I’ve lived at Visions for 3 years now and I just recently renewed my lease. I lived in apartments almost for 15 years and this is by far the best place I’ve rented at. Location is awesome right off the 101 by Westgate and Arrowhead mall gives me unlimited options for things to do in the area. Daniel the property manager is extremely friendly and makes you fell like your issues matter and the new maintenance supervisor Dav has such a positive energy about him. I’d highly recommend living here for a multitude of reasons but I’d say the best part of my experience so far is the team at Visions. They always make me feel like I live at a place where they truly care. In today’s world of business first this is a uncommon feeling.

I have lived at Visions for 2 months now and I can’t say enough about the team. My move in which is usually stressful went extremely smooth from the condition of the apartment to the office staff making everything easy during the move in process. Maintenance is extremely friendly. From offering a hand with unloading grocery’s to the friendly good mornings in passing. The location of the property and the service provided here is a hard combination to beat. Love this place!

We moved out of there recently, didn’t have any issues until our move out day. We hired a professional cleaner to clean our apartment and it was spotless. We shampooed the carpets to ensure any stains or anything like that was taken care of. Well supposedly during their walk through they did without us present, even by law they are supposed to do it with us to go over any damages or things that need to be repaired we owe them 900$ for carpet repairs.. when there was no damage, no stains, no tears or rips. 50 for cleaning? What was left to clean? And 123 for paint. What joke. Lawyers in bound.

I have never seen an apartment complex work so efficiently together! I was welcomed with a smile from Melissa upon entering and was treated with compassion from the start. Daniel has poised together a remarkable team that displays great morality and integrity! For those skeptical, I would definitely walk in and give this team a chance at finding your new home.

Loren helped us move in and the process was so smooth he even helped us pick our packages up that was delivered early. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother move in!! I highly recommend this apartment complex

Love this community! The office and its staff are fun, bright and inviting. We work with them and couldn’t be happier with our relationship. I would highly recommend living at Visions. This is a place you should call home.

Last month my Air conditioning went out I called the office they said they were gonna send someone as soon as possible, and in less than 5 minutes after calling, the maintenance man Mike came and accessed my a/c and informed me of what was the issue and what he was going to do, no less than 20 minutes my a/c was up and running againHe had a great attitude was very knowledgeable and kind

I have been living here for almost six months now, and am very happy with the whole experience. Everyone from the people in the leasing office to the maintenance people have all been very friendly, down to earth and helpful. The apartment is clean and well maintained, and the outside is very pretty as well. Melissa in the leasing office was great, very helpful and communicative, and made me feel comfortable in the leasing process. She definitely was a big part of the reason I chose to go with this apartment, and I appreciate her so much. All around it has been a great, easy experience.

Ive absolutely loved my time here at Visions! The staff is incredibly friendly and so willing to help you when you need it! Just the other day my fire alarms battery had died after the maintenance crew had already left for the day. Without hesitation Melissa offered to come help fix it herself and she and her supervisor Daniel were in my apartment within minutes to come fix it for me so I wouldnt have to wait the entire weekend with it going off. Their absolute willingness to go above and beyond was incredible and just solidified that moving here was absolutely the right choice! Im super grateful for them, and cant thank them enough!

Apartment is lovely . Only complaint is parking . Parking sucks big time . There should def be assigned parking. There’s no reason I should ever have to come home no matter the time and not be able to find a spot as a paying resident

She was very knowledgeable and made our move really simple and went above and beyond with assisting us out of staters on where to look for jobs and groceries stores among other things. Management is professional and kind. Maintenance is awesome and very nice people. I’ve read people complain about maintenance but people also need to have a realistic expectations. My two kids love it here and my wife feels comfortable to walk at night around the complex.

We are looking to move and were beyond grateful to meet Melissa in the front office. She answered every question so thouroughly and was extremely informative. She related to us and also kept it professional. Because of her, Visions Apartments are our number one pick and we look forward to being future residents!

I am very pleased in living at visions. I signed my least April 2020 and RENEWED April 2021. I have lived here during the trying pandemic times and one thing I can say is that each staff member has been very helpful and worked with me. My apartment is spacious, anything that has been messed up or broken has been fixed immediately. The outside is upkept well. I really love my stay and do not want to move. Lol 😂 I would highly recommend this apartment.

Ive lived here for a couple years and its a great place to live. The only complaint I have is the parking. The parking can be very limited at times, but other then that its been a nice place to live.

My boyfriend and I have been looking for apartments and have been looking at all of our options. This place by far has been the most welcoming and greeting to us. Melissa is the sweetest and most kind person, she made us feel like we were family or close friends from the start during our tour. We are still working on our processing but for reviews with management and office workers they are great. If you do consider this place ask to speak to Melissa! Shes amazing!

