The apartment was cheap but they were impossible to reach via phone at the Peoria office. This meant that calls were forwarded to the Bloomington office but they werent able to assist so their office would end up forwarding the call back to the Peoria office. The maintenance was very responsive and did the best with the resources he was given.
I never have had an issue when I first applied was given excellent service fast and reliable. First week of renting was called by agent a couple of times to see if everything was okay.The house Im renting is absolutely perfect. Many thanks.
For 8 months core 3 insisted that the 4’x8’ dry wall and 10’ floorboard molding leaning against the hallway walls was not their responsibility because our HOA fees did not cover that situation. When it was finally relocated outside the building it was removed in 72 hours. There was also an abandoned vehicle parked in our lot fir 6 weeks. Brittani stated she could not move the vehicle per core 3 guidelines. Ironically it was moved simultaneously with the dry wall. At that same time we notified our HOA president of a water pipe bursting in our lower level and we suffered extreme property damage from 4 “ of water in two bedrooms, a full bath and the hallway. Brittani sent us a picture of our water soaked 5x7’ she rug we had hung on our balcony railing as mitigation began. She assessed us a balcony fee. Communication skills are lacking.
I would give CORE 3 PM 0 stars!! BEWARE!!! The lease issued by CORE 3 Properties is written to benefit them and take the tenants deposit!! READ carefully!!! Upon moving out you will be charged for carpet shampooing, painting, cleaning, and any other expense CORE 3 would incur in preparing the apartment for the next tenant!! BEWARE!!!!
Office employees are rude. They rather transfer your call instead of actually listening. Been trying to get a window that is slightly open fixed because I saw snow coming in and no one has come to fix it and it has been a week now. I’ve called multiple times and even left a voicemail and an actual message with an employee. Seems like they only care about the property they’re located in. When I first moved in there was an issue with the parking lot there was an abandoned car in the lot (now there’s 2) and I asked about it being moved to the back so the residents could have a closer park and they told me the DO NOT control the parking lot. This is my first apartment and I am not pleased at all. I would not recommend this property management.
