Do not come here. I came to get a gel powder manicure done. While she was taking off the old gel on my nails she ripped off a piece of my nail and it started bleeding profusely!!! I got up and said I was leaving and she still charged me $5 and was rude about it! I cannot believe it. It is also not very clean and her fingernails have some sort of fungus on them.

Nothing is what I give she told me she no longer do nails only lashes and she acted like she didnt want to do mines they moved or something her attitude was just rude and if she no longer does nail service she should specify that👎🏾I was trying to give 0 but I couldnt!!!

I’ve went to this establishment for many years. Unlike other places, Nancy doesn’t rush through service. She takes pride in her work. She will not cut you or make fun of you for wincing like other places in Peoria. Hate to see her go but a great opportunity for someone to step in, get a place with a large clientele and excellent reputation. Thanks Nancy! :)

Always get my brows done by Nancy she’s the only one I trust. It’s always quick and painless but they look like she spent her sweet time on them. Thank u Nancy

Went in yesterday (March 3, 2018) to get an eye brow arch like any other time. I walked in and spoke to Nancy and the customer whom nails she was working on. I told Nancy I just wanted my eye brows arched and she said, okay, we can do it now. She told the woman whos nails she was doing to pick her polish color. I noticed she didnt wash her hands in the front area but I figured she would in the wax area. Well no she didnt. So I said, Could you please wash your hands before you touch my face? I dont want any breakouts. She reluctantly washed her hands and I noticed that she was a bit aggressive when taking the wax strips off my face. I could tell she was upset about me asking her to wash her hands but I really didnt think of it as a big deal. She was done waxing my eye brows in less than 1 minute. No Joke! I get up to walk back up to the front with her. The other customer whose nails she had previously been working on, said wow that was fast. I said, I know right?? Eventhough it felt like the strips were being ripped from my face. The other customer and I laughed. At this time, Nancy tells me its $8 dollars (which I knew) as Im beginning to take payment from my wallet for her. She goes on to say, Well I dont know what disease you have. I stopped in mist of counting the cash for her and say, wait, what? She said, its $8 I said, Yes I know that but I want you to finish your comment you were making. She goes on to say, Disease you have that you want me to wash my hands. Myself and the other customer just look at one another. I said, So because I asked you if you could please wash your hands before touching my face, that makes me have a disease? I told her, That would be no different than me using the bathroom and to go into a kitchen and make food for you. Its disgusting either way it goes and I wouldnt think I would or should have to ask a business owner that provides services to the public anything that should just be a norm anyways. She goes on to say, well you just shouldnt come back. My self and the other customer just looked at one another and the customer was finally able to get, Oh WOW out of her mouth. I said, Are you serious in this moment? She said, Yes I said, Oh I promise, you will never get another dollar of my money EVER again. All because I asked you an adult woman/business (lack there of a better word) owner to wash her hands. I told the other customer, Im so glad you were here to witness her utter disrespect and treatment towards me. I told Nancy, Im going to make you so famous by making sure others know your treatment towards me on every social page I can and contacting the Peoria Health Department. Your behavior has spoken volumes to me.

My favorite place to get my eyebrows wax, nails,toes painted. Also Nacy does a beautiful job of eyelash extensions. Prices are very reasonable. Very mellow atmosphere. Good to make a appointment ahead of time.

Ive been to this place a few times before and my lashes were always nice but today they were horrible. Uneven you can see the glue. I told her I wasnt satisfied she tried to cut them which only would make them worse because they are already short. You think she would have at least given me a discount because she knew they werent right. I paid full price but I will NOT be returning. I usually wear magnetics which I love but I have a trip and I didnt want to put them on and off. I dont recommend her for lashes because if you have a problem she will not give a discount. This deserve no stars.

The only person I go to for my eyebrow waxing. I have also gotten eyelash extensions here and they looked very nice and natural. She offers the best prices I can find in Peoria and does great work.

It’s fairly priced and you need an appointment since Nancy’s nails only has Nancy working in there. Nancy is sweet on some occasions but the woman has an attitude problem let’s be realistic.. she gets mad very quickly and the last time she did my nails she screwed one of the artificial nails and it was crooked and I guess I should’ve just taken it the way it was because after I asked if she could fix it she tightly gripped my finger and told me stop moving (I wasn’t moving) and her whole demeanor was just trying to hurry and get me out .. won’t recommend to anybody to go honestly lol cuz I checked her really quick about that. “You can loosen your grip cuz if I grip you you’d want to call the police”
