I’m so happy of the outcome of my new shorts that were originally pants! I came in the day before and asked if they could cut them into shorts. Angie was very helpful with the process! I had to go here for an emergency dry cleaning, to get a stain out of my daughters dance costume. Angie took care of me, and was very professional and kind. She understood my urgency as I needed the stain out for an upcoming competition. The stain did come out and they were able to get the costume back to me a couple days later.

I am someone who has never thought twice about my dry cleaning service. Ive patronized several different stores in SoFla, mainly considering convenience and price. It wasnt until I visited Sudsies in North Miami that I realized what quality dry cleaning service actually looks like.First, I was blown away with the customer service. I brought in three large hand-made, delicate blankets, all of which required special care. After scrutinizing every inch of them, the team clearly articulated what processes they would require. After leaving the store, I promptly received a personalized text message confirming the service. Then that night, I received a phone call from a manager thanking me for my business and seeing if there was any other information I might need to give me confidence that the work would be done correctly.Two days later, I received a call explaining that one of the blankets had a discoloration that they were unable to completely remove. It was clear that they did everything they could, and I appreciated the call. When I picked up the blanket, I could hardly see what they were talking about. So their standards are WAY higher than my own.I was told that it would take one week to get everything done. It was complete in two days. Their communication was excellent.Overall, the experience was excellent. I will definitely be returning.

Sudsies provides quality care to clothes. I live at the Icon South Beach, Ramon (Delivery Guy) is by the best at what he does. He works in a timely manner and he is great with communicating with me. He lets me know how long the process will take, as well as when my clothes have been delivered.

Victor Vazquez is the best valet in my opinion at this Sudies location (maybe anywhere). He is always so responsive, on top of it, and accommodating and even sometimes thinks ahead for me (because he knows the things that I like when it comes to the way I like my clothes dry cleaned and or fixed) if theres something that needs to be fixed.

From a customer point of view it seems good but from an employee that works there, its not really good. During Covid-19 the pay is so low you cant even pay your Bills with 64 dollars per week and only working 4 hours 3 times a week.Even Before the Covid-19 it still wasnt so good, lots of people start to work there then quit after a week because of how hard it is.
