Not exactly a business I want to rate but after a wreck,they were awesome. The driver was very professional, friendly,and helpful. The vehicle was secured after towing and when we went to get our luggage out of it,the staff was helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

We paid for a parking pass in a lot but they towed us anyways because we parked in the “wrong lot” (there was no visible sign saying so) and had to pay $160 plus an Uber fee to get our car out. The towing guys wait outside the lot (we saw them) for people to park in the wrong spot then wait for them to leave to tow their car instead of just letting people know their mistake. Huge scam.

I called the police...what a waste of time that was. I STILL HAD TO PAY SOMEONE ELSEs BILL. I called my CC to dispute the charges. ASAP.

I have had 2 horrible experiences with this company. Today I called them to help me move a car so I was able to get into my garage. They came, talked to a neighbor and drove away. They didn’t even tow the car? I am still waiting an hour later for them to come back to do the job they were supposed to do the first time. I am now late for work.The second incident was last week and left me feeling very uneasy. I was unloading groceries and someone must have called to have me towed. Since I never left the car, they were not able to tow me, but the tow truck driver drove circled around the block twice afterward while looking at me saying “you’re lucky”. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I will call another company and suggest others do the same.

Tiger picked up my car without me having to be there. Which was good bc it broke down the night before about 15 miles from my house. Had it towed on no time flat to my mechanic. Paid over phone with credit card. Sure fast and easy

I am a handicap woman, on disability. I called these people to jump start my car. They came, allegedly attempted to start my car, with no success. They left, I called an elderly lady friend. She came, and got me started. I called this company, and ask for my money back, they refused. My Mother is a paralegal in Horry County, she knows every lawyer and judge between Horry and Georgetown County. I should have ask her for help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you live in an HOA definitely beware of this place. They ride around at night when they have nothing better to do and scope out these neighborhoods and very very sneaky like take your car. It is a major SCAM that i found out about that a lot of people are informing me about. Long story short, we had company who was parked in my girlfriends spot, she got off work and got home about 12:00. She parked the car in front of our driveway to come inside and tell our company to move his truck to the designated parking area. She came in the house long enough to put our son to bed and when they went to take his truck to the parking area and put her car in the driveway, her car was gone. They had snuck in and towed it very quietly without anyone knowing. We have NEVER overnight parked outside of our house. They ride around at night LOOKING for something to tow and are very very sneaky at doing it. Anyone with any decency would have seen the lights on in the garage and all throughout the house and maybe knocked on the door and said hey your car will be towed if you dont move it I have found out in other areas, the driver will see a car parked on the road and mark it then he will come back by and if its still there then he will tow it. That i can understand. I recommend not ever using these people at all because they are definitely crooks looking for that fast, easy high dollar tow bill.

They towed my vehicle from my own parking and kept in storage for 10 days for no reason. NOOO here is reason MONEY paid 460$ cash. They know towed illegally now I have video surveillance for my vehicles to protect from illegal towing services like (corner cars).

Never seen a place that handle business so unethical in my life. This company has quote numerous people fees that they shouldn’t just to keep their automobile to resell to make a profit. How as a company you can prey on these people to keep their car for free and gain off of it.

Towed my 36 foot rv in one hour after waiting for another company for four days.and price was great. He even had no issues getting it into my yard that was an awful street and tight fit over a gully. Awesome job thanks so much.

They are a sham. The tow legally parked cars for their own money gain. The stole my sons car and now we have to pay $160 to get it back. BS!!!! It should not have been towed to begin with.