We’ve lived at Visions Apartment Homes for going on 2 years and it’s been a very pleasant experience. The staff is always willing to work with you to resolve any issues. Maintenance is quick to respond as well. We love the fact that there are 3 pools. Love the fact also that it’s near a lot of eating spots and shopping! We also haven’t had any complaints on rude neighbors or anything. We’ll definitely miss it 😢 I’ve already encouraged others to try it here! You’ll love it! 💕

The management team on Serenity is very prejudice at this apartment complex. We have had many complaints about our music, dog and neighbors who have lied on us and they believe the neighbors over us. The agent Ashley is very rude and needs to be fired. I called to make the pet deposit for my dog and she claims pitbulls are restricted but there are pitbulls all over this complex and I highly doubt they have license for their dogs. We think since we gotten complaints in the past the management is prejudice towards us and treats us unfairly. We cannot wait to get out if this apartment. Also this place is built with cheap products. Everything is breaking down in this apartment and we have been here for two years. The ceiling fan bolts are loose, the cabinets screws are constantly loosening, the blinds are cheap. Not to mention there is bad communication skills in the management because we were looking to renew our lease in three bedroom apartment and was told by one agent that someone would be here to inspect our apartment for approval. The maintenance man can into our home inspected everything and before he left he said that would be getting an email with the results no later than two days. We waited three days to hear back until we eventually called the office to ask about the results of the inspection to have one the agent tell us the three bedroom apartment was already leased to someone else. We were so disappointed in the fact that they didn’t let us know. Very unprofessional

I worked very closely with Melissa and she is soooooo amazing. She was very patient and helpful and really make this process (which can be extremely stressful) a lot easier. She walked me around the grounds, showed me all my options, and even would touch base with me via text or a call about the units. Unfortunately when she isnt there I dont tend to get much of any kind of response from any other office members. Knowing she was not working and I was totally okay taking with other office members but when I would call it always made me leave a message and I also never got a response via email either. Thank you Melissa for being the difference that people need in this work.

I have now been a resident for close to two years now and am very pleased living here. The Office staff are great as well as the Maintenance Team. Everyone is very responsive and its been a pleasure living here. I dont understand the low ratings but my experience has been great. I dont know of any other apartment homes in the area offering the same amenities as Visions Apartment Homes.Keep up the good work.

I am very disappointed in this place. I also gave 5 stars while staying, but moving out of this place is pure HELL..!! This building is money hungry for sure. I cleaned my apartment top to bottom..I stayed 2 years and with a child and kept this place as clean as ever. I took video..along with pictures of this place before leaving. I would never leave an apartment with out doing the best I can in cleaning. They charged me for paint.. and cleaning for what? I would not reccomend this place to any one else ever. I know people who warned me about the move out process and I took extra time to make sure I over cleaned to prevent a move out nightmare.. you all should be ashamed of yourself.. but of course me writing this is not going to stop your business because its a few of us and people dont learn until they fo through it themselves.. all I will say is.. get all that you can from this place while your there and when you move .. expect to be ripped off 100000%.. dont bother with cleaning..or anything..it wont matter in at all..

I have never had any issues with this apartment complex. The leasing manager, Adi, and her team always go above and beyond to assist with any question or issue. Including maintenance, they’re always friendly and quick to process a service request. I am going on my third year here at Visions and I couldn’t be happier. The property is always kept clean as well as all it’s amenities. I feel at home and safe. I highly recommend living here!

I really like living here and being by the pool. The only thing I do have to say is that we got a non remodeled apartment Unfortunately things have been breaking and falling apart. However, the maintenance team has responded and fixed these things promptly and efficiently. I love the fact that everyone in the office are so nice and care about how we like our apartment. They have been so helpful and nice which I havent had at previous apartment complexes.

Nice corporate suites, 3 pools, hot tubs, Grills on the property. Community events are a plus, hot breakfast M-F. Very clean, in a great location.Everything is 5-10 min away, mini mart is within walking distance. Exersize room, weights, machines..,everything is in a great shape.Community room with free Wi-Fi.

