I wish I could say this was a better experience. I called to have an appointment scheduled for 11:40 and when I walked in there are only two people working. I wasn’t helped until around 12:20 and it seemed that everything was rushed even though I had scheduled a time. I only write this so people know that you will likely wait unless the scheduling gets better. My nails were fine, overall but I was disappointed.

Very good experience. Very clean, very nice people. I’m looking for a new salon near me. My previous is under new management and not going so well. I was a walk-in and even though they were busy they were very nice and took me right away. The only negative in the whole experience was the language barrier- with the employees wearing masks it made it more difficult to understand. But my pedicure was thorough, well done, and relaxing. Thank you Jenny(she did my pedicure) and Linn(the owner) for great service. I will be returning!

My daughter and I came into this lovely nail salon and will definitely be back! Her full set came out just perfect and modest for a15 year old. Toni did a great job! And my pedicure was a treat and super relaxing. Very friendly, super clean and modern. Cant wait to tell all my friends and family!

Went into to get a full set and had one clear nail. The clear nail was done so bad. There was acrylic was so thick and bubbly, and there was lots left underneath the nails. I tried to come back and explain the problem and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. They are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Will never be coming here again.

Really, really great. Efficient without being rushed. Super comfy chairs, perfect amount of conversation, great massage, great gel paint job, and the products don’t have that intense chemical-fragrance that most salon products have. Highly recommend.

I got a much needed Mani/Pedi the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The staff made me feel pampered I will definitely go back!

I am so happy with the service and the cost! I went to a different salon last time and was very disappointed! The owner was linn and fast and perfect job on both my nails and toes! I am absolutely in love with the way Danjr did my nails! Lihn did an amazing job with my daisy flower on my nail as well. Very clean and friendly. Had a nice conversation with all the nail techs while I was there. We don’t realize how how they work at just wanting to make us look an d feel good you people bust your butt and I’m very grateful I found my new nail home. Prices are reasonable as well. Don’t sleep on the power dip I e got nothing but good compliments on my toes and my hands! Thanks again for the hospitality you guys are awesome!!

Lucky find, everyone is beyond nice and they treat you like youve been there customer forever...even on my first time...so nice and funny. They crack jokes. They do am amazing job at a fair price. They made a long time customer out of me!! :)

I took my daughter to this place cause I saw good reviews on it, I dropped her off and when I got back she was so upset and frustrated, she said she told the lady what she wanted and the lady told her she was gonna charge her $40 foe the work and product, while working on the nails my daughter reminded the lady how she wanted her nails and she told her she wasn’t done! At the end the lady did what she wanted and charged my daughter $50 I wanted to go inside and tell her off but but daughter said I have a bad temper and she didn’t let me!! But for her being the owner and change the price just because she said she took longer and without letting her customer know! The was very unprofessional!!!

I needed a pedicure... bad. Found this business and chose it based on reviews, so figured I’d review. I went at opening (9am) and it was already pretty busy but I didn’t wait for a chair. They had plenty of staff even through they were busy. The atmosphere was nice. Everything was clean, with individual-use pedicure tub liners. The massage chairs worked well and felt amazing. Lee was great with my pedicure. She took her time and was gentle and professional. The was plenty os space between myself and other patrons for Covid-19 concerns. I will definitely be returning for more services.

Dan gave me a pedicure and he was very nice to me. He was respectful. I had a ingrown toe nail and he really helped me. It hurt so bad and when I was done it felt so much better.😍Thank you so much to lovely nails. It was quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be going back and recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon.

I love this this shop!! My sister has been using them for years and recommended them i went with her the last time and I was so happy with the way my nails came out. I had a few issues with my nails the first week and I went back in and they fixed them for free!! Also you get a discount for paying cash!

The tropical pedicure is wonderful. My feet felt brand new! The staff is friendly and the salon is very clean and well kept. I also love that if you pay wish cash you get a 10%discount! Ill definitely be going back.

I love the environment so much! Very spacious and bright inside for the building they have. Their bathrooms are clean and beautiful. Very kind service. I absolutely love my nails I did the French tip dip on my real nails. You can’t beat the price and the lovely smiles. Be sure to bring cash so you get your discounted price!

A nice, relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. They always give you their undivided attention, and dont ignore you or just talk amongst themselves in a language that you dont understand like at so many other nail salons. They actually have conversation with all of the customers, especially the person whom they are attending to. The salon is clean, organized and inviting. I would recommend to everyone!

Called at 4, and they were able to get me in at 4:30. All the ladies were so kind. I showed Tina a picture of the design I wanted from a google picture (a bad one too) and she made sure to try to match the colors as close as possible and did a very good job! My nails and toes turned out great with the gel polish. Would definitely recommend.

I was needing a pedicure ASAP and my regular nail salon is appt only and I didn’t have one. I decided to try Lovely nails just based from location and closeness to me. I was SO pleased. I walked in with no wait on a Wednesday evening. $28 for my pedicure but it was cheaper with the cash paying discount. My nail tech Offered me a manicure and I did to accept. $15 for basic manicure. She did amazing. Great conversation and easy to talk with. The owner was also kind and seemed like she really cared for her business. Very clean especially during COVID. Everyone was wearing masks. They Offered water bottles and it was a relaxing time. I will be back!

I am always a little skeptical about trying a new nail salon. My mom, however, went and recommended this place to me. I was pleasantly surprised! Staff were very nice, place was clean, and my nails are lasting. I’ll be back.

If they’re in a rush they make sure to be rude and do a terrible job on your nails. i haven’t gotten my nails done forever & they made me feel bad for not liking my color (opposite of what i showed him) which turned into him being even more rude & doing even worse. i tipped well because they ALL made ME feel bad... & resulted in me leaving tears bc of how god awful they were. and couldn’t even ask him to fix it bc he would have done even worse. never recommend.

I normally go to the place across the street from Lovely, last time I was there the quality of EVERYTHING had gone down. So once we were able to go back to the salons I decided to try somewhere else, SO GLAD I DID. Very nice shop

This is a lovely, updated salon that is not terribly large. It feels a little more intimate and very friendly. My pedicure was wonderful.

I went in with photos wanting olive green nails and sunflower decor on my ring fingers. I showed her prior to sitting down. She said Ok. I was looking at the nail color options & couldnt find an olive green, conveniently I was wearing an olive green dress so I said I want a color like this. She had a hard time finding it so I finally settled on a metallic dark green. After one hand was complete she showed me & asked if I like the color- the color was one of those that changes depending on lighting, it shifts from green to purple, I didnt realize that when I looked at it in the bottle. Ok..not what I expected but Im easy going & it still was pretty so I said ok. Then when it came to the flower she painted a super basic white flower using a toothpick & asked if I liked it, and I said Well no, I wanted a sunflower & she acted like she didnt know what that was even though I showed her a photo. I told her I wanted yellow & orange in the flower- she was still confused. I showed her 2 pictures of sunflower nail decor. She told me NO because my nail is too small?? But the pictures I googled were gel sunflower short nail designs..plus she already put a flower in my finger, so why was making a sunflower so different? I asked her if she could do it in the corner, like it doesnt have to be a full flower..& she told me No again. This went on for a minute or two until I got frustrated & said ok just leave them plain. Overall I do like the color of my nails but it wasnt what I wanted/expected at all & I feel like she hardly tried to do my nails like I asked.The next day my pointer nail had already peeled, about half came off, & 3 other nails were chipping. Barely 24hrs after having them done. I went in today & they did fix my nails for free, so that was the only positive of this whole experience.This was my first time going there because its where my friend usually goes & we went together. It just wasnt a good experience & I wont go back.