If I could do a negative rating, I would! Horrible customer service, is an understatement. My car was totaled in a car accident and I went to get my things from my car but couldn’t due to an insurance adjuster not having been by to inspect the car (which is fine, no issue). So I left and came back a few days later and when I walked in the door to ask if the adjuster had been by yet, the guy at the front desk says “I won’t help you until you go park your car properly” ( I had parked slightly over the line, but really?! How rude, who are you to speak to anybody so condescendingly)! After moving my car to not cause any problems with the employee, he tells me the insurance adjuster still hasn’t been by and tells me to call next time to save me time (which was actually nice of him) but then informs me that the car will not be allowed to be towed off until I have received my possessions from within the vehicle, so I left my contact information and everything, which they already had anyways. Well my final time going and attempting to get my belongings, they inform me that the car has been towed off to Wilmington Nc and I would have to contact them to receive my belongings! Unbelievable!!!! Not only was I treated with such disrespect, I was also just pushed to the side and LIED to, to get me out of their hair! Awful experience and from the looks of every other review this is nothing new for this company!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

A huge thank you for coming to our rescue! Our camper blew a wheel bearing outside of Georgetown. They sent a flatbed and a tow truck to bring our camper to Myrtle Beach for repairs. The guys were very good getting the camper on and off the flatbed.

This towing company is a joke. They towed my car sitting in front of my house for 20 minutes after I got off work. Their tow drivers have seen my car sitting in my driveway for over a year and knew that that car belonged at that address and they still towed it and charge me $160 to get it out. Thank goodness Im a firm believer in karma and I know theyll get theirs. Anything for the almighty dollar, they need to be praying to the almighty Lord because they are wrong!

Out of town from Tennessee......AWFUL!! Cant even give these people one star ! They are terrible . Do not use this service ! The driver, possibly even the owner damaged my vehicle WORSE than the services I contacted them for. Incompetent driver busted my radiator, condenser and fan while he hooked up to my vehicle and Firestone agreed 500% the tow company was responsible. Left us on the side of the road at 430 in the morning while he yanked our car down the street . Had to call a cab just to get across town to where the car was going . No common courtesy . Jeff, who answers the phone, has a lack of customer service and refused to take responsibility for his company and driver who was negligent causing more damaging issues to a vehicle that simply needed a ball joint replaced. Now gonna have to turn them over to insurance company to get them to take responsibility and pay for further damages. Ive got the pictures and evidence from Firestone to back up this entire situation and experience. For your own sanity, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! WORTHELESS WRECKLESS driver . Do not trust them with your vehicle.

My experience was outstanding with this company. They answered the phone when I called, showed up sooner than promised, was very professional and pleasant when he arrived and did a great job. To top it off the truck looked like it just came out of a showroom! If I am ever in need of a tow again these will be my guys!

Cash only? Scam..My car was towed 2.1 miles and they charged $160. The man at the desk was so rude and inconsiderate. I had to Uber there with 2 children and the car seats were in my towed car. He JUST pulled out the parking lot and I asked them to please turn around and I would give the tow driver the cash so I would have the kids in a Uber with no car seats. Nope.Sketchy place.

Wow, great service. I lost my ability of my vehicle to go into gear. I had stopped at the front of Walmart to let my wife out. I had to put the car in park so the van door would open, after she exited it would not go back into gear. Being from out of town I had no idea who to call, but my insurance company gave Corner Cars number. When I contacted him they were very courteous. Said they could be there in 25 minutes. I called an Uber to come and take me to my hotel. About 15 minutes later I was contacted and informed that my car had been delivered to the transmission repair shop that I chose. Wow such amazing service at a very inconvenient time. Me and my other 5 family members were very pleased with this experience!😀

Wonder if the owner knows that their employee smokes pot in the offices and back room. The guy tried to blame it on three black guys that just left however, the smell wasnt in the lobby but coming from the desk and back. He had reeked of weed. They only take cash, hmmm. When we came back he was mopping the floor and the lobby smells like he was cleaning. He was very paranoid and making excuses. I understand towing is their business but getting high when they are towing your car is a different story.

I’d give zero stars if it was possible just based on the aggressive “gentleman” (sarcasm) you have driving the “Happy Hooker”. Probably unwise to tailgate and drive dangerously when in a company vehicle. I wouldn’t trust these people to tow my vehicle.