From the time I stepped on the complex and met Miguel (Leasing Consultant), I felt at home. Also, Connor & Erica answered all my questions and showed me around. Rena provided important information to me whenever I called.Most of all, I love being near the New River Trail in Peoria, AZ. It is a great trail for walking, jogging and biking. It is also the same path I commute to work on every day.The apartment complex is pretty and most of my neighbors have been friendly and kind people. I enjoy the Putt Putt course.Inside my room on the Energy side on the 3rd floor, I have everything I need and more. Amenities are in great condition and maintenance team is very responsive.Truly blessed to be here. I’m in almost my 10th month and it’s the first time I’ve really been on my own apart from college. I’ve learned a lot about myself and have enjoyed the responsibility. My father helps me with a few big expenses while I’m just now starting out.Come enjoy the sunrise and sunset behind Visions on the trail!

Our apartment staff impresses me daily! From the friendly, professional, and kind staff to the immediate response I receive from my requests. Each week, our community is united through interactive challenges. This week my son who hasn’t been able to go many places due to COVID restrictions found a gift basket while walking our dog. I lived at Visions for 2 years and if I am putting 5 stars on this review it is because of the leasing manager Adilene Herrera. Any apartment complex you go to, you will run into issues (whether it be in the unit, or neighbors) I have been a renter for enough time to know this. I have worked with many other managers on issues and let me say that Adilene is beyond amazing. She listens, she cares, she is fair, she goes above and beyond to make sure that THE RESIDENT is happy. Very seldom do you find managers like that. For every issue I had, she had the solution. A very kind and caring person. I recommend Visions.

Connor was extremely helpful in getting me information and pictures - all over the phone and through email - while I was trying to get started with checking out an apartment I was interested in. Even going out of his way to call me back with a heads up other people were showing interest in the apartment I was looking into. Great customer service.

Connor & the crew have been great from the start! Very friendly and easy to work with. The apartment itself is really nice quality and I havent heard any noise at all from neighbors.

I absolutely love living here. Natalie has taken care of me from the very beginning.I recently lost my son and she was so caring and loving. I came home to a beautiful floral arrangement waiting for me and she checked on me to see that I was okay. You dont get this much love and thoughtfulness very often. I appreciate Natalie so much and want you to know what a valuable asset you have in this company.

I lived here 2 and a half years ago. They hit me for $1,000 in charges upon my move out and I run into other former renters in public and they all seem to have the same story😂. I just paid the collection agency $1,000 of their blood Money and Im attempting to get my life back under control but they effectively made me homeless over this. They probably needed the money a lot more than I did. Be warned move-in will be extremely easy. The pound of Flesh will be extracted on the back end.

Ive been here since 2018 of December I have a studio. I recently upgraded in October of 2019 to a 2 bed 2 bath. This was my first ever apartment at age 18 so it will forever be memorable. I love it hear and no complaints I love how we can have pets! Its really nice here I dont know how someone can have a bad review. Much love!

It is quiet here. The neighbors are friendly. The maintenance team comes quickly when an issue is reported and actually fixes things not band-aids them. The management team are nice and helpful. I really enjoy living here.

Visions Apartment home is one of the main reasons we moved to AZ. My husbands company paid for us to stay in AZ on vacation. We stayed on the Visions Energy side. We fell In love with the community and the area. We loved the beautiful fireplace the we can turn on while we enjoyed the hot tub. Nice that they have a 24hr fitness center and of course FREE breakfast. With Denise (the breakfast lady) always cheerful greeting you by name in the morning is enough to make anyone feel welcomed and at home. We loved how 1 community can offer so many amenities and whatever style and budget you have. The Serenity side offers you the luxury, granite counter tops and very open floor plan.The energy side gives you so many floor plans to choose from with the modern contemporary style.We loved that it was so close to the mall, movie theater and close to 101 to make easy travel.I would recommend Visions to anyone looking to move in Peoria.

I have been emailing and been getting very sporadic responses or no responses at all. It’s been a week and have sent two emails and have gotten nothing back. Makes it seem like you don’t care about potential occupants. I called today and was placed on hold to talk to the person who had failed to email me back all I wanted to do was schedule a tour.Update: You replied to me on 6/20 I responded and did not get a response. I emailed you back 4 times with no response. I also never got a text back.

I had a water leak in March of 2019, the leak was painted over but the source of the leak was not fixed. One year later I had a leak in the exact same spot. I have had the spot tested for toxic mold both before and after the work order had been closed and there was extremely high levels of mold in the apartment. It was advised by a mold remediation company that I do not continue to stay there. If you live on a 3rd floor at these apartments I would strongly advise you get a test done by a reputable company. During the time I lived here one of my family members suffered a fungal lung infection. The blood work from the hospital shows that their is mold in my family members blood matching the mold that was discovered in my apartment.

I really enjoyed living at visions! The location is unbeatable with the price and there were so many different things going on all the time for residents! The office staff was super helpful as well! I’m sad I had to leave.

