Glenbrook was by far the best apartment I’ve rented from. I lived here for two years and had a great experience. Neighbors were quiet and maintenance was very fast! The ladies in the office were always so kind to me. Any problems I had They were addressed quickly and resolved.

Glenbrook has the sweetest staff, they’ve been very sweet and helpful throughout my stay here. This is by far the best management team I’ve ever had when renting an apartment. Also the maintenance men are great, very knowledgeable and quick! Overall, would definitely recommend.

My wife and two kids lived here for over a year and enjoyed ourselves. The office staff was always professional and more than willing to help with any need that arose and the maintenance team was exceptional as well. Whenever a maintenance issue came up it was addressed promptly. We had 2-3 somewhat serious issues comes up with the plumbing and furnace. When these issues arose someone was sent immediately. One gentleman even came late at night! My wife and I have three little ones and felt completely safe in the complex and it was a huge privilege that the elementary school is right next door so when school was out we would take the kids to play there. Lastly, the rent was very affordable and our two bedroom was spacious and clean. All of our neighbors were respectful and never a problem in any way and the staff keep the premises clean and maintained well. The only reason we moved was that my wife gave birth to our daughter and having 4 people in a two-bedroom apartment became a little too packed for our liking. My family moved to Peoria from Southern California so we found this apartment online and signed my lease online without physically seeing the complex. The office staff went above and beyond in helping us secure our apartment so we could have a smooth move.

Love living in the Glenbrook community for many years. The apartments are roomy and quite comfortable. The office staff are very friendly and make it a point to say hello. Maintenance staff take care of issues quickly and efficiently. The grounds are kept up regularly. I feel extremely safe at Glenbrook and highly recommend living here.

My boyfriend and I lived here for a little over a year and couldnt have been more pleased with the management team and the maintenance staff of Glenbrook apartments. Jory and the glenbrook team have always made sure that we were taken care of with anything that we may have needed, going above and beyond any place that either of us have lived at previously. The apartment complex was always exceptionally clean with several routine maintenance services to maintain the clean environment. They even installed a new energy efficient thermostat in all of the apartments while we were living there. We certainly couldnt have picked a better place to call home for our first apartment together, and we will continue to recommend this complex to anyone looking for somewhere to rent in the Peoria area.

The apartment is a really nice and with a comfortable layout. A lot of space for the price. Everyone in management has been very helpful regarding my issues and questions. Its been a really good neighborhood to live in, Im thankful.

The staff at Glenbrook are really unbelievable! During my time searching for an apartment, I have dealt with one lady in particular and she has been so patient and answered every single question, every email, and I had a million questions, believe me. She never once hesitated to answer every question, no matter how small. They stand out from all the others by leaps and bounds. Im not writing this to bash any other apartments, so Ill just say that the staff here actually respond to your emails, calls and questions. If you are looking for a great place to call home, with staff thats just as great, then you cant go wrong with Glenbrook. A huge thanks to Kim, youve been a huge help.

These are are awesome apartments complex..I like my apartment and my neighbors are great.. I like my privacy and tenants respect each other privacy..Quiet neighborhood..Management is very warm and flexible to tenants needs and adjustments...always ready when tenants call for issueOverall very good place to live

The aprtment buildings are old and leaks water. Stoves are from 1800, neighborhood is ok, construction on the road. Hard to enter the complex from the main road. Hallways smell like pot. Laundry room are unsanitary and small. Bathrooms are made for tiny people.

Hallways always smell of pot. Maintenance is great and quick to respond but the buildings are so old that the issues are never resolved. Ive had leaks in bathroom since the day I moved in and its gotten so back there is molding on the bathroom now. Staff is friendly. Construction plagues the area. Kitchen appliances are pretty old. There are always mystery bugs roaming around. Laundry rooms are rediculously small and unkept.

My car got broken into twice no one saw nothing, Cameras are at every corner of the buildings but are they on? NO . When you shower you got 5mins of hot running water in the winter and hot water in the summer no cool water. If you have children your out of luck of trying to keep them from breathing in the smell of weed. We buy sprays for bugs because no matter what they seem to crawl out of vents. and once a week on satdays there is always fights going off in the parking lot so try not to park too close to the entrance of the building your car might get scratched. Dont let them fool you, they say they got people watching the parking lot and they will attempt to make it seem its safe ITS NOT thats how I ended up with my car insurance doubling my payments and unable to sleep with the fights that go on and having to wash my clothes almost every day at the laundry mat because in a building of 20 people there is only ONE yes ONE washer and ONE dryer.