My disable mother and my young daughter were told my a mb police officer that they could park in a certain area with her handicap sign. This tow company came to tow the car over it being parked there and were very rude when told that a cop said they could be there told my mother to call the cop and have him pay to get the car out, and left a handicap women and young child stranded down in myrtle beach with no way to get to the tow place where the car was to me this situation was not handled properly not to mention when a concerned citizen got them an uber to get the car once they got to the tow place they would not accept anything but cash!! Since when does a company not accept debit/credit I work in an extremely high volume restaurant in mb and many regular customers and word of mouth spreads very quickly! This was horrible only people with zero compassion for people leave a disabled women and young girl stranded somewhere that is dangerous!

I’ve been physically living in the same location for more than a year. My cars been towed two consecutive time in the last 3 months. I accepted the responsibility for the fist charge being that I didn’t have my pass on the window . But as of today May 24, 2018 After arriving to the company I noticed the lack of leadership, as well as inaccurate invoice/data sheet of the vehicle they seize. I was told the car was towed at 12:00 am, which is very much a lie because I drove to the gas station at 4:00am. Jeff told me he was currently in charge of the facility but couldn’t explain why the car has only been towed twice out of 365 days, telling me “my pass is expired” one minute it’s been expired for “2 months” then mins later he tells me “6 months”. The again I reinstated my point of not understanding why the car has only been towed twice? Jeff refused to give me his last name continuously regarding the fact of his services he offers to the community .Realizing we weren’t getting anywhere in the dispute. I paid the $160 fee jus to be verbally ambushed by employees. Taunted & provoked by the little wanna be controlling man name Scott with a short temper who made verbal threats as well as telling me he would “make me get off his property” after I was paid and full on the balance for my vehicle. Ignoring his little ass I quickly took advantage of the opportunity to drive a way in my vehicle & I did so. As a Man I shouldn’t have to tolerate this from any small or large business . But welcome to Myrtle Beach Where The Common Man Has No Say So On His Or Her Property

I had my car towed to Charleston. They took very good care of the car and called when they had dropped it off. My mechanic told me they were extremely respectful and careful with the car.

Ok, so heres what happened with Corner Cars: I live in Stonno Village. Our HOA does have a policy that no cars can be parked in the street (on the curb) between 12AM and 6AM...granted and acknowledged. My sister was recently visiting me from out of state and did not know of this rule and did in fact have her vehicle parked in the street during prohibited hours. This is not in dispute and we take full responsibility. However...my neighbor (who apparently works for Corner Cars Towing and who I do not know and have not met) left an official CORNER CARS warning notice on my sisters vehicle at 12:54 AM July 15 explaining that the vehicle could not be parked there and the official warning stated that we had 1 DAY to rectify the problem or the vehicle would be towed. Now, keep in mind the notice was left on the window of the vehicle at 12:54 AM....we had all turned in for the night, yet CORNER CARS TOWED my sisters vehicle only 1 HOUR later at 2 AM before we ever had a chance to even SEE the warning. What kind of sense does it make to give someone A DAY to fix the problem and then tow the car ONE HOUR later?! So, we went to get the vehicle the following morning. It cost $160 to get it out of impound. Also, please realize that it was not until we paid the $160 and actually GOT the vehicle that we noticed the OFFICIAL warning attached to the window. Needless to say, we were quite upset. We went back inside to explain to the lady behind the counter (who was very polite and sympathetic and tried to help, BTW) that it appeared we were supposed to have a day to move the car, yet it was towed within an hour of receiving a warning notice that we NEVER saw and never even had the CHANCE to see. She apparently called my neighbor who works for Corner Cars towing and explained the situation. It was determined that another employee of the towing company towed my sisters car regardless of the 1 DAY warning we had been given. When she explained this to whomever she was on the phone with....their response was something along the lines of Oh well. Really?! This was purely a case of greedy bureaucracy and lack of human decency on the part of Corner Cars Towing. So, we paid the money and accepted it...but that doesnt make it right. Shame on Corner Cars and shame on Stonno Village HOA.

I called to ask them a question about their towing, and the guy was very RUDE AND NASTY! I wanted them to tow my car but before I could even say anything he told me to call someone else! So I would never recommend using these JERKS!!!