Weve lived here for 8 years and had to move out because my husband lost some hours at work. They lowered the amount for us to break lease and I was able to pay it with a credit card. The move out check was easy, we did not have to be there for the walk or key return. I expected a HUGE bill based on past reviews but it was below $200. We had a small deposit and 2 pet deposits but they kept that for the damage my dogs caused. They ate part of the carpet in 2 spots, the bottom of 2 doors and ripped the screen. I was pleasantly surprised and happy the deposits covered so much of the cost.As for the rest of the apartment:Noise level is the same as any other apartments. Youll hear your neighbors loud tv, dogs bark, kids running, cars driving by etc. Parking is first come first serve and is terribly crowded if you have a visitor trying to find a space. The pools are always clean. Free breakfast pre covid. Small apartment gym. Grounds are usually clean. No real complaints besides the monthly cost being a bit too high and we didnt always get our packages.

This community needs to give some HUGE props to Natalie in the leasing office! If you want amazing and unconditional customer service, she is your girl!! It was bitter sweet having to leave Visions knowing that everyone will be compared to her in my future communities. Great service with a smile always!

Me and my wife have lived here for 2.5 yrs, every place is going to have its issues. This review has nothing to do with any that! JOE WAS THE ON SITE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE GUY THAT SAVED OUR LIVES. OUR AC WENT OUT, THE APP WASNT ALLOWING US TO SUBMIT A TICKET, EVERYTHING WAS GOING BAD. WE FOUND THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE NUMBER AND CALLED IMMEDIATELY. JOE LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINTS HAHA, TOLD ME HE WAS ON HIS WAY. 30 MINUTES LATER HE WAS AT MY DOOR WITH A PORTABLE AC UNIT, HE WAS IN AND OUT (MIND YOU IT WAS ABOUT 9P). HE GAVE ME HIS WORD THAT HED HAVE THE AC RUNNING BY 10A. THIS MORNING EVERYTHING WAS ON AND STARTING TO COOL DOWN THE ENTIRE APARTMENT! HE PICKED UP THE UNIT AT 10A.I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS GUY IS MAKING AN HOUR, BUT I HOPE HE GETS BLESSED!!!Swing by anytime Joe! We appreciate you 💪🏼

Lived here for a few months now. We love it. Never have issues with hearing our neighbors unless on the stairs. Its a clean place. Office staff is great. The amenities here are pretty cool. They always do fun things for the residents. The inside is beautiful. All appliances work really good. Overall highly recommended. Dont understand all the bad reviews. We are on the serenity side. We personally havent had issues with parking.

I liked these apartments at first but wait till you move out. They overcharge you. Our carpet was over 5 years old yet they still kept about 300$ replacing and cleaning it. Don’t ever move here. Also the team that works there is rude. If you lose your parking sticker At move out they want it back they’ll Try to take 350$ per sticker so they have an excuse to charge you even though they know they’re not going to reuse the Parking sticker. Overall definitely disappointed in the end.

Going on over 8 years! Its always great when they have activities for the little ones! Lord know we arent making slime in out home, so the clubhouse was the place for it!

Have lived here for 5 months now and I think I have a pretty good lay of the place, first the location is great, really close to the freeway and P83 shopping center. Second for the price the apartment itself is pretty good. Third I have had no issues dealing with the office and everything has gone smoothly. Now why I didnt give 5 stars parking is pretty bad and overall property landscaping and maintenance could use some improvement. That being said I definitely recommend this complex.

Was at visions energy for 9 months and never had a problem. It was so quiet here, the staff were extremely helpful and never had issues with any of them. Ill be missing this place, thank you for the great service.

Been here almost a year and I think every time. I’ve been to this pool there are 7+ kids under 12 with no parents. I’m mean shoot right now at this exact moment. There are 6 kids running around no parents 2 of them seem not to be able to swim. I’m not a life guard if this kid drowns that’s on you guys.

I have lived here for a little over 10 months and I have not had a problem, I have great neighbors... I used the maintenance for the first time this past weekend. My freezer stopped working I called the office and they had Mike the maintenance man at my apartment in less than an hour!!! mind you it was his day off. I have never been more pleased. along with that Denise the cook for breakfast is so friendly .

I toured this community with Miguel he showed me everything they have to offer. My experience great!

