell he really cared about what he did. The doctor was also very nice and informative. To work on Christmas day is a difficult thing, even if you choose to, and both the tech and doctor were wonderful from beginning to end. An ER vet is never a place you want to end up, but you can count on this vet to give you great service and charge you for treatment that is NEEDED, something I think that a lot of the individuals that wrote poor reviews fail to understand. This vet is not out to get your money and is there when you need them most. Couldnt recommend them more.

My precious Pomeranian, Chloe seemed to have had a stroke. Panic set in. Vet out of town.Went here expecting to pay more than I could afford for treatment.Sadly, there was no treatment. The doctor came out and spoke gently and precisely about the many problems Chloe was having.I had to decide in a moment what would effect the rest of my days. These ladies were so compassionate and caring that I felt comfortable enough to let my baby girl go over the rainbow bridge. It was fast. I held her.I kissed her. I loved her.The bill was affordable. The kindness was enormous. I am so deeply grateful for the caring doctors and nurses that helped me through this most painful situation.

We transferred our dog there after a terrible experience at another emergency center and I am convinced it saved her life. Our dog ended up needing extensive care and was in Pet Emergency Center of Martin County for weeks, receiving care through both Thanksgiving and Christmas. The staff was extremely communicative, compassionate and attentive through all hours of the day and night. They were clear and concise about the steps they were taking and options available for her care. Now that our girl has been able to come home, the staff has continued to check up on her, referred us to excellent specialists and worked hand in hand with our primary veterinarian. If your animal needs a hospital, this is the one. I will never take any of my animals elsewhere. My dog had what we thought was a seizure in the middle of the night we went to the clinic at about midnight the doctor on call was very understanding very informative answered all the questions that we had and was very empathetic to our situation this was the first time I came in to this veterinary clinic we were traveling From Michigan I would highly recommend going here

I brought my teacup Yorkie recently to the emergency room. My dog had respiratory issues. He is a senior dog and I provided as much detail to the staff verbally about his condition. I expected them to have to test and have X-rays done. What I did not expect is the quote to be $3 - 4,000.00 in cost. I have experience with bringing a dog into an emergency hospital in NJ and the cost was $500.00 with similar symptoms. This did not sit right with me considering I had provided a history and they chose to do approx. 15 types of testing which is probably why the cost was astronomical. I declined and just requested them to do something for his bloated stomach and they also gave him a shot of Lasix. A week later I took him to his primary doctor (Banfield) X-rays were covered under his insurance total visit was 200.00 with blood work and X-rays. I was refereed to a Vet Cardiologist which cost $960 for additional blood work, Ultrasound of his heart and EKG plus prescriptions.If I were wealthy I probably would not have blinked at the price but I am a working girl and due to the current status of the economy I had to make a judgement call. He got through the worst of it and hope his meds help him improve a littler considering he is a senior dog. The whole situation made me feel horrible that I could not afford 4000.00 worth of testing but something inside me said this wasn’t right either. The facility did give me a discount by not charging for the decompression of the stomach which was kind.Staff did there job, they do not set the prices so I don’t have anything negative to say about that. The Doctor was kind but did not offer alternatives or options other than give him up to an organization that may care for him or euthanize him or have him admitted to that hospital with the cost of $4000.00 . I had mentioned to the emergency Vet he had a pet insurance with Banfield Animal Hosp., but unless they do all those tests he can not advise me on anything else. Once my dogs symptoms were calmer Banfield Vet was able to guide me on the steps I needed to take. Both primary and cardiologist vet I had taken him to did not tell me end of life was an option at the moment. My overall take is if you can afford the prices then do it or if it’s something you know will need a surgery done immediately then you have no other choice. I will continue seeing his specialist and nurse him back to a reasonable health for his age and condition.

Our interaction with this wonderful facility began about 20 minutes after our dog was bitten by a 4 ft Rattlesnake. I called ahead and the second we walked in the door she was whisked away for top notch treatment from Dr. Miller. After an unfortunate incident the next day at our regular veterinarians our dog escaped and was on the run for close to 12 hours. Once we found her we arrived back at the ER at 1am to another group of fantastic doctors and staff. They have cared for our girl for days, she has steadily improved and I will HIGHLY recommend this hospital! Dr.’s Mettee, Miller, West, Hanson and techs Casey, Steven and Felix gave us peace of mind throughout an incredibly difficult few days.

