Went for a fill in. They told me that’s fine. I wait and wait and wait. Finally they hand me a phone and it’s the nail artist I’m waiting on who tells me she’s “stuck in traffic” and can I come back in 30-45 minutes. No wonder there’s no customers.

Worst experience ever! They used gel polish on my toes for some reason after I said regular on the toes and gel on my fingers. I have several cuts on fingers and the gel application the man did is horrible! Thick spots and gel all over my skin. He actually tried to clip my skin to get the globs of gel off! I should have ran out the door when I seen all the dust on the polish bootle!wasted over $80 dollars

I love this nail shop!!! I have gone to so many nail shops and Happy Nails is the only one that can get my nails right. I love that they greet you by your first name. Happy Nails gives 100% customer service.

TRASH. the outside looked ghetto I was almost scared to go in. The color swatches looked chipped and lumpy. And then after waiting longer than they had quoted us they wanted to charge an arm and a leg for what we were asking for. Probably saved my money by walking out.

For the prices of the nails I got, it was not worth the money or the time at all. I was going to prom and wanted ivory and didn’t get it, the nails looked horrible and all and all I just wasn’t happy

They did my nails in 10 mins and cost an arm anf a leg just for a peti. 35 dollors is extra. Nail polish clumpy. Not very happy I wasted my time.

First time here and I will never go back. They had no idea what nex gen nails were than decided to charge me $17 over the actual cost for this service. I sat there for 25 minutes because someone else came into the facility and I was then the last priority. I moved chairs three times and they didn’t even put the correct top coat on. They put the gel nail top coat which doesn’t work with the nex gen so now my nails are bubbly. Also the facility looks nothing like the photos online.

Absolutely humble I use to love this place.

I had an appointment for two pedicures and two full sets. Both of our full sets were rushed. Two of my nails came off within a day after getting them done. Not happy with the service or the quality of the nails. Will not be back.

Worst nail fill and gel color ever!! I had to come home and file my nails due to the polish snagging my clothes. Nail beds are so sore. It was super painful. Would not recommend the person that did my manicure!!!

One of the worst pedicures that I have ever received. Nail tech cut my toenails and they are very uneven. She even cut so much into my toes that it was painful. She never asked if I was satisfied either. Will never return.

I asked for a clean up on my eyebrows and she made them thin I look so bad and I have to wait for them to grow back, I’m never coming for a wax again

Came to this salon because i was not happy with the current salon i was going to. My acrylic nails from the previous salon were horrible! They gave me a fill n shaped my nails perfectly. Very happy with how they look n the service i receive. I also got a pedicure...my toes looked really good but there was hardly any massaging. :(

I would highly recommend never going to this nail salon. I had a very bad experience. It took the tech 3 times to get the nail polish I had chosen. He still was unable to get it right. I ended up having to choose a completely different color. I should have been offered a discount for the inconvenience or no charge for the service since I never received what I wanted. #nothappynails

Not good eith doing strips

Kevin is very efficient and gentle and professional, been doing this many years. Had pedicure and french tips. Holding up very well, not one chip, been over a week.

Worst nail place ive ever gone too. prices change depending on the day. one week i was charged 50$ for pedicure with gel. next time it was 80$ for pedicure with gel polish absolutely ridiculous. i got the exact same thing done both times. vowed never to go back. any other place is better

I went in, got a full set asked her to leave my acrylics long! I said long! And she put them on extra short, I asked for coffin and she did my nails in all of the kinds of shapes. I went there Friday afternoon...it’s currently Tuesday and my nails started coming of...4 days! 4 days with acrylics! When I usually have them on for almost 4 weeks!

Wonderful service. Friendly, great price, had a blast.

The prices arent bad but the lady put my nails on crooked and she didnt push the cuticle back so it ended up stuck in the acrilic