If I could give this place no stars I would. This apartment complex is the most awful place I have ever lived. In the time we have lived here we have been plagued with broken plumbing of our bathrooms which the complex noted that they needed to be fixed long before I had ever moved into this apartment. We also have had water damage done to personal belongings stored in closets due to heavy rainfall leaking in through the exterior walls as well as insect infestation and appliance malfunctions, to whichultiple maintenance requests spanning months for some of the issues have yet been enough to resolve the problems. Left is also a huge problem for the complex and any requests for the complex to hold onto packages for safe keeping or placing them inside the homes the management outright refuses. During this whole pandemic going on the apartment complex was made fully aware that both my wife and I had lost our jobs and have not been receiving unemployment from the state and our son was born prematurely adding countless thousands of medical debt onto our plate with no money to pay for anything. During this time, even though the Governor ordered a 120 day stay of evictions due to the pandemic, this apartment complex threatened us that we either pay our due rent or face eviction, citing that while we may be negatively impacted by the Covid19 pandemic, economic collapse and lockdown, the landowners will basically refuse to be negatively impacted by residents not paying rent and demand compensation or they will take residents to court for it. We paid the already outrageous rent, which caused us to not be able to pay for our premature sons medical bills from his time in the NICU, but we were beside ourselves that the apartment complex would threaten us to surrender the apartment or pay rent contrary to an Executive Order given by the Governor of the state which the landlords do business in. I would discourage anyone who has been negatively affected by Covid19 to stay clear of this apartment complex and remember during this time all those who helped each other or took advantage of one another, individual and business alike.

This is a great apartment complex, especially for my husband and I as our first home. The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The pricing is really not bad either, its the best complex we found for our budget. The community is gated which also gives a little extra protection. I eat at the breakfast pretty much every morning now, and its always tasty. They switch up the food every day during the week so you dont have to eat the same food over and over. The downside is I love the breakfast burritos, too bad they couldnt be everyday haha. I highly recommend it if the complex is in your price range. We signed an 8 month lease and are planning to renew for at least a year more.

*Originally I had given Visions 5 stars. Moving in was easy and loved the location.However, after been a timely and respectful tenant for 16 months, they are trying to way overcharge me on move-out saying that my security deposit doesn’t even cover all the charges!!! I scrubbed that apartment top to bottom and have never once had a single charge at the time of move out from any other apartment. I am so disappointed And embarrassed m, as I had been championing this place to many friends for a while AND so visibly on here. Please do yourself a favor, current residents, and have a legal team ready at your time of move out.

Read this before you move here!! 2018!! I have lived in Arizona for several years since 2005. I have lived in some cheap apartments in Phoenix. I have to admit, this is one of the most expensive apartments I have ever rented and cant wait to get out! The maintenance service really sucks!!! If you like convenience, and are used to getting things fixed on time, then this isnt the place. I had to endure loud beeping sounds from machinery over 3 days just because maintenance didnt consider it to be a priority. The washing machines are old and I take all my white clothes to the cleaners because otherwise, even with bleach, they come out tan/brownish. The dryer has layers and layers of dust and clothes come out with a pile of lint on them. I have neighbor that plays loud music overnight, and even called Peoria Police one time over desperation, but the police (as expected), are too busy with other societal issues/real crimes. The answering service is always rude/have an attitude whenever your calls are transferred to them, and its not even worth your time. I dont recommend this place at all!

Lived here for 10 months, on month 3 I was ready to move out but couldnt afford anything else. Ive only dealt with two people here from management that are decent and the rest have been condescending and have bad attitudes. Any extra charges they wont explain/let you dispute and they dont give any helpful answers. I cant wait to get out this month. I would not recommend this complex to anyone I know. There are about 20 buildings in my complex and there are not enough spaces for how many cars. One bedroom apartments are only allowed one reserved space and if you arent close to the unreserved spots(which is most of the complex) you have to walk half of the complex to get to your apartment. The hallways and stairs are enough for maybe two people to walk down, most of the time one person just waits until the other person passes. For the size of the apartments the cost is not worth it. They complain about unauthorized animals, yet I see plenty pit bulls which are not service dogs, Ive asked the owners, and yet they have never had problems even when seen by staff. I have not said anything to management because I have never met an aggressive dog here, theres a positive for the residents I guess. Id score 0.5/5 Hopefully you take this into account if you plan on moving here.

The staff at Vision apartments are just wonderful. They offer amazing support and are very personable. If you are looking to rent, definitely look into them. Specifically, we want to give a big shout out to Lindsay DeWitt, leasing consultant, for a wonderful first time renters experience.

