Teresa Simmons, you may think your kind, but your tone is rude and abrupt, I’ve live in many different cities, and I’ve never had such a rude experience with a leasing agent. I was hoping you could tell me about your experiences their with the history of the city and you rush me through our conversations, tell me you can’t help and then hang up on me. Was I really that difficult to talk to. I will be giving you a poor review because your lack of service to people who are interested in moving their. I’m better off going back to Madison WI. we’re people are more genuine.

Love this apartment (Timberpoint). Ive been living here for about three years now and the management is incredibly friendly. Also, if you have any issues the maintenance arrives almost instantly and they are always fast and courteous. This is not incredibly fancy but its very reasonably priced. I plan to stay here for several more years

We live in the Meadows Apartments in East Peoria. We pay $500 a month for a one bedroom apartment here and it is absolutely NOT worth it. There are many tenants without a working air conditioner right now. My husband and I currently have a bug problem and there is a washer and dryer out. So there is one washer and one dryer for 24 apartments! We have called numerous times over the past THREE weeks! Maintenance has been here long enough to take the coin slot out of the washing machine but not actually fix it. We are currently saving every dime we can to get out of here. I absolutely cannot stand it here. Our landlords name is Andrew. He is absolutely worthless. I cannot stand him or the way this apartment is managed. I was once told to only call him during certain hours because I was disturbing the children he was trying to put to sleep...it was 7:42pm on a Friday. Im treated like a number and not like a person and a tenant. I wouldnt recommend these apartments to ANYONE!!! You have been warned.
