I’ve been going to this nail salon for about two years now and it has never disappointed me! I appreciate the cleanliness this salon always has and the kindness and efficiency of the technicians here. I’ve had pedicures from every technician and they all do an incredible job. I especially like Jessica and Nikki. These girls are amazing and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I always put my trust in them.

Wait is always short. Very clean, and very relaxing calming environment. Massage chairs always work great. My “go to” for pedicures.

They are really nice but it may look clean but They do not disinfectant the pedicure seats or bowls . ( A baby wipe does nothing which they use to wipe down chair) One of the nail tech’s rinsed implements off with water and did not sterilize implements. This is a problem . Somebody could get a serious infection which happens from not properly disinfecting .

I took my 6 year old for her first pedicure and we had a wonderful experience!! She loved sitting in the little chair and they made her feel very special. They were very careful to make sure the water and the towels werent too hot for her. I appreciated how gentle and sweet the lady was. My pedicure was wonderful too. Well definitely be back!

TERRIBLE!! There customer service is the worst. I made an appointment for myself and a friend for a pedicure. I sat with my feet in the water for about 25 minutes waiting while they did my friends feet and no one even made a attempt to start my service. I never did get a pedicure, my friend was finished then someone decided to come over and wanted to start my service. Too late ..I left with out a pedicure. Very disappointing I was looking forward to a fun time with a friend visiting from out of town. 👎👎👎

Waited 25 minutes for my appointment and not a peep from anyone on what the delay was. Have been to this salon several times, but will not be back. Learn the meaning of an appointment.

Looking for a place to call mine since moving to Surprise. This will not be it and Im bummed as I had high hopes.I called ahead for pricing, made an appointment and got there in time and sat us right away. I didnt like that we felt rushed!, no one waiting and only 4 others in the salon.We didnt get to pick our colors, they said no come back. My daughter loved that they have a small Pedi chair, kids princess, shes 8. We got seated for our Pedi and before you knew it there was 3 people there helping the two of us out.A man slid his chair by me and began working in my nails. I was there for acrylic with gel, no tips. I was trying to help my daughter who was overwhelmed to pick a nail color for both get fingers and feet, felt very pressured and then saw that this man was cutting all my nails and prepping for tips.I told him I didnt ask for tips, once on the phone and when we arrived I said what I wanted. He informed me thats what he was told I wanted and so he stopped and began filing. I told him to just do gel now as I had no nails left, he filed my long nails down and theres nothing left. So short that they now hurt.All and all my Pedi was so basic. Not sure how its $35. I didnt enjoy it cause there was so much going on and I was upset about my nails. She cleaned around and under my nails right before applying color. Polish job is my quality and filing is not even on big toes.My hands... You know how I feel. The only thing I walked away liking was that my daughter loved the flowers the lady did in her toes... $100 for what?

This was my first time at this nail salon and I mentioned to the lady who was servicing me that 4/10 nails were longer than the others and it seem as if she just disregarded what I was telling her. Apparently they give out a file and buffer and charge you $3 for it without telling you until it’s time to check out. I was so irritated with how my nails looked I changed my mind on getting color. My nail tech didn’t talk to me unless I talked to her.

My wife got her nails done and even though they were kinda pricey they looked amazing and my wife and had a great experience. Unfortunately they started to fall off after about a week and a half. So I called thinking that they’d honor their commitment to quality and word-of-mouth advertisement but I was sadly mistaken. My wife will not be coming here again and will make sure to tell everyone that it isn’t worth the money.

Very efficient and friendly. Clean and comfortable. I go every 2 - 4 weeks, my nails are gel dipped and turn out beautiful every time. Pedicures are great also, that I do every 4 weeks and polish lasts that long . I highly recommend this nail salon 💅 😊

Awful experience! The owner Tom makes you wait he let me sit 25 minutes before beginning my nails. I was there two hours! When I confronted him he LITERALLY yelled at me saying that he is a busy guy see someone else- shocking! His brother in law Andy was supposed to do pink and white and they turned out all pink no apologies. This place is close to home, pretty on the inside but I gave them several tries but disrespected and disappointed several times. Plus, there higher priced than any other nail place around. I am a year round resident and no one deserves this poor treatment. Please BE WARE!