Worst vet ever, Beware!!!Had an emergency with our 13 year old Matese .We literally told them the symptoms, nurse came out to our car and took her in, due to the COVID-19 19 we had to wait in the car.Nurse told us that it will take no more than one hour to do all the tests, told us how much, we said no problem.After one hour of waiting I called, nurse told us that they are still waiting for radiologist to read the X-ray, doctor will call you in few minutes. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting finally doctor Laura Cacioppo called us and told us that they are still waiting for the radiologist and she doesn’t know how long it will be so we should leave our dog overnight . We were very upset that we were waiting so long and nobody was telling us what is going on, I had to call them. We were very upset so we paid them and took her home.Next day Dr Laura Cacioppo send us a report on our dog and put in that report that we were “Belligerent”. We did not see the vet at all since we had to stay in the car, and she called us “Belligerent “.Very unprofessional for the vet to put that in the repot.They only care how much they make, be aware!!!

The Dr on Staff was VERY HOSTILE and unprofessional and she yelled at me. I immediately demanded my dog back immediately and I left!

Horrible experience!!!! Wanted to charge me an estimated cost of $4K, saying could be more. They asked how much I could afford. Felt like I was at a car dealership. The female staff were so rude; when they sensed I may not agree to that amount, they handed my cat over in a rude manner like she was of zero value, no compassion at all. With no other options at 3AM, I paid them $500 just to hydrate my pet to get to regular vet in morning. I almost lost my cat, she was declining RAPIDLY. The next morning my vet couldnt even believe what they tried to do, even said their evaluation report didnt make sense to them as to what they did and what they thought it could be. In the end, my regular vet charged me less than $100 finding it was a bacterial infection. My baby is doing wonderful now. After talking to neighbors, they said NO dont go there ever, had same experience. Scary to think I have to drive to Jupiter or Port St. Lucie for after-hour emergency care.

Brought my 11 year old dog with cancer here after he collapsed last weekend. The woman vet on staff was TERRIBLY RUDE! She wanted to keep him over night to treat for possible bee sting when I felt is was something more. She stated that his heart was enlarged in his x-ray and I asked if she could compare it to another one THEY did on him 7 weeks ago so I could confirm we were making the right decision(which she was reluctant to do). She was NOT happy that we wouldn’t leave him over night. After we decided to treat him with steroids and Benadryl to be sent home she popped her head back into the room and said “oh, by the way.. I compared his x-rays and his heart is significantly larger... so that’s probably where his tumor is and he will most likely go home where it will rupture and he will DIE” then abruptly left the room. Terrible bedside manner when we were just wanting to do what was best for our pup. Please find somewhere that actually has a little care for not only their patients but for you as well

We rushed our 12 year old Weimeriner to the pet emergency center on April 18th after she started having seizures. We knew the outcome wasn’t good and we were scared for our beloved old dog. The staff was amazing and kept us up to date on everything they were doing. We did make the hard decision to put her down as she was greatly suffering. This was one of the hardest things we have had to do. The staff truly helped us through this very difficult time and their level of care and compassion and professionalism is to be commended. They truly do care about their patients and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We just wanted to say thank you to the staff and May God Bless them!

My dog, Marty, had severe vomiting for 6 hours and we brought him in for evaluation. We were seen immediately upon arrival. Turns out he had a small bowel obstruction and the staff was so amazing in the care for our sweet boy. Dr. Miller was compassionate and her expertise was evident in her expedited treatment which consisted of emergency surgery. He is home now and healing well with his family!! Dr. Miller’s compassion for Marty and my husband and I left such an impression on us. I’m tearing up just writing this! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love of your patients and truly working tirelessly for their health and safety. You make such an impact on those you meet. We are forever grateful and while we hope we don’t have to use your services again, we know we will always be in expert and loving hands. Thank you!!

I just had the most amazing experience at this emergency clinic! My dog got very ill while I was visiting my parents in Stuart. I was unbelievably nervous about seeing an unfamiliar Veterinarian, but Dr. Mettee immediately resolved this very stressful situation with ease. I am so thankful I found this clinic. It is recently under new ownership, and they are doing an amazing job!!

