Bill parked it on a dime plus first time got right where I wanted it, in a pretty narrow space. Plus they were very professional, answered first call and came out right away. Fair price too! Called them in the morning to move a long trailer from Banning and they were kind, had excellent customer service and were flexible and timely. They moved it SAFELY, professionally, and expertly in record time despite weekend traffic! David, the professional and ultra skilled backer-upper even situated soundly in our RV space upon arrival. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for this company and especially Bill. Each person I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I drove up from out of the area to run some errands and of course my battery goes out right outside of the Marshalls store. Not knowing what to do being stuck in the heat and not having anyone else to help me, a kind local company gave me their number as a suggestion to call to help jump my car. I called Yucca Tow and immediately someone picked up and told me within 15 minutes someone would arrive. With the heat increasing inside the car and I started to sweat profusely, I waited outside in the shade. Within 15 minutes Bill arrived. As I walked towards the car to greet Bill and as he was parking, the 1 in a million thing happened and my car window SHATTERED. That’s right. Like exploded spontaneously. He saw it, I saw it, and we couldn’t believe it. I saw it unfold before my very eyes. There was no one else nearby, it wasn’t his car, and I didn’t see a rock or anything go through. Bill was as surprised as I was but was very gracious and calm. He jumped my car and gave me a couple of suggestions of places I could go to replace my battery and he helped to knock down and take some of the glass so I wouldn’t get injured on the road. Very professional service. I got stuck in some sand on an off-road path around 10:40pm. I called, and they arrived with a 4x4 to tow me out within 40 minutes. The gentlemen that helped me out was extremely patient when I was guiding him to my location. Although the tow cost 300 dollars (similar to other towing companies I was quoted for in the area), I 10/10 would still recommend if you need a quick and professional solution.

I took my 2000 nissan frontier 2 wheel drive to the desert near twentynine palms and got stuck in soft sand. Upon trying to dig myself out, i dug myself even deeper. I eventually decided to call yucca valley towing and they immediately dispatched someone to tow me out to a safe and driveable spot. I was about 40 minutes away & my technician arrived in 40 minutes, tugged me out, and drove 40 min back for a very reasonable price. Very nice, straightforward, professional, and a god send when youre desperate & stuck in the summer desert that can easily reach 110 degrees. The guy was even considerate enough to keep an eye on me until i was able to make it the main highway. Thanks guys! 10/10 would recommend and use again myself if need be.

Yucca Valley Towing has my highest recommendation. Broke down Saturday late in Joshua Tree National Park. No cell phone service. Got a ride into town, called roadside assistance. At 7:30AM, called Yucca Valley Towing direct. Dave was there in 15 minutes, black hauler with red letters. Gave me a ride to my car and towed me to Tire Shop. Sunday AM, Tire Shop said all booked up, appointments only. Dave put in a good word and I was on my way home with new tire by 10AM. Without Yucca Valley Towing, Id have been home Monday. Yucca Valley Towing has my highest recommendation. ....as an aside, roadside service finally called me at noon Sunday.

We had a very positive experience and I highly recommend! We needed to get our car towed out of Joshua Tree National Park to a mechanic in Yucca Valley. We called Yucca Valley Towing and they answered immediately, provided a very affordable quote, and were able to handle our tow very quickly. The process was seamless. Our tow truck engineer was very professional and kind. Overall it was a very pleasant experience (especially considering having to be in the position to be towed you are pretty miserable already) and I’m super grateful to them.

Back in late October 2019, my team was filming out at the Whitehorse Movie Ranch and our passenger van along with a crew car got stuck in the mud. Our crew didnt follow our map, they used google maps instead, epic fail. Bill and Kelly are great guys and they came out and helped me move a large hot tub to the perfect spot on my property. They came out to assess the job before setting a price and committed to a time. Bill was 30 minutes early and very carefully and expertly pulled my hot tub onto the truck and planned the move. They worked great together, had a great attitude and even contributed to where to put the appliance wrt power and view.If you need a tow or you need to move something heavy, these are your guys.

It was after dark when I was leaving Giant Rock in Landers, CA. Id headed out with my camera to take night shots of the stars and sunset shots of the famous Giant Rock. It was a great day, and an clear evening that went terribly wrong as I was leaving. Driving slowly toward the exit area, this is a desert and there arent actual roads, I didnt realize the road ahead included a ditch that was much deeper than it appeared. In fact I was never stuck in a ditch, and while it was a little loud going over this depression in the ground, Id made it out easily enough, when my car suddenly stopped working. I was certainly panicked when I got out to look things over and saw more damage than Id ever imagined. Now, being in the middle of the desert at night, with no one around for miles, is pretty alarming. Fortunately I had cell service that worked from T-Mobile, and was able to call for help. After a few attempts, I was able to reach Yucca Valley Towing. The angel who showed up is named Bill. He was truly kind, and managed to make a terrible situation better, simply by being himself. The last time I drove my dream car was onto the flatbed truck, as it was later deemed a total loss, even though the damage wasnt visually dramatic. Bill arrived in less than an hour, which is itself awesome, and then proceeded to get me back to the Airbnb in Morongo Valley, which was about 40 minutes away. Then, to take awesome a step further, he drove about 1.25 miles up the road toward where I was staying, and let me out where it was safe for him to turn the big tow truck around. This was so kind and made the end of a very unfortunate evening that much better. I called the next day and updated them on taking the car to Jacks Body Works in Palm Desert, and thanked them again for being so helpful. Its taken a moment to get this review in, but I could write even more - so, to put it simply, Bill and the team at Yucca Valley Towing were total angels and I couldnt have been in better hands in a moment of need. Last Saturday my girlfriend and I went onto a back road in Twentynine Palms to get away from town and look at the stars. I have 4WD on my car, and we had no problem until one section of the road completely became sand, and my car got stuck! It was 10PM at night, and fortunately we had cell reception, so we called Yucca Valley Towing. The owner was there in under an hour, easily towed my car out of the sandy spot, and we drove the rest of the way behind him down the road. Really fast, very reasonably priced, and he was super friendly.

I had to get my car towed when it broke down on a long and bumpy dirt road. I was panicking, but the guys at Yucca were phenomenal. Not only were they able to get their truck out to me, but they were kind and also extremely affordable. Highly highly recommend this company.

I was stuck in a wash, it was late, I barley had a signal, they found me WAY OFF THE ROAD - stayed with me since it was dark, were total pros and got me out in a really absurdly soft terrain that most trucks would have sank! Overall unsatisfied. I like people to be honest and if they say theyre going to show up in an hour, it doesnt mean five or six hours or they may not show up at all. Also every time I called the guy kind of had an attitude and wasnt super professional even though I was trying to be nice about asking why he was 5 hours late. Overall after half the day was gone I called another tow company, Hills Towing in particular and when they said theyd be there in 20 minutes they meant it and they got it to where it needed to go within the hour. They have more trucks are more professional and are better equipped than Yucca Valley, sorry if the truth hurts