I started going here shortly after they opened and it is lovely! I have had a couple of the staff do my nails and they have all been great. Hannah does them now and shes made a relaxing and gorgeous shop. I bring my hubby in with me for pedicures and hes really comfortable here! All of the equipment is top notch and kept extremely clean. Im more than happy to support a local business run by a local resident! Give it a try if you havent yet.

I’ve been a customer of Neighborhood Beauty Boutique since they opened in the fall of 2017. I’ve had wonderful service and beautiful nails ever since. Hannah (the owner) is always warm and welcoming. All the nail techs work hard to ensure the clients leave happy and feeling great! They have about a million colors to choose from and the colors are kept in baskets so clients can look while they soak (unlike other nail places with a giant wall of polish bottles). The atmosphere is serene and beautiful. The salon is very clean and up to date. I love the hot stones during my pedicures! My gel nails are tough and hold up very well. I can’t say enough about Beauty Boutique! Try them out-you won’t be disappointed!

Had my nails done by Kevin.I have been to many of the salons in the area.I would have to say this is probably the cleanest salon that I have been in.Kevin is very polite very professional and did an absolutely amazing mazing job on my nails definitely going back.

First time visit today after hearing neighborhood buzz of a new salon close by.I received a meticulous Replenish pedicure by Tony, a beautiful french manicure from Kelly and Hannah did a great clean up with my eyebrow wax. I felt the prices were very reasonable. The front desk gal was welcoming, the salon was gorgeous and very relaxing. Not once during my 3 different services did I feel rushed.It is a wonderful addition to our little community and I will be back!

This salon is super clean and nicely designed. The owner truly cares about her customers overall experience. I’ve had several appointments and have always been very happy with the out come. The most important key piece for me is they treat my 82 year old mother with kindness and respect:)

I dont know what happened today.....this was absolutely the worst pedicure Ive ever received in my life. She didnt use any cuticle remover, no hot stones, even though I paid for it and the worst part of all....the sloppy, sloppy and I cant stress this enough, sloppy paint job. It looks like something a 5 year old would have done, not a so-called professional. Part of my toenails have no paint and there was also paint left on the cuticles. Despite my several attempts to end the treatment, they insisted on continuing, thinking that at some point, they would win my approval. This didnt happen and I left $90 dollars later, extremely disappointed!! I work very hard for my money and this is the only thing I really do for myself. So, when I look forward to it and the outcome today is what it was....its very upsetting let alone, infuriating. Very few people take any pride in theyre work these days. I also took my daughter in with me and was talked in to the Dip for her. Because she doesnt get her nails done often, I thought that this would be a good choice, because it wouldnt chip and would last a lot longer. Shes very introverted, timid and shy. The guy sat her down with what seemed like 500 different colors of nail color.....very overwhelming to a young girl. Needless to say, she felt so uncomfortable when she was pressured in to picking out a color (quickly), from the wide array of options, that she picked the first color she saw. Outcome = She hates the color!!! I had been very hopeful based on all the reviews, but I guess it was just my dumb luck today. Still searching for a great nail tech that gives attention to detail and takes great pride in their work ......Yes you did offer to change the color. However, the whole service goes way beyond the color application....the nail surface wasnt prepped properly and when I got home, there was still oil between my toes. It doesnt take any more time or effort to do something right the first time!

I have tried almost EVERY nail salon within 10 miles of my home and this is the ONLY place where my dipped nails have lasted more than 5 days... all 3 times they lasted 2+ weeks. I had one nail chip (my own fault), but I stopped by the salon on my way home and Lisa was very kind and fixed it at no charge. She wanted to make it right since it had only been a few days. I have seen both Lisa and Hannah. They both did an amazing job on my nails, took time and care, and were very sweet. The salon is BEAUTIFUL and I will be a loyal customer from now on. You have to try this place! You will not regret it.