My wife and I are at my parents for The holidays and our 2 year old Boston Terrier got ill in the middle of the night . We searched around trying to find a 24 hour emergency Vet Hospital . Luckily we found this one ! The nurses were nothing but sweet to our baby and patient because she was ill she got startled easy & they were nothing but gentle with her ! The doctor was absolutely amazing and she took great care of our baby! Our dog gets anxious around new people & she was very good with her and you could tell our dog was comfortable with her! They treated her and unfortunately she had to stay overnight but we were not at all nervous because you could see everyone who worked there just have such a love and caring nature about them! Everything they said they ended up doing they called us right at the time they said they would . & then called us to pick her up . What shocked my wife and I the most was that they actually refunded $120 back to us because they said she didn’t need one of the tests after all! If your looking for a Caring, Patient, loving Vet Hospital who truly care about your animals this where you should go ! This place is absolutely AMAZING! They go above and BEYOND! There very loving & they don’t care just about money like other places . There number 1 is giving your pet the best care Possible ! Highly Recommend!

Worst vet ever. Had an emergency with a 6 week old kitten today. Didnt even get a chance to bring it home. We literally told them the symptoms. Nurse was very rude bc they wanted us to surrender and I was worried about my kitten. I had around $500 help the kitten. Well since u didnt surrender him immediately they wanted to charge $800 for a blood transfusion. When I said I didnt have that the only option I was giving was to let him suffer or euthanize. I asked if I could surrender him to save his life. Now they would not take the kitten amd save its life even as a surrender. I was willing to give up the kitty to save its life and all they wanted was money. I was taking advantage of. Never been through this before and cant get over the way my daughter and law the kittwn and u was treated today. I felt like that kittens life didnt matter to them bc there was 3 other animals rher....NOT DYING MIND YOU. ANY GOOD VET WOULDVE SAVED THAT KITTENS LIFE. EVEN IF I WOULDVE NEVER SEEN THAT KITTY AGAIN HE WOILDVE STILL BEEN ALIVE. I feel like I was giving no choice but to let him suffer or give the ok to kill him. Of coarse I didnt want him to suffer. SO IF YOU WANT PROPER CARE AND YOUR ANIMALS TO LIVE DONT TAKE THEM HERE

I could not recommend this facility and the doctors more. Our Bentley was treated with such care and kindness, not only one night but several trips we had to visit before he was able to have his MRI. I found a stray kitten lying on the road. The kitten was in shock with no visual trauma.Brought her to Pet ER of Martin County. The staff was incredibly welcoming, caring and extremely helpful. Dr. Miller and her assistants meticulously attended to the kitten with pure compassion and care.Outstanding service!

I will not be coming back. I come in panicked because my dog had blood in his stool. The nurse with short curly hair and glasses was EXTREMELY RUDE. She said if you took better care of your dog you wouldnt be in this situation. All because I couldnt remember the exact date that I gave my dog heart guard medicine. I couldnt think and I write it down on the box that is at my house. I gave it to him November 3rd in case youre wondering I know now that Im home. Then they charged me almost 400 dollars for a stoll test and blood work not including the care or medication he would need.i got a hold of my vet they will see him in the morning for a quarter of the price. 11/25 New update. I went to my vet they said he must of ate something in the yard because everything came back negative. So yall are wrong and rude. And she was very rude. Im come in panicked and couldnt think of the exact date that I gave him his medication and she tells me its my fault even though I gave it to him this month.

My female Lab, Keely had been bitten by another Dog ( a pit bull) last Sunday we took her to the pet ER where they helped her out immediately... she ended up with a dozen stitches and a drainage tube.. thanks goodness they had been there she couldve died. Keely since has seen her vet, had her tube removed and stitches coming out Monday, so far, so good 😊😊😊😊

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have been several times in the last two years as unfortunately my dogs only seem to get sick or injured on Saturday nights for some unknown reason, sigh. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, and kind. Diagnosis, treatment, and options are always well explained and I feel like they truly deserve a shout out for their good work. Very fast and with a pleasantly strong sense of urgency and empathy!One of our little kitties managed to take a taste of a poisonous toad and we had to rush her to Pet Emergency!While there I encountered three or four employees and they all handled our situation with speed and class, all while dealing with much more tragic cases than ours. Very sad for those who experienced loss that evening.Thankfully, our little toad-tasting fur-ball, Cocoa, is doing just fine! Thank you very much Pet Emergency staff.

