I used Yelp to request for different quotes of printing services and PostalAnnex was one of the businesses. I needed a few last-minute projects to be printed for my wedding that was happening the following week. I already had the graphics made but I had very specific requests that I needed for these projects. From the very beginning, Emily from PostalAnnex responded very quickly and professionally. Because I was so busy completing other wedding tasks, all I could do was email because I was on the phone with other people. This was no problem for them and within 24 hours, I was able to see a draft of the prints to approve of them. Once I approved them, I was able to receive all prints that same day! So quick, so easy and so efficient. Since I had a good experience, I decided to use PostalAnnex again to create the Thank You cards. Although I only used their printing services, I saw that they also have shipping and other services. Friendly staff but their price is very overrated. I understand they need to charge extra to run their business and I was willing to pay it for my convenience since the store is located right across from my house. I went there with my father and only he had checked the rates on UPS website before we left which he said it would cost about $60. After the friendly staff weighted and measured the box, he told us the cheapest option would cost $93. We were surprised as the price difference was quite a lot and told him the cost we saw online was a lot lower than that. As I was talking, someone who looked like a manager or owner asked us if we entered all the information correctly and my father said he did. And then the manager looking person said that their rate is a little higher than what the UPS website would show, but definitely not by a lot, because their service includes tracking the package. I thought my father could have made a mistake as I didnt think the rate would actually be higher by 50% so we just ended up shipping the shipment using their service. After I got back, I checked the rates on UPS website which came out to be $57.39 before tax. I know I can track the package when I use UPS directly and now I am thinking I really should have purchased it online, printed out the label and just dropped it off at the store. Again, I understand I cannot expect the same rates from local stores but it was way higher than what I expected and I wish I had not been told from the manager or owner that the price difference wouldnt be that much.

CONSUMER BEWARE. Lost my $300 package that was over 3 feet long. Told me that dropping off a Fedex package for pick up is a convenience . You better read the bottom of your receipt that says they are not responsible for your packages.

I shipped a package here and it got delivered very fast and they are nice to me !

This place is shady. I have a friend that took a package in and it disappeared...more like stolen. I recommend going somewhere else.

Sent a package to my kid in South Dakota. Hes in the military and my wife prepped a home style, comfort food pack for him. I went to the USPS and the line was out the door. I knew the annex was across the street. I also knew I would pay quite a bit more then USPS. What I didnt expect was for them to errantly charge me twice, which I discovered a month later. I returned to the annex, bank statement print out in hand to explain what had happened. Mistakes are made, I get that, to me its how you fix them. Mr Bryan Smith, the owner, seemed more concerned about covering himself then taking care of my issue. I waited a good 20 minutes while he fumbled around on his computer and then dialed his credit card processing company. He assured me, but offered no print out, no receipt, I would be credited in the next 3-7 days. I left feeling not very assured. Bottom line is, I was willing to pay extra for the convenience the annex is supposed to offer, 120 bucks for a shoebox sized box full of Asian delicacies sent to happy US military man. I avoided waiting at the post office but, thanks to Mr Smith, I ended up waiting and paying extra as well. So, I will NOT patronize or recommend this business to anyone

I had to ship back 3 things from amazon. 2 already had a label and the other needed postage. The woman at the counter took my prepaid packages and gave me a receipt to prove that I did send back the packages. She said to get the receipt because sometimes things get lost in the mail and thats my insurance to show that I dropped it off and to track the package. For the other package, she weighed it and told me my options on shipping. I decided to go with the cheapest option. I like that they try their best to save you money.The ladies who worked here were friendly and provided great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone living nearby.While I was there, I also had a key made. It works, so no complaints! They also have cute little knick knacks that they sell around the store.

Please Price check around! Can over charge for shipping. A small post office priority envelope costs $7.35 to mail at the post office but they were trying to charge me $13.95 because They didnt carry that particular size envelope so charge for the next size up. I ended up going across the street to the post office, not knowing earlier that they have an after hours machine to ship items at the correct price.Super Convenient to drop off any UPS, Fedex, and Post Office Items to be mailed out. And offer an array of shipping items.

I had a great experience here; friendly, helpful staff & fair prices. The odd size items they packaged securely for me & they were delivered across the country within the week. Special shout out to Diane . . . she went out of her way to service my needs.

Renewed my passport here and it was SUPER EASY. They told me to walk in with my old passport and Id walk out in 10 minutes with a tracking number and they were right. They do the entire renewal process right there in store and I got my passport in 3 weeks and I didnt even expedite.