Lived Here at the apartments for a year. Cannot stress this enough how great it was to live here no complaints at all staff has been friendly since the beginning if it wasn’t for me getting this amazing opportunity with the house I would’ve stayed there at visions would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times

The front office is rude, manipulative, and decieving. A package of mine was delivered via UPS to the front office. The entire front office claimed no package was delivered. UPS contacted the driver who delivered the package and he confirmed he had delivered the package. DAYS later after pressing the issue so heavily the package mysteriously was found in the front office and given back to the next UPS driver. When I called & asked why I was lied to the lady on the phone told me my name was not on the lease so they didn’t have to give me my package? I could be wrong but isn’t that considered theft? My daughter & her mother live in these apartments. I send them packages all the time via my Amazon account. I wasn’t aware that you can’t have packages sent to people? Gates are never closed. Have had my wallet and phone stolen after leaving my car for a minute to run back upstairs to grab something. 7000$ worth of tools stolen from my truck (would need a vehicle to take away). Both car door windows had been broken as well. Its really sad feeling insecure at night knowing my car or truck might be broken into. Extremely stressful. Really wish the gates would be closed. Heard from coworkers and previous tenants, that this place gets run throughs alot and im seeing it.But yes breakfast in the morning. No staff has been unfriendly. Clean very. But the thieving, puts a whole new meaning to stress.

Office is always doing something nice for the residents on thursdays stop in for free gifts and snacks.

This people 30 days before moving out they said that it was going to be my las 30days, I asked if I needed to fill a form or anything since I was going month to month, later you know the day of mobbing out and taking in the keys after cleaning the apartment, after painting it and leaving it spotless so that I could get my deposit back, these guys told me that I needed to fill out that form which they never gave me even when I went to ask for it, they told me that I was going to be sent to court and it was very disappointing right now I cant even get a house or apartment because of almost $3000 sue that they put on me... I told them many times and even told them all info of the person who never gave me that form and they did not want to be responsable for it....

I lived in Visions for 11 months and love it, is peaceful, safe and beautiful. They do lots of fun activities all year long and sometimes bring food trucks (it was awesome when i did not wanted to cook). One of my concerns was the deposit lots of people say that they did not give their deposit back, i can testify that they do give the money back, but please be aware that i was barely home (work most of the day and part of the night) so i did give back the apartment almost as it was given to me and cleaned sparkling clean before giving the keys. The only reason why i left it was because of the price, i was paying 850 for a studio and they wanted to increased to 908, for someone that lives alone and have to pay all the bills is too much but if you have a partner and divide it by two is an awesome deal!

Per a recommendation, I came upon the Vision Apartments. I was greeted with care and when taking a look around the options were explained to me in full detailI must thank Ashleigh Bell for guiding me through the selection process. I originally had an idea of what apt I wanted. But she went above and beyond my expectations.As a corporate professional and graduate student, time is limited and efficiency in actions is needed. She has exemplified customer service in meeting my strict demands and continues to do so.And now I may call this warm, family friendly place, my office, study room and most of all, my home.

This is the most stressful place I have ever moved! I have worked in multi family housing and senior living for the last 14 years. I have managed communities very similar to Visions and have never treated anyone the way that I have been treated. I had several fair housing violations during one of my visits, I was promised an apartment and told I could not put a deposit down on it because I was a current resident and they are not able to do that so they held the apartment for me until Monday when someone who could do the deposit was available. I called in because I had not received a call from that person and they rented the apartment that was on hold for me to someone else. So the story goes on, they found a similar apartment for me and could not show it or anything that was laid out the same and when I saw maintenance there I peeked through the window and not at all what I was promised. I had to spend my day off looking at other apartments that they had available and found one on the 3rd floor. I was promised that I would have keys by the end of the day, this is on a Saturday, because they dont move people in on Sundays. I waited for hours for Christian to call me as promised and he never did. I ended up wasting money on a moving truck and on having a emergency service transfer. I didnt get a call back the next day either, I had to walk up to the office and ask to take care of what they promised me the day before. I did make a complaint with the office and ever since then I feel like Christian is on a personal vendetta to get me. I was told that my girlfriend was not allowed to visit since she was not on the lease, actually she was not allowed on the premises were his exact words. She applied to be added to the lease and no one called her to let her know what the decision was, again we had to call the office and were given a huge run around on what needed to be done. We were told several different prices that needed to be paid. No one can ever come up with the same answer at this place. The office staff clearly has no training as one of the employees broke a federal law and asked us all kinds of questions about my girlfriends service animal. They do not return phone calls and I am still waiting for maintenance to fix issues that i listed on my move in checklist and also put work orders in for almost a month ago. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with these people in what is already a very stressful time. Two thumbs down!P.S. These are just the issues I have experienced over the last two months trying to transfer apartments. If they treat current residents that pay over $1000 per month, how are they going to treat you?