I always hoped I would never have to come here, but today we had to. Dr. Miller and both technicians were absolutely phenomenal. I had called a few hours prior to ask about my dogs symptoms and all of my questions were professionally and patiently answered. We ended up coming in at 4 am this morning, and when I called to let them know we were coming I was given a brief estimate which I was very thankful for so I was able to apply for care credit prior to my arrival and didnt have a shock at check out.My girl is very fearful with strangers and Dr. Miller and the technicians were so patient with her, which means the absolute world to me and it made a scary situation a lot less stressful for my girl.I was given options of conservative treatment vs. going all out and doing everything, and they didnt guilt me or make me feel like a bad person for electing to treat her conservatively due to finances. They treated her swiftly and patiently answered all of my questions.I hope we never have to have an ER visit again, but at least if we do I know my pets will be in good hands!

I took our boy whom we cannot live without to four different vets and they all missed it, he almost died!! He just got worse and worse and was so skinny and wouldnt eat, I was out of my mind with worry and panic. Dr Nancy was able to tell me what she thought might be going on with my german shorthair pointer at first contact, we ran some tests to confirm (she was spot on) there wasnt much time, she saved his life! The staff from front desk to techs to vets are all at the top of their game with the most up to date information of health care and this is what matters. This place is amazing. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Mettee is just great. When my feline friend blocked up —for the third time, she got him thru the emergency and steered me to Dr. Holtsinger who did surgery and now he can pee with ease! Thank you!

Our family Dog will be missed since the doctor was stubborn and didn’t want to listen that she had bloat. Don’t bring your dog here. Find somewhere else.We brought our Dog in after it was extremely sick and vomiting late at night. We thought it was bloat as we have had friends dogs that had the same thing. The lady with colored hair was the doctor, she was the one who was positive it wasn’t bloat!! No x rays where taken and the dog was sent home. Later that day the dog became even worse so we brought her to another vet that we had better experience with previously now that it was daytime. Within minutes of being there the dog was x rayed and she had severe bloat. But it was to late and the bloat had pushed on the other organs to much and she passed away minutes later.After reading the other reviews it seem the lady with colored hair is the problem.I agree dogs get sick and pass. But to tell the doctor what the problem is and they say no and don’t check for it. Well. That’s just being a terrible doctor in my opinion.** Added August 2019*** We never head back from anyone after they posted that they would be in touch.

Not very happy with the feel of this place. Staff seemed uninterested and the first comment to me wasnt about my pet but how I intended to pay for services.

Took my dog here for a UTI flare up ... granted not the biggest of emergencies, never the less the staff and doctor were great! Took time to explain more than my usual vet does! Hopefully, I never have a bigger emergency but I Definitely would recommend! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

My baby girl Ziggy had4 babies and her labor stopped. She had another baby stuck in a position that it could not be delivered. After almost 10 hours we brought her in. I cannot believe what an AMAZING doctor and staff we there waiting for us. I immediately felt the compassion that they had for my dog. They were so kind.. Dr Cacioppo was such an incredible vet!!! She worked to try to get Ziggy to deliver on her own for several hours. After meds didnt help, she worked very hard to dislodge the baby. A C-section would have cost me almost $2500 that I DID NOT HAVE. Any other vet would not have spent so much time on her and would have insisted on doing the surgery. The only option left was to remove the pup with forceps. The doctor advised me that the pup would probably not make it but I made the decision to save my dogs life.. they delivered the pup and worked to save it but unfortunately it didnt make it. My dog was also eclamptic when we got there and they Dr. handled that emergency situation immediately. I truly CANNOT say enough about them. I would recommend them to anyone. Again, all of the staff were absolutely phenomenal. Thank you SO MUCH for saving my baby and for taking the time to handle the situation instead of taking advantage of a chance to make $2000+ Truly a blessing. Thank you all so very much.

Unfortunately, over the past 2 years I have had to take 2 different pets here for emergencies during the night. Everytime the staff has been very friendly, caring, concerned and professional. Excellent vetinary care. Emergency care is always more expensive for people and pets but I am so thankful that Pet Emergency of Martin County is available and do such a great job. Thank you all staff.

Our dog was very sick over the weekend and they took such great care of her. She ended up having pancreatitis and dehydration. The drs there stayed in touch with me and the techs were wonderful with her. Even hand feed her when she didn’t want to eat. I can’t say enough great things about this experience. Hopefully my dog won’t get that sick again, but if I had to go back I wouldn’t hesitate. I just wish they were more affordable. I think the price of care was way overboard.

