I was treated for my birthday. Had an amazing 90 minute massage with Beth. Have been to many massage therapists, she was one of the best I have been to! Wished I lived closer so I could come back more often. Spa owner very nice and accommodating, highly recommend.

The owner is fantastic and has been remodeling the spa. The rest of the staff I have met is so personable and efficient! Joe the massage therapist there is absolutely the best! If you are looking for great service and great people you should definitely check this place out! I cant believe I past it so many times and did not stop! So happy to have found it!

I recently visited Serenity for a long-overdue massage and facial. Joe was the best. One session restored mobility in my neck and left me feeling amazing. Highly recommended!

We got a couple’s massage and it was incredible!!! We felt so welcome when we entered. Joe was my masseuse and he has hands of gold!!! Rhonda is the owner and she was so friendly! Loved the atmosphere, Loved the experience!

We did a couples massage and the gentleman that conducted the massage on my wife did an outstanding job. The woman that did mine basically just put oil on my body and barely applied any pressure. I didnt speak up and ask for more, so my fault as well, but VERY friendly staff and very clean. Will go again.

Booked here for a much needed couples massage for my boyfriend and I on May 15. When I called I discussed pricing and dates after careful reading reviews of spa’s in the area. We were on a short vacation and this was going to be the highlight of it all. May 29th 3 &1/2 hrs away from home to get to this place and be told that this is weird I don’t have you scheduled at all by the manager! What! Not scheduled. I know I booked this I screenshot the date and time in my phone because I was not given any confirmation or even asked for an email address! Poor service period! Someone on your staff dropped the ball and I was not compensated in no way shape or form!😡

I came to Williamsburg from out of town to visit for a friends birthday. I checked the reviews of area Spas online prior to arriving so that we could both get much needed massage therapy. Joseph at Serenity Spa was absolutely incredible. He stated that he has been in the business for 26 years, and I could tell!! I suffer from chronic pain and I am in a Pain Management program. I was having spasms in my back even at the onset of the massage. Joseph provided trigger point therapy to alleviate the knots and spasms in my neck and back. He gives the exact pressure that makes the massage both therapeutic as well as relaxing. The hot stones at the end were simply divine.The price for the massage makes it affordable on any budget. I will be planning more trips to Williamsburg just to have another great massage from Joseph (though my friend also had a great massage with her therapist as well. I am sure that they are all amazing).You definitely need to check out this Spa for yourself. They also do manicures, Pedicures and much more. They have great prices and excellent customer service.

Nothing I say about her will be good enough, for there arent words to describe the pleasure she gave me. It was clear that she wanted me to feel good and she did just that. And without me having to specify the focus areas, she found them and focused on them anyway. ALL of them. She is divine. Her energy is fulfilling. Just ughhhh in the best way.My friend had Joe (we think thats his name, shes so wiped out she cant remember 😆), he was amazing as well. Drove 3 1/2 hrs to celebrate my 5th year anniversary with my wonderful wife. . First stop was this location. Even when unplanned circumstances took place they still not only accomadated me and my wife but made our experience the greatest moment of our anniversary celebration thus far. We felt warmly welcomed and was so comfortable that falling asleep while in their hands will happen easily and often. After this experience my wife and I know every time we come to Virgina we will make this a stop. Serenity spa? No this place needs to be called the heavenly spa. Thanks Joseph Smith and staff for everything.

My mom and I got the refreshing facial here and it was great! My one complaint is that I wish the facialist explained more about what she was doing. But overall the facial was really nice and relaxing! We will definitely be coming back!

This is my go to place for massages and manicures. The service here is great. I have my massages and my nail done here and couldn’t be happier with them. The girls always greet you with a smile. Kaitlyn does amazing nails, she even fixed up my French manicure because they weren’t done properly.

I had their 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial, it was great. My technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The facility was clean and organized and everyone was very friendly and professional.

Jenny is amazing! She is always running on time and very thorough. Highly recommend her for all of your skincare and waxing needs.

Scheduled a birthday present massage for my wife, and she absolutely loved it. This is a locally owned small business that does full service hair, nails, and massage! A total one stop shop for all your pampering needs. The owner is kind and the staff is super friendly, plus they are reasonably priced! My wife said its the best massage shed ever had! We had the deep tissue massage, and they threw in the hot stones. My wife loved it! Thank you so much!

How fortunate I am that part of my recent birthday included a gift card to Serenity Spa. The facility is very nice and clean—and I admit to being pretty particular—and while physically it is isn’t over the top—there are no rooms to shower, sauna or steam—the friendly welcome and checkout, interest from the manager regarding my satisfaction with my experience, the engaging and skillful masseuse (Laura) and esthetician (Jenny) and the cost of services sure warrants five-star plus in my view. The treatment rooms are soundproof and calming, everyone was on time and seemed genuinely happy to see me. I am happy I heard about them and I recommend them.

Made an appointment for my husband and I to get a massage/facial almost a month in advance for the both of us at the same time with very specific details of who each of us would have to do the massages.In addition I booked a pedicure afterwards. We were so excited, this was a much needed part of our vacation to de stress! Drove 35 minutes to get to the appointment to be told that my husbands appointment was never scheduled by the person that assisted me and they gave his time slot to someone else. A quarter of a tank of gas and an hour and 15 minutes of our time wasted!! What a disappointment!

My wife and I had a lovely half hour massage today and it was really relaxing. We wished that it could have been longer but they were all booked about the time we made the appointments. But in all, we felt great after that half hour.

I get waxed at this location once a month. Both women who do the service are incredibly friendly, kind an thorough. Prices are much better than other locations in the area.

Joe was amazing! He changed the rest of my day with his professionalism and ability to massage the pain out of my lower right side and back. My neck thanks him! Fantastic staff and a pleasure to be around.

Omg, Sonya is the best for a mani/pedi, my nails never looked so good. And I got a facial and one hr body massage and looked 5 yrs younger but my body felt TEN yrs younger and all the little aches and pains??GONE!!!!

We had a group of eight ladies for a girls weekend with multiple services each. The spa was extremely friendly. Everyone enjoyed their treatments! The staff was always early and we left the spa approximately an hour earlier than anticipated. They even went and picked up lunch across the street for us. I cannot say enough about this place. The prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend it.