Elegant, Pristine and Surprisingly Inexpensive! This place is absolutely gorgeous! I dropped in solely for a take-off, yet stayed for an indulgent pedicure and an absolutely impeccable manicure. The prices were so reasonable that I opted for a Gel polish! I plan to visit every week, and will bring my daughter, her daughters and my husband! FYI It’s Locally owned and operated! #shoplocal

Very upscale nail salon! I am so happy you are in Vistancia. The pedicures are awesome- they set a timer to make sure you get every minute of your massage. Tony does my nails and he is a perfectionist! He is one of the best I have seen in the industry, Hannah is the owner and she is simply delightful. She is welcoming and truly cares about her customers. There are other services here I have not tried, but plan to in the near future like laser. You must come try this place, its upscale yet affordable!

I highly recommend them! They always were a very clean salon and now they have managed to be extremely careful with cleaning, making certain the patrons feel safe and comfortable. Kevin did a wonderful job with my nails,. If you have any concerns about germs, or the virus this is the place to go and relax.

My husband and I went in today My husband needed a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was ok, but the technician was in a hurry with the manicure. He said it was an awful job and the worst he has ever had. I had a pedicure which was just ok Definitely not up to the standards I am used to. My nail fill was done in record time, but I know he left out a couple steps. Did not ask me to wash my hands, and the gel polish was put on in record time. Not sloppy, but I came out and said it was the worst nail fill I had ever received. The salon is very clean and sanitized, but today, they were in a big hurry and left us wondering if we should ever go back. Probably not

I took my daughters in for pedicures (10 and 12), we were the only ones in the salon and everyone was very nice. The prices on their website are cheaper than what the actually charge. My 10 year old was complaining about her big toes hurting the day after her pedicure, she had two infected toes from where the technician had cut her cuticles too deep. Overall, its a nice salon, but the infection in my daughters toes has left a lasting impression.

I had the worst set of acrylic nails done here. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for 25 years and these were the worst I have ever seen. They were thick, flat, no shape, and not even completely attached to my natural nail. It looked like someone took glue and attached chiclets to my nails. I had to go back the next day and have them removed(which wasn’t even done properly). I left a note for the owner to contact me. Waited a couple days, then sent an email. Still no response. I was just going to let it go but decided to call even though it had been about 2 months since the poor job. The owner was very rude to me and stated that she didn’t want to do anything for me. I explained the situation again and asked her if they could at least compensate with a pedicure. Which is about $25 less the the original service I had done. She reluctantly said yes. Needless to say, I do not feel comfortable going back there, even for my compensated pedicure, so instead I am writing this review to make other customers aware of my situation. My step-daughter was visiting from out of state and got a set of nails done as well. Her work was done poorly also. Crooked nails with different lengths. They were very friendly until there was an issue....

On vacation from SC and I wish we had a neighborhood beauty boutique back home! Seriously the best manicure I’ve ever had, and they were so sweet about fixing some botched acrylics left over from my wedding.

The guy who did my dip manicure did a horrible job. Took him an hour and a half due to all of his errors. It started chipping three days after it was done. He did not have a clue how to do the dip. The guy with tattoos knows what he is doing. I watched him do one while I was getting mine butchered. Do not use the skinny guy.....

I love getting my nails done here the service is always sweet and I leave with beautiful nails. It’s my new favorite place it’s worth coming down and when you get here you will feel welcomed.

Excellent neighborhood salon that delivers exceptional service. The facility is bright, well decorated and very clean! Lots of mani/pedi stations so Ive never had to wait. The gel manicures easily last 2 weeks or longer and I love all of the optional services such as the 20 min. leg/foot massage during a pedicure - they even set a timer so that you can be sure you are getting the full service. All of the technicians do a great job. Once when I was in a hurry I went in for an Express Pedi & a Gel Manicure. Two technicians provided the services and I was in/out in one hour which was exactly what I needed. Hannah, the owner, is lovely - very accommodating and professional. So glad we have a local salon (they also offer hair & facial services) close by. It is so very convenient!