We brought our dog in at midnight because he was so lethargic and not his normal self. We were very concerned. All the staff were very friendly and concerned as we were. It was comforting knowing they were doing what they could to try and figure out what was wrong with him. Thankfully ruled out - that he didnt swallow anything harmful and was able to get medication for his diarrhea. Turns out - the food we were changing him over to was a lot fuller than his old food and he just wouldnt stop eating. Anyways, he is doing great now and I am very thankful that there was a place that we could take him to - to make sure he truly was ok.

I rushed my dog to this hospital. We are on vacation and out of state. My dog Harley had a blockage in his intestines. From the moment we called till the call that he was out of surgery we were treated with the upmost care, respect and concern for our well being as the owners. I was hysterical the entire process but the staff handled it well walking me through several options during the decision process whether to operate or take other measures. I was given a complete game plan on all that they were going to do and the costs associated with all the procedures. Harley was bought for me by my husband for having some miscarriages to mend the pain. He is a very special dog and the whole staff including the front desk and nurses treated him with knowing how important he was. I believe our doctors name was Karen. She made the decision to treat him also for the stomach tourting that happens frequently with dobermans as an insurance that we would never have to worry about that. She spent 20 minutes on the phone with me when her shift ended to go over his diet and everything that I had the slightest concern about was answered. Ive never been treated as amazing as these staff members did at Pet Emergency. I dont think they understand the impact they leave on others lives. They arent just dogs they are family, and this is how the whole staff treats these animals, like they are just as important as children. I couldnt be more grateful for these people.. I am forever thankful for all of them. I wish there was something I could do to repay them all. Thank you so much everyone that took part in this process. All your roles made such a positive impact on our lives.

Ive been here three times -- hopefully I never have to go back :) As terrible as going to the emergency vet is, everyone here is very nice, attentive and they get the job done. Im happy with the standard of care my dogs received.

My yorkie ate something toxic that caused her to go into tremors, become lethargic, eyes dulled and unsteady on her feet.. We rushed her to Pet Emergency and the staff treated her with care and kindness. They gave us several options and we were able to take her home and within 2 hours she had expelled all the bad stuff and was back to bright eyes and her sweet self. We were so lucky they were open at 10 at night and then when I called with questions at midnight they answered all my concerns and were just great. Although I hope we never have to go there again - I would if needed. Highly recommend.

I have taken 4 different animals to this facility on 5 separate occasions; theyve always received excellent care and Ive never left with questions unanswered. Its a huge comfort knowing theyre so close by if the unexpected arises.

I am heart broken my cat passed away after they told me something was stuck in his throat when they did the scope nothing was there and $3200 dollars later he passes away from FIP! The people there were very unprofessional and not passionate about my animal! I wont ever use you again!

Dr Hansen is one of the best thats weve ever in countered. I have never seen a staff that is so caring and so concerned about the welfare of our dogs. These guys are so good I would let them operate on me.

Just my experience. Only if you cant wait to take your pet to your Vet . This place did nothing for my dog other than charge a ridicules price. Go to your Vet or spend a thousand dollars for them to tell you to go to your vet.

Our Sophia went in at midnight on Sat night with a gaping hole in her shoulder after tangling with a wild hog. She was covered in mud. She was seen immediately, cleaned, anesthetized, and had 2 hours of surgery. We brought her home with plenty of antibiotics and pain meds. All this was only $800, a bargain compared the EM vet in Ft Pierce.

On a holiday, when one of our cats was injured, the staff here took good care of her and made sure my wife was okay with everything. Excellent place if you need it (btw, the cat is ok).

Not very happy with the feel of this place. Staff seemed uninterested and the first comment to me wasnt about my pet but how I intended to pay for services.

I wouldnt use them again ! Krista and stephanie are very cold hearted and they only care about the money ! Took my cat paid $2700 and now hes dead after the sent him home because they said he was fine ! Hes not fine ! Hes dead !

The vet (pink hair) was awful and dangerous in my opinion. Brought my cat in for an asthma attack and the vet did not have the appropriate medicine to treat (she claimed it was on “back order”). He was still panting the next morning (she claimed this was “normal”) and I had to take him to another vet. So I was charged $1000 and he was still suffering. Stay away.

They were there for us when we needed it most. They saved my dogs life!