This was my first experience with apartment living and Visions made sure it’ll be my last. Very overpriced. We had a 733 sq ft apartment on the 3rd floor and paid around $800-$1000 monthly depending on which fees they wanted to add on to our rent. Our lease was 12 months and during that time we saw the police there around 20 different times. The parking is a nightmare. Be prepared to walk. Our security deposit altogether (with dog) was $600 and we’re getting $146 back. They’re charging us $150 for painting even though we didn’t do a thing to our walls. Also a hefty $175 for counter replacement and other trivial fees for god only knows what...I think they just make up numbers at the end to ensure you barely get anything back. Overall it was a good learning experience but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was our first place when we got to AZ and it wasnt bad. Never had issues with bugs, the maintenance requests are done fairly quickly, and its mostly quiet albeit being right next to the highway.

I love being a resident at Visions Serenity. The amenities are great and the people that work there are so nice and helpful. Theres always a smiling face when you walk in the door and always someone eager to help. The only complaint I have is living on the third floor but hey thats no ones fault but my own..I should of hired movers :) A lot of apartments in the valley have a stray cat problem..NOT VISIONS no cats in sight!! The residents here are ever pleasant. I never hear any loud noises after hours, no car alarms going off, and even though we are close to the 101 I do not hear that highway traffic. If your looking for a place that feels like home move into visions. Friendly, inexpensive, and professional!!

For the most part we enjoy it here. My only complaint is the parking. Other than that, no issues. Its clean, friendly people and in a great location

I really liked the online pics and photos BUT after reading all of the reviews, I’m reconsidering even wasting my time. I work for a major corporation and handle a lot of the correspondence that’s received from customers whether they are satisfied or not and I also understand that most people will complain before they compliment. So when thumbing through these reviews I keep a very open mind.One MAJOR tell tell how a business treats their customers or in this case, tenants...is how well they respond to those negative responses.I am seeing a trend here where management is responding to those that compliment BUT THEY ARENT RESPONDING TO THEIR DISSATISFIED TENANTS!🤔🤔🤔 THAT IN ITSELF SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT HOW THEY VALUE & TREAT THE TENANTS AND THEIR CONCERNS IN THIS COMMUNITY.PAY ATTENTION FOLKS

Extremely overpriced for the quality of apartments/service, the appliances in the apartment hardly worked, several of the outlets in the apartment did not work maintenance came to look at the outlets said they would not fix all of them and that I could pick one to have them fix then they proceeded to further break the outlet so nothing could even be plugged into it then called it a day. Some of the office staff are helpful and caring most of them are not and are simply rude. You will never get your security deposit back from these people even if you repaint the entire apartment and replace the carpets yourself they spent 2 hours cleaning my apartment and sent me pictures of a dirty ceiling fan as proof. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I pay about $900 for a third floor, one bedroom. My neighbors have been trash, the grounds are filthy, I can never get parking near my apartment if I get home late. My maintenance requests for garbage disposal and half the outlets not working in my kitchen have never received a reply. The carpet was absolutely disgusting when I moved in (like, barefoot black feet) which I guarantee they will charge me for and then not replace because thats the type of place this is. My current favorite neighbor is a shirtless dude who likes to get drunk and yell at people on the phone while standing on his balcony (/s)Everything about this place is garbage. Unless you are very desperate, I would avoid it like the plague. I said in an earlier review I think people are typically just picky but for a change I agree with all the one stars. It would be disrespectful to yourself moving here after reading this review. I am positive the people giving it 5 stars are either fake or the cause of most of the problems.Oh, also the police have to visit this place weekly, sometimes every day, so theres that to consider as well.

My sister in law has been planning my baby shower for 3 months to take place in the clubhouse. She had spoken with the management months ahead and the night before letting them know we will be there the next day at a certain time. The decorations were even left inside the clubhouse over night. The day of my baby shower, someone else is trying to set up for their baby shower. So it was stressful and we were rushed because of this other person. The office did not communicate appropriately with either party.

Great place no bugs good prices too

Staff has been great to me personally. They are quick to help with any issue that may come up. I have had the best apartment rental experience here than any other apartment complex Ive lived in. They keep inside and out in great clean condition.There is only 1 thing.... There is not enough storage space in kitchen. Pots and pans have to be stored under my sink, in oven or dishwasher. But this is a temporary move so I make it work.

It wasnt bad here. It was a nice area, the rent wasnt too bad. I felt it was a safe place for my daughter and I and you cant beat easy access to the freeway. Couple downsides is that the pools are never heated, as they say they are. Energy side is like college town sometimes and my building smelt like pot quite often. There was also a brown pipe at the bottom of the stairs, which is concerning when you have kids. There isnt a playground, which isnt the end of the world, but it is a downside. Also, there are cigarette buts, everywhere! At thats not necessarily the apartment complexs fault, but there are no areas for the smokers to throw their cigarettes. Overall, it really wasnt bad. I would probably recommend the Serenity side rather than the Energy side, but that place really wasnt bad at all.

This place is the most dubious and untrustworthy apartment complex I have encountered! I have never taken the time to write a bad review online, but I feel the need to warn people considering moving here. I was supposed to move into this complex the 20th of this month. From the moment my application was submitted last month it was nothing but problems. My roommate and I got call after call from the office saying that there were problems with the application (one of the leasing consultants told us it was because of THEIR system) that meant they had to cancel our applications and have us redo multiple portions of them. The first TWO apartments we applied for got rented out to other people while our applications were getting cancelled because of issues among their office, which they tried to blame on us multiple times. We lost two apartments to this, and once we finally settled on a new apartment model for a third time they said they would be giving us the rent we had originally applied for instead of the higher rent of the new model, finally and only seemingly taking responsibility for the issues we had been having. But when it came time to sign the lease we find that not only had they increased our lease length without telling us, but the price was still higher than we had applied for. When we called to ask why, the leasing consultant admitted that she changed the lease without telling us to get the lowest price available but that was the only way to get a lower rent, and that the unit we were applying for had to be changed (again) because after we had submitted the applications and got approved for that unit, they gave it to someone else! The apartment we were singing a lease for now was more expensive (yes, again) and that’s why the lease length got changed. The whole application process took about three weeks to even get to signing a lease, only to find out they were trying to get us to sign something that they changed without our knowledge. At this point, I decided it was time to find a new apartment complex and just move on from Visions. I went in and spoke with the community manager, who offered to give us our non-refundable administration fee back, which I agreed to and was at least glad that we would be getting that. Granted, he also informed me that we were not the only ones this sort of thing has been happening to, that it was not a one time problem over the past few weeks, which is a major problem that no apartment complex should be okay with happening, especially from a large company like Weidner. Alas, I had settled for getting my admin fee back and moving on. I finally get my check and it was made out to only my guarantor, but used my name on the address for the check. Which means I can’t even deposit it into my account! I have to wait for her and I to be able to go together amidst both of our busy work schedules, and put it in her account, then send it to me. Admittedly, this is really just a minor inconvenience, but in this situation is just the icing on the cake after everything else with this company. After reading into the reviews (that I’d typically take with a grain of salt) about this company and all the people saying they are just trying to squeeze every penny they can get out of tenants, I can’t say my experience has been indicative of anything less than that. I’m super glad I won’t be living here and dealing with these things regularly, and I truly hope nobody else will experience these kind of problems in the future, but if you are considering moving in here, I recommend you go into it skeptically and prepare for dishonesty and a long string of issues with no help from their staff. It’s a shame that their having so many issues and I hope they fix them and restore the good reputation that Weidner has built, but until then, please be careful signing anything here guys! :)

I was going to apply here, but seeing all the 1 star reviews makes it not worth it, if all of these people are complaining about the same thing the district manager of the company should be doing his job and fix this immediately. 2 star reviews for so called luxury apartments is not good at all. No one will want to live here and you are running the complex into the ground. Someone need to fix this problem before people start losing their jobs. I havent even lived here and I willtellpeople to stay away, and if you have breeding restrictions and let people have dogs that are not allowed someone can call a lawyer if there was an accident and a lot of people will be out of a job and paying fines, fees or settlements. I hope someone from the company will contact me personally. Because if I was going to live here and if anyone will charge me extra for anything even if it was the previous person living there or appliances dont work or broken. Etc, other than my rent and utilites I will contact my lawyer so fast, their heads will spin. And kinda ridiculous if you have to pay 600 deposit for 2 people. I dont sit quiet when people try to take advantage of me or my income. So I wont be living here ever unless I got reassured in a contract that, that would never, ever, ever, ever happen. And thats a maybe.

They apartment was ok. Lived there for 3 years. They charged more for water than I played when I had a house. Then when you move out the charge you to get the apartment ready for next tenant. I would not recommend unless you can leave the apartment exactly the way you got it.

Great move in experience! Quiet and well maintained inside and outside. Always plenty of parking. Maintenance teams are always driving around in their golf carts. I received a nice move in gift bag with dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, bounce dryer sheets, wd40, glass cleaner etc...I noticed they have pet doggie bags stations for tenants with pets, really nice. Great hiking trail. Great location! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very impressed with the clubhouse amenities, business center, fitness center, shuffle board, foosball, billiards table, outside fireplace at the pool. Has the feel of a resort hotel. Nice community.
